| Northwest Honda, Owings Mills Maryland 21117 is an exceptional Dealership. I continue to bring my truck back to this Dealership because of the Service Department they listen to their customers and I like this place. If I was ever to have an issue with service and I have not within my 7 years with them, I’m sure they would honor a verbal agreement to take excellent care of me ....and this is great! Repairs are never a problem and they keep me abreast of what is being done to my truck before doing anything. I’m never surprise of any hidden work to be done to my vehicle. This sends messages to me that they want my business and I talk to allot of people about the great service I’ve have received. | My Name is Ms. lizzy I was married to my husband for 13 years and we were both bless with three children, living together as one love, until 2010 when things was no longer the way the was [when he lost his job]. But when he later gets a new job 6 months after, he stated sleeping outside our matrimonial home. Only for me to find out that he was having an affair with the lady that gave he the job. since that day, when I called him, he don't longer pick up my calls and he don’t want to see me around him and he also deleted me from his face book account. | Dear Honda Corp. My daughter is completing her final year of college in Williamsport, PA and discovered over this past weekend that she could not get her 2000 Honda Accord out of park. This is her finals week and she did not need one more outside issue to distract her from her studies. I contacted Fairfield Honda, in Muncy, PA, which is some 10 to 15 miles from my daughter's campus. I spoke with Mr. Andy Powell who called my daughter to check on her availability, sent one of his men in a repair truck to the campus, corrected the problem by showing my daughter the release button in the console, made sure she understood how to correct the issue herself, and left without charging my daughter for the visit. I called Fairfield Honda today to see if I owed them anything, and they insisted that I did not. To say they went above and beyond is putting it lightly. | I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer service and follow-up by Jenkins-Accura in Ocala, Florida. I paid cash for a 2011 ZDX in October and have yet to receive my title. I had to continue to call because I was given temporary tags that had expired - this was on two instances that the company gave me temporary tags. In January, I received my permanent tabs however, I have yet to receive my title to the car. I called several times and I believe it was Matt who hung up the phone on me after threatening to get an attorney. There were no follow-up calls and now I am at my "wit" end. I am asking for full reimbursement of my monies and I will take my business elsewhere. | |

| I've had my 2005 Honda Accord Coupe E.X., 2.4 cylinder car since 2007. Bought it with 36,000 milies used. The car has been great. I have done the normal yearly tune-up, oil change every 3000 miles, had to get a few things replaced, but it is an excellent car. | I bought a CRV EXL with navigation system this last Sept 2011. I've contacted Galpin's service department several times with a complaint regarding how OUTDATED (I mean, older than a dinosaur) this navigation software is. When I inquired for an updated software, I was informed I had PURCHASE the NEW software. I was baffled by that reply. So, I JUST paid $2,000.00 for an outdated system and Honda wants me to pay for an update? I'm confused. I love the car itself ... my only complaints are: 1) ANCIENT navigation software (I NEED the navigation for work, main reason I spent $2,000 for the navigation system) ... and I'm outraged that I need to keep using my handheld GPS to find certain streets in Los Angeles. I challenge ANYONE to find certain streets in that software (streets just as old as Los Angeles is!) or stores that exists for over 10 years and is no where to be found on "search" in that software. 2) The bluetooth often makes this shrilling sound from time to time (piercing!!!), disconnecting the phone call. So clearly, my navigation and phone system needs to be fixed. I'm just extremely disappointed Galpin has basically given me answers like, "well, if the CD came with that car, so that is the latest software." Really? I'm now reaching out to a corporate office to see if anyone can take a closer look on those issues. I know I'm NOT the only one having those issues. I guarantee if I go to the media, hundreds if not thousands of people will surface with the same complaints. | I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L with ~40,000 miles on it as it was lease car in July 2011. I have owned two other Honda Accords;first one was 1990 and the second was a 2001. I bought Honda because of the quality, longevity and customer service. My 2008 soon began to have leather deterioration problems with the drivers seat, discolored areas and an area where the surface of the leather appears to be wearing off. In my experience this is premature failure. So far I have spoke with the dealer who I bought the car from, a local dealer I have used for service for previous Hondas, and your Customer Service department. All said "normal wear and tear/out of warranty and you customer service rep, who I had to follow up with, offered a $1000 seat replacement with a generous discount to $450! FYI I have friends who are long time Honda owners who sold one of their Honda with leather seat with ~210,000 miles on it; the leather seats were as good as they were when they bought it. Does Honda still stand by their products? I rated Honda as "Fair" as I still enjoy but I don't understand the "solution" that was offered. | |

