My nissan

to whom it may concern I just wanted to tell you that I think Nissan is one of the best car made. I just had to say good bye to my Nissan and I have be driving it since 1988 brand new until now 2013, I just wanted the company to know. Ronnie

2005 PATHFINDER SE

In April I received a letter tslking about cross contamination with the transmission and radiator at the time had no issues until about 2 weeks after receiving letter so I called to be told was not covered because over 100, 000 miles. So I called dealership to be told would cost around $8000.00 to fix. In this economy who has that much money just laying around. I feel Nissan should stand behind there product since this would be a FACTORY DEFECT. This is bad businesd when we as customers bought and paid for thinking weade a good decission when purchased. Boy did we get the dhaft.

2005 nissan frontier

My Nissan frontier would not start about 2 months ago so I had it towed to our local Nissan where It was diagnosed with a bad crank shaft sensor and camshaft sensor (paid $140.) Those were replaced and now it rattles real bad and have trouble shifting gears and after a couple of weeks I took it back to the dealer sat jun 15 2013 and they told me that they would start from square one and that they would charge me another $140.!!!! I've had way to many problems with this truck..I should have kept my Toyota...

Pathfinder Transmission

As soon as my 2007 Pathfinder hit 100k miles the transmission started making strange noises and trouble shifting gears. After reading the horror stories from all over the nation, I had that sinking feeling in my stomach. It was the same plague that had been affecting thousands of Nissans. Epic transmission failure due to a manufacture defect. It cost me $4,000.00 to replace transmission and radiator. Nissan admitted that it was a known defect, but refused to help its customers out with repairs or cost. BAD business decision Nissan....time will tell.

2013 altima

we received a recall letter about the transmission changing when going down a hill.it feels as if you hit something when we took it back we were told nissian had not figured out the problem .we should have been told this when we bought the car.do we drive it? what are you going to do when it tears up. I think it only fair you warn your prospective byers. gary smith Hawkins tx.

Bad Service

Had to take my 2013 Altima to shop to have an o2 sensor put on! Well while they were changing it, they messed something else up on the car and had to keep it! Well they drove my car 500 miles while it was suppose to be in the shop getting worked on!

Bad treatment by dealer

I have recently written a letter to the CEO of the company and no one has had the courtesy to follow up with me... I did receive a call from someone in the corporate office in TN... I have returned a Kim the call several times and she has disregarded my calls. It seems that this a normal practice because I was also in touch with a Eric and he too has not returned my calls. We have owned 5 Nissan autos including one that we purchased about 3 weeks ago.. Great car, great product, lousy customer service from corporate. I intend to get a response if it takes me weeks... It is obvious that a customer's concern is not worthy of a response. The next call will be to someone in the higher echelon telling them how un-professional their corporate customer service dept is.

Dishonest Car Company

‎ Nissan makes unreliable and defective cars then refuses to stand behind their product.‎ The CVT transmission failed in my Nissan Sentara. ‎ ‎ Nissan has acknowledged that the failure is due to a design flaw in the CVT transmission, they have ‎run their own diagnostic at an authorized repair center and fully admit that it is a mechanical failure of ‎their design but have refused to extend any assistance with the repair or replacement of the ‎transmission.‎ ‎ Direct quote from Nissan cooperate executive: “You’re just out of luck”‎

McCarthy Blue Springs Nissian

Back in November 2012 we had some dissatisfaction with this dealership however We had a motor mount go out this week which McCarthy Nissian replaced about 9 months ago. I called Sean in service he was very helpful. The motor mount was covered under warranty and was replaced without any problems. I will not have a problem in the future taking our car back to them for service and appreciate their good service.

contest prizes in massapequa nissan promotion

four prizes were available to winners.25,000 dollars,a new vehicle,100 in cash and and a one troy oz bar of gold.I was given a gold bar.I then worked out a deal for a 2013 altima unaware until later that the bar was worthless. I feel this was an upsetting misrepresentation and has caused me to mistrust nissan if this is your policy

Dissatisfied customer

Sheridan Nissan didn't have the courtesy to let a potencial buyer not to waste their time cutting a bank check and arriving the next day only to find out the car was sold I would never ever shop their again and will let everyone I know how they do business

Altima coupe

Nissan is making the nissan altima coupe which is very ugly why dont they make a maxima coupe look it up it looks cool

warranty problem

I am a 64 year old woman with a bad back. My 2009 Nissan Rogue developed a problem with the driver's side door latch. It won't open from the outside but will open from the inside. I found out that Nissan extended the warranty on this part because it was problematic. I am inside the year cut-off of the warranty extension but outside the mileage part due to a long commute for work. I spoke with Nissan and they will not help me with fixing this problem. So now I am climbing over the front seat and opening the door from the inside. Bad customer service.

2005 Nissan Maxima .Wire Harness Fire

Our Nissan Maxima caught fire sitting in the driveway.we awoke to find the car smoldering from under the steering column and the drippings of hot plastic i n the mats.We purchased a service warrenty that clearly covers electrical fires. The drivers seat and stering wheel stopped working a month prior to the fire.We also had work done to the cam shaft in the car in March. The car was towed to the dealership in Savannah . We were told that since cause of failure could not be determined the warrenty would not fix it. Since the 25th of April no one has touched the car because I would assume they won't get paid. However we have no answers and no car.Paid for a useless warrenty that we can't use.We have been told the car would be looked at .but no one ever does or calls.Very disappointed after looking at the history of issues similar to ours .

This has been one of my worst experiences in car buying that I have ever had. My daughter, her husband & I went to the Nissan dealership in Richardson, TX to purchase a car for her. Well after a lot of pressure from several people, it ended up with the manager actually yelling at us, following us out to the parking lot, still yelling & trying to engage in a physical fight with my son-in-law.

Sad Day

Thanks Nissan, You have made me lose complete faith in the warranty of your vehicles... It's a sad day for me because I have loved your vehicles since I was 8 years old... Even in the video games I have played... I always had to have the Nissan... I guess that changes 26 years later... Over tires (misaligned in the first place) and my speedometer not reading right. I am young enough to still have plenty of vehicle purchases in my future... It's disappointing that it won't be from your company!

Lia Nissan Service Center sucks. They are not reliable nor knowledge about repairing vehicles.

Dishonest Dealership

I'm so disappointed in the Bob Moore Nisson dealership, Norman, OK that I probably will never buy a Nisson again. And after I bought the 2006 Altima, three friends bought one because on me. The Altima has 21,500 miles on it and Bob Moore has replaced two batteries, the second one I don't think it needed. Recently, when I had it in for an oil change, they presented me with the news that it needed new struts and motor mounts to the tune of $2200.00. They were stunned that I didn't immediately say, okay, do it. Took it to a very reputable mechanic and of course, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the struts and mounts. I think they were trying to take advantage of a lady alone. This place is really giving Nisson a bad reputation.

Dishonest Dealership

Found used Nissan Armada at Nissan of Fort Worth advertised for $29,980 - no picture. Husband called to inquire and was told it was fresh from an auction but that he should come see it. Drove it out to my work for my ok and I was super excited it was at such a great price. Got back to sales office, mentioned that we'd already secured financing and magically the price was 36K! When my husband called management to complain he was told it was his mistake but we have the original ad printed out - black and white - they lied! Worst experience with a dealership, car company, etc.
