It seems that if you have a time limit on coupons, the date should be clearly marked on that flyer. Believing one will purchase item(s) with certain dollars, or receive a combination package, only to discover that promotion is over is - FRUSTRATING.

Why can't I find an e-mail address for corporate? Do they really want to hear complaints? We usually buy an "Ultimate" pizza with a coupon. This coupon added "crazy bread". My problem is...............why should I pay an extra dollar for SAUCE? Doesn't it come with sauce usually??? How much can one small dipping cup cost corporate? Is it worth it to alienate a customer? Why not ask if you want it or not...........if no, keep your sauce. If yes, give us a cup of sauce or forget the coupon!!

I go to the goldsboro store all the time me an my family an friends but that will end now everytime we go in the store the manager they call her jessica talks to all her employes an treats everone in the store with no respect she talks down to everone an makes it un pleasent for the costmers an employees I have stood in there an watched her textin on her cell phone hiding behind the crazy bread rack an roll her eyes at costomers. When they were trying to get someone to help them. I guess managers are better than everone else

Today our daughter had surgery and after surgery I told her she could have whatever she wanted for dinner; she choose Little Cesars. We went to the Butler Crossing Little Cesar's in Butler, PA. We ordered two pizzas and three crazy breads with extra butter and extra cheese. On the way home, I snuck some crazy bread. It was the best EVER in our ten years of eating such food! Also, our son has allergies to tomato sauce and I ordered one of your pizzas without sauce. Usually we get rude responses when we order without sauce but instead, we were asked if we would like the garlic butter instead. We had never tried this and agreed to it. How awesome! Our son was so satisfied with it. He is used to bland and was thrilled to have this flavor. I was so impressed with the staff at this particular Little Cesar's. They are very thoughtful. THank you! Thank you; for making a difficult day wonderful for us!

My name is Quincy and I would like to say that every time I go Lil Caesars on Candler Rd in GA the service and food is always good. I also would like to make a suggestion. Lil Caesars should start selling desserts like Cinnamon Stick with vanilla icing to dip it, cookies, or etx. Any kind of dessert lol.

LAst night september 2 2011 we went to the little caesars on Sixes Rd. in Canton Georgia. The employee with the name Dylan was extremely rude to all of the customers cursing about how everyone shows up at the last minute before they close, they were completely rude back talking me and everything. The nice employee asked what i ordered with my two peperoni pizzas in my hand while missing one item which was the italian cheese bread and dylan says the "icb" and i say the italian cheese bread and he was like ya thats the italian cheese bread really rude. We called austin the manager next morning not wanting to give out corporate number being extremely rude. will never go back there!!!

I recently visited the new store in Willis Texas. I was excited to have this store open as I love Little Caesar pizza. The first time I went into the store I was greeted by a friendly young lady. I ordered a special pizza and had to wait, which was fine. But during my wait I observed a woman with blonde hair wearing a polo style shirt. She not only was very rude to the employees by yelling at them as if they were incompetent children but she did this while she was sitting down. Before my pizza was ready she had got up and I had overheard her speaking poorly about other managers and complaining of her feet hurting and her stomach cramping. She told the employee that her pregnancy was causing these problems and then proceded to go sit down again. I dont know how your managers should behave but talking poorly about other managers to employees is not what I call professional, I actualy call that down right rude. Although I received good service from the cashier I will not be returning to the store because of this woman. I am a business man and dont feel that this is the way a business should be conducted. I will also be talking with friends and family and suggesting other places to get our meals. Thanks to one visit, one person, and one bad manager, a customer has been lost.

We have eaten in other Little C's and it's been ok...Today was the second time it's happened and last time I will go to Little Caesers...there was NOT a noticiable amount of sauce on the pizzas, they were both dry and almost tastless. You need to put sauce on it fellas! sauce is not that expensive and that's what makes a pizza, right? First time we thought it was just a miss...My wife put her own "out of the jar" sauce on it and we ate it and it was ok....this store is located in Poinciana Florida. You should check into it.

I was in your Cumberland, MD store Wednesday evening Aug. 10 close to 9:30 pm and the guy in front of me ordered a deep dish pizza and the cashier took the order but when the order made it to the back (or however the back is alerted) one of the girls working back there screamed up at the cashier about selling a deep dish that late (they close at 10 I think)...I mean she SCREAMED at the poor cashier in front of everyone (staff and customers). The poor cashier was near tears, I'm still not sure what she did wrong???? The guy that ordered the pizza felt bad for whatever happened and he said he won't be ordering anymore deep dish there anymore, can't say I blame him. This person that yelled must have been a manager or something because no one said anything to her. she was very unprofessional, yelling like that and then stomping around like a little kid. I have heard others say that the owner and managers yell at staff alot in that store and they do it right there in front of customers that is very unprofessional and they're gonna end up losing customers.

We got a pizza from the Lancaster Ohio location and it was horrible. It had barely any cheese on it at all and the sauce was thin and far from the crust. I have a picture if I could get an email address I will send it to you. You can contact me at ginaj01123@yahoo.com

My fiance and I just went to the store in Tooele Ut to pick up pizza crazy bread with a dipping sauce and an ICB. The wait wasn't horribly long but she told us that our ICB would be ready in just a minute. We said ok and sat down. While waiting though, we glanced in the back and there were two employees that we could see, NOT warring gloves! I personally think its unsanitary no matter how often they wash their hands. Anyway- if that wasn't bad enough I noticed that our ICB was ready and the girl at the front desk just stood there not paying any attention and watching the door for the next customer.. a few minutes later she realized it was done and got our food for us. So irritated over what we had seen, we didn't even realize she didn't give is our dipping sauce that we had paid for. Not the worst customer service I have experienced, but most certainly not very good.