| This is regarding the Navteq Navigation System, not my Honda Ridgeline, with which I am quite pleased...5 Stars for an excellent vehicle: REF: Customer Number 0911176548 I bought my Honda Ridgeline in 2007. I paid for an update to the Navigation System, i.e., 2010 Honda Navigation Update Ver. 4.81A ([2 stars] Fair). On the version that came with the 2007 Ridgeline vehicle, I had a choice between a female voice and a male voice. When I received and installed the new version 4.81A, much to my chagrin, I discovered that a change had been made that upset me considerably. The male voice was no longer an option. In fact there was no option and no way to change the voice except to reinstall the original version and scrap the new version for which I paid $149.00. I purchased this update to get the new roads, addresses, restaurants and updated maps not expecting a version that reduced the quality of the product. In my opinion, the removal of this option (to change the voice from female to male) cheapened the product. Neither my spouse nor I like the female voice so we just shut off the verbal aspect of the directions. When we use the system to find an unfamiliar address, we read the screen. I am very unhappy in the way my queries fell on deaf ears at Honda and the way I was treated by your subcontractor’s staff at Navteq ("sorry that's just the way it is" in a blunt way). I received a letter from the Honda Navigation Center in the mail today offering another update to the Navteq System. I will not be purchasing this update because it may harbor other unpleasant changes which I will not like. I am filing my complaint here because I am assuming that the "Honda Navigation Center" in Orem, Utah is the subcontractor who developed the software. | I have a 1997 honda accord, which at one point I loved. Due to economics I have to keep it. I have always taken very good car of my car. The last 18 months I have had to do some serious repairs. OK it's an older car, I get it. What I don't get or like is being treated sp BADLY at the San Maros, TX dealership. feb. 2011 I took it in with a window problem, I get a call my water pump is leaking so I say fix it, and that's a good time for a timing chain. My bill was 1200.00 dollars. I also was told my rear seal was leaking and I shoul get it taken care of. I asked and they told me I had 3 or 4 months. So I took it back in April, and they told me it wasn't leaking. Well I have it in writing what I was told the first time and the service guy (Ceasar) was basically saying I was a lier. I had proof and he would never own up to his mistake. If my bill hadn't been $1200.00 I would of had a $200.00 repair done that I didn't need. This week, July 5th my car wouldn't start. Finally a few hours later my husband got the car going and he took it straight to SM Honda, I get a call from ED and he tells me it's my full pump and I should have my main relay switch changed also. I also need my AC worked on. Plus a couple of other things that could wait. I approved the AC work and the fuel pump and relay switch. ED told me the cost encluding labor. I get a call today that my car is fixed and he tells me it is $529.02. I tell him we will be by later to get it. When my husband and I got there and recieved the bill it jumped to $926.02. That's not what I was told and ED lied to David and told him he told me $926.02. HE DID NOT TELL ME THAT. Plus I had a full tank of gas and when I went to leave I had just under a half tank. Is it because I am a women? I am furious that these guys are not telling the truth. I have talked friends into buying Hondas, but I am now going to each some major crow. I have a witness from work what I was told. I let one repair go that I never complained about. I had to have the grease boot on one of my front tires replaced and they didn't tighten up the axil and when I left from work, well lets say the car was towed back to Honda. I thought wel things just happen and blew it off. But now I am starting to think that women are not being treated very well. David did adjust the bill to what I was told $529.02, but I am sick of them treating me like I am a lier. I AM NOT. I'm not forsure what my next step is. Lets see how you treat me. It was raining , the moment I started wipper, its rubber came out and the metal frame left permanent scratch on the glass. 3. Music system- one side speakers were not working. On making the complaint indicator and music set right and wipper rubber changed. But nothing was done for glass scratch. The car was return saying that scratch will go my itself in due course of time. Scratch remain as such even after fifteen days. Other following additional issues faced during these fifteen days. 1. Play observed in the steering wheel 2. Car started going to right side, might be due to improper wheel alignment. 