I tried for 2 years to get Ocwen to fix some mistakes on my account, then I hired an attorney.... I suggest you all do the same. From personal experience I can tell you they will not fix a thing. DONT let the idots who answer the phone ruin your life, you all worked hard to be in your house. GET A LAWYER, AND FIGHT BACK!!!!

Touche' on the Indian customer service being sucky. I am a listing agent for OCWEN and I'm about to call it quits. They want me to take care of their homes and field their offers, but once again like most other people experience, I have to talk with 4 different people with poor English skills to get my questions asked, but no one has the authority to make a decision or to make anything happen. Now I read that they are actually hired by the FDIC (Isn't that an American institution?) to sell all of the FDIC foreclosed homes. What, there are not enough American workers to do the job? REALLY? I bet for the small amount of money that OCWEN thinks they are saving, they are losing ten times that on sales that do not close (Yes, they could but the OCWEN system keeps it from happening) and having to re-market the same homes at lower prices after the sale fails. My frustration level is about as high as it can get. There isn't even anyone for me to contact in America. They have US addresses but the same 800 number that routes to India.

Ocwen should get minus stars they suck. I have paid past due mortgage 3 months ago and am still getting letters that they are proceeding to foreclosure. We need a class action suit against them need to know how to do this I know there are many out there in same situation. You call and get transferred to India - give me a break. Some one in Ocwen is lining their pockets with our hard earned money and we need to find out who.

OCWEN IS THE WORST LENDER IN THE WORLD. IT TAKES HOURS TO GET SOMEONE ON THE LINE AND WHEN YOU FINALLY GET A LIVE PERSON YOU GET SOMEONE FROM INDIA THAT HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEIR TALKING ABOUT. I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST INDIANS, BUT FOR GODS SAKE OCWEN GET SOME ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE, AMERICANS THAT NEED JOBS TO FILL THESE POSITIONS. THESE PEOPLE READ THE SAME INFORMATION FROM A SCRIPT EACH AND EVERY TIME. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF OCWEN FOR 5 YEARS AND I JUST WISH I CAN GET OUT OF THIS MORTGAGE JUST TO HAVE A DIFFERENT LENDER WITH ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE!

I have the same problem with Ocwen they are horrible. Someone should file a lawsuit please send your names and email to me and I will gather them to see what we can do.

Litton Loan transferred my loan to then and they suck. Ive been trying to call them and no answer, I'm on hold for over an hour and just to hear that their system is down. This has been going on for weeks. Someone should file a lawsuit against this company.

WORST customer service ever! These people in India don't know what the heck they are doing! We got approved for a modification and received a letter of what we needed to do and so we did that and then we kept on getting more letters but each one would say something different! Can't seem to speak to someone to get this resolved. Why do they do this?! We are good people trying to keep our home and make payments but they are not making it possible for us. no wonder all these mortgage companies are not doing so well, cause they can't get their heads out of the butts!! UGH!!!

The key to obtaining a Short Sale with Ocwen, is let your monthly payment fall behind. If you are not 30 days behind in your mortgage, Ocwen will not review your Short Sale package. I had perfect credit and had never been late on my mortgage payments. I had a buyer in line for a SS and had to sacrifice my credit, in order to get Ocwen to respond, to my Short Sale request.

Worst....Company.....Ever. These morons have given me the run around for months. I have finally given up and called to ask them to just take the damned house already- and GET THIS- they refused. I told them that I would discontinue fighting the foreclosure (saving them thousands in legal fees) in exchange for $500 to help move me into an apartment. They said that they were not interested. Well now I've decided to make their lives miserable and ensure their legal bill go through the roof on my case. What a pack of idiots.

They do not respond to any correspondence sent to them. The folks in India do not know what they are doing. Ocwen is the worst company I have dealt with in all of my 30+ years of financing

I too have been trying to reach Ocwen for 1 1/2 years about approving a short sale !! We had an offer last year and the buyer walked because I could never get an answer from the people in India who are out-sourced to make the decisions for a company in the USA !!! I now have another offer in for over 3 months and still no decisions - spoken with over 13 people from India and 1 guy from Uruguay ????? No wonder our bank/lending institutions are in such a mess !!! I'm trying to help my sellers !!!!!!! but noone cares !!!!!!

mother and i have worked for a house we could live and die in, Ocwen has decided to not to take our payments, kick us out in the street, we make our living taking care of adult foster care persons in our home, we just don 't live in luxury selfishly. my mother and i believe that if we live good so can our house residents, time is short, we will be force to leave our home in a matter of days, will someone please put a end to the evil ways of the greedy mortgage companies and banks.

Ocwen is a Joke. All you ever get to talk to is Customers service Rep's in India! I have had to deal with the company for over a year now. I am now to the point where I am just gong to let my house go. We have tried their loan mod packets twice just to be denied.(6 month process for both ) We have tried to sell house on short sale. We had a cash offer but ocwen has never bothered to get back to us,this was in October it is now Febuary and we still have not heard anything.Our poor realtor is to his witts ends with these people. But I am not surprized this is how this company operates. Here we are two hard working Americans with perfect credit getting ready to flush it all down the toilet because of this stupid company! THANK OCWEN!

My mortgage was sold to Ocwen about two years ago. I have automated payments scheduled to them at the same time every month in excess of the actual payment amount. Historically they have been very slow in processing payments but over time their slowness deveoped into a pattern. My bill paying service issues payments every 30 days between the 2nd and 6th of the month. They have been reported as received between the 10th and 12th and posted between the 16th and 19th. Because of the posting delay I got into the habit of checking around the 17th to make sure I was credited on time. Most recently I was told they did not receive a payment. For two years everything worked like clockwork. They then told me to stop payment (fee to be assessed to me), issue a new payment (now a late fee applies) and when the initial check is refused because of the stop payment I would also be assessed that fee as well. There is no one to talk to other than some guy in India and no way to have them track down the bottleneck which is undoubtedly where this payment is sitting. Poor customer service, negative response and rude to an otherwise good customer. Not only do I not recommend Ocwen, but I am looking to transfer my business elsewhere. Life is too short to be doing a Banks accounting for them.