I am a former employee of Shreveport LA store and I was never given access to my paycheck stub. I was an employee there since the store opened and I never saw my paycheck stub. Hours would come up missing on employees checks, to 'fix' the hours so there was no overtime. Very shady goings-on on the management part. These are not good practices for business. Also, the air in that store is kept at 99 degrees with the outside being 120 in the middle of summer. Not good for anyone. Is there anything that can be done about this?

EVERY EMPLOYEE AT THE SHREVEPORT STORE IN LOUISIANA HAS NEVER SEEN A COPY OF THEIR PAYCHECKS. HOURS DISAPPEAR OF THEIR FINAL PAY, AND THERE IS NO PAPER COPY TOO REFER TO. THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS TO CHANGE. THERE HAVE BEEN OVER 40 EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE COME AND GONE IN THIS STORE WITH NO PAYCHECK STUBS. SOME PLACES REQUIRE COPIES OF THESE TO RENT HOUSES, GET UTILITIES TURNED ON AND SO FORTH. THERE NEEDS TO BE A QUICK RESOLUTION TO THIS.

I live in Lovell, Wyoming and a few months back one of the school children came by and I bought a couple of your pizza kits from him. It was a school project to earn money. I have been trying to get a hold of some one in the corporate office to see if I could purchase some more. We are in our late seventies pushing 80 really hard. First of all your pizza's were delicious and they were the perfect size for the two of us. Is there any way I could purchase some of your kits for us. Please let me know as soon as you can. Thank you for any assistance in this matter. Jackie Kettenring

i got four raw pizzas and they would not give my money back in york pennsylvnia at the old blockbuster building i will never eat there agian

I work for a Little Caesars (Which one I will not say for fear of losing my job). I have been employed there for almost three months now and am seeking another job due to the practices of the managers and franchise owners. Not only do they completely disregard Federal Labor and Employment Laws, they also disregard the State Labor and Employment Laws. Upon bringing up several of these issues to my manager I was told to shut up or I would lose my job. Not only that but they treat their employees like dirt and have no desire to reward or acknowledge their employees who show exceptional drive and motivation. Another point I would like to bring up is how our store manager and franchise owners will leave during the middle of a rush and go out for meals. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for and strongly advise anyone wishing to apply or work for them to reconsider.

I STARTED AS AN ASST. MAN. IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS I WAS PROMOTED TO STORE MANAGER AT A BUSY STORE I WAS BUMPED FROM STORE TO STORE THEN FINALLY ENDED UP AT THE JEFFERSON COPLIN STORE IT WAS DEAD AS A DOORKNOB I TOLD MY MANAGER I WOULD RATHER BE DEMOTED THAN FIRED SHE SAID OK I ALSO KEPT SUGGESTING THEY CLOSE THE STORE DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS NOT MAKING ANY MONEY BUT THEY WANTED ME TO RUN THE SAME NUMBERS AS DAVISON AND LINWOOD WHICH I FELT WAS IMPOSSIBLE ANY R.W. ENDED UP TERMINATING ME AND SHORTLY AFTER THEY CLOSED THE STORE HOW FUCKED UP IS THAT I REALLY LIKED WORKING THERE NOW I CANT EVEN GO BACK AS A CREW MEMBER I FEEL I WAS TREATED UNFAIRLY AND I WILL BE CONTACTING SOMEONE AT CORPORATE SOON TO SEE WHY I CANT GET HIRED AT ANOTHER STORE I WASNT STEALING OR ANYTHING THEIR STORE WAS NOT DOING WELL AS FAR AS SALES IT WAS NOTHINGG I DID MY FOOD COST WAS SO HIGH BECAUSE THEY WANTED HOT AND READY BUT NOONE WAS COMING IN.

I was at the thornton Ave, Newark CA. Little ceasers about two weeks ago. I asked about the promotion garlic breads; buy one get one free. The asian cashier was so rude that she rang me up before I could complete my order. I told her that I wasn't done. She was so disrespectful. I asked, "Who is the manager?" She said, I am. Then I asked, "Who is the owner of this place"? She replied, I don't remember. She made me pay double tax. Horrible...Horrible service. Completeness rudeness.

Employees at little caesars in Cumberland MD. I know a few people who work there and honestly feel bad. So I am taking the chance to mention this because they will not!! A assistant manger was demoted because he was caught with drugs, but will be promoted when his probation has ended. The guys there seem to take breaks while the place is slammed with customers or eat while on the clock. Not to mention, the whole make a pizza for break, if they cant finish it, take home the leftovers. Well now they can not, because people were making two pizzas overlapping each other or trying to make two and take the other home. Instead of talking to the whole staff about the issue, there was a note on the wall. Some girls there just stand around and watch others work, they do not even try to help. When it is slow and all is caught up, it is okay. Another deal why fire people then hire more who do they same thing. When I use to order it was great affordable prices, but after hearing these guys in the corner yelling and mentioning vulgar thing, no more. I do not bring my children into a unprofessional place anymore!!

As I see on other reviews Little Caesars isn't that great of a place. At my former store they would save the pizzas longer than the estimated time, orders from the Store Manager. But later on got fired for that and many other reasons. I as well as 3 other co workers got fired or whatever they called it as for the fact that we gave out free pizzas or discounts to family. I thought this was very unfair for them to do that since we were not the only ones to do it, but the only to admit it. Instead they kept the lying employees and did NOTHING. I even repaid the cost of the things I handed out and was STILL let go. It has been a year now, and I can not get any jobs due to what happened.