3. Scratch on the bumber ( My fault and I take the ownership and ready to pay for it.) After fifteen days I contacted the company and told that the scratch is as such and you need to change the glass. After lot of effort the company agreed to replaced the glass and the car was picked on 23rd July 2011. After one week the car it still not delivered back and every time one or the other excuses are given. This morning I got a call saying that car will be delivered today i.e 30th July 2011. After half and hour got another car that driver has hit the car and car has got scratches on the body which need to be painted and will take one more day. I want to asked HONDA MOTOR LEADERSHIP, why shouldn't I ask for car replacement. In just one month time there are so many issues I had faced with this car. | Hi, I'm from Edmonton, Alberta and I have Honda CRV 2006. I noticed that VSA and ABS lights are on and they stay on while I'm driving the car. I went and brought the car into the dealership, mechanic checked the car with dealer error code 66 1 brake pressure sensor failure and he says I need to replace the vsa modulator and said it is system failure and to fix it would cost about $2,000! If it is a system failure it should be repair at no cost, I believe. I checked some of the forum regarding this and they have the same problem with the VSA and ABS lights on. I also believe that you guys in Honda headquarters has concern about this situation and Honda should absorbing the cost for the part and our dealer. | Let me begin by saying that I am Pro-Honda Goldwing person, and have owned a 2002 and loved it. I just bought a NEW 2010 and have approx 1,300 mi, since this bike rolled out of the dealer I have had a prob;em with the engine fluctuating or better known as (Surging) at idle speed,and the Bike has actually shut down 2 times with me and once at a Honda dealer while the service writer was pulling it into the shop. Honda Tech line was called and the Dealership was told to reset the ECM, which resulted in no inprovement. This problem after reading comments this problem on many Goldwing sites is not distinct to my bike but widespread, yet Honda has not been helpful at all, in solving the issue that plaques seemingly the 2010 Goldwings in partcular, I paid 23K + for this bike and have ridden it very little because of this problem, the Honda Dealership that I have taken it to, is also frustrated and of course that adds to my frustration and anxiety. | My 2008 CRV began having a tire leak problem within a few months of purchase. The first few times the 'tire light' came on I immediately went to a Honda dealership that provided nitrogen air for my tires as I paid extra to have the 'nitrogen air'. Over time, after being told that my tire pressure was down only a pound or two [after 2-3 months of 'tire light', I adjusted myself for a top up every 2-4 months depending on distance I would be driving over the next month or so. Last Friday, April 29, 2011, I took my car to my local Honda dealership [have moved across the state from previous location]. Instead of jacking the offending tire up, the capable technician raised the entire vehicle. He then went over the offending tire very carefully. He removed any and all pebbles etc. he found in the tire, as he tried to discern where the problem lie [he is the first technician to do this]. The problem was a tiny nail that even at eye level looked like a small pebble. He removed the nail, put a plug in the tire and hopefully there will not be any further problems. I would like to commend this young man, he is a credit to Honda. His name is ALEXAN CABRERA, his Tech. number is 187 [one hundred and eighty-seven]. | I purchased the Honda Civic SI August of 2007 from Open Honda in NJ. I must say the vehicle runs VERY well. My complaint, and it is a huge one for me, is that after 4 years I got my first flat tire. I went to change the tire and realized there was no lug wrench. I had to call for assistance. When I finally returned home, I called the dealership who gave me a total "con-job" response. I spoke to at least 4 employees before finally getting the Sales Manager. He assured me he would get back to me-that was 2 days ago. Needless to say I am totally disgusted by the way the matter was handled and disappointed to say the VERY least! | |

| I have been trying to purchase a Honda Civic LX from the Baytown,Texas dealership Community Honda. I first tried to purchase a 2010 model on December 31st and went to the dealership and got the run around on the price of the vehicle. I gave them a second chance with a quote on a 2010 LX from the internet manager for $17,271 drive out price. When I went to the dealership with the paper from the internet manager they told me the price was wrong and TTL still needed to be added. I had price quotes from other Honda dealerships and they had complete break downs on the price of the vehicle. I will still be buying my 1st Honda, but it will not be from this dealership. They mislead the customer and seem to have very poor customer service. If this is how they treat all of their customers, I don't know how they stay in business. I would give them a minus star if it was listed. | |

| I bought a honda back in june of 2010, in Culver City. It is now January of 2011, I have yet to receive my owner's title to the vehicle. DMV has sent a copy automobile registration form informing me that the legal owner of my vehicle is Milelr Honda located 1331 N Euclid St., Anaheim, CA. Be advised that I paid cash for this vehicle. Yes I am angry, why are you holding title to vehicle, didn't my check go through? I never received any notice from my back stating that the checks bounced, so you did get you money did you not? If you want to keep the title to my vehicle, then refund the money back to me, and take your car. Or will I need to get a lawyer to obtain the title to my vehicle? Why are you keeping the title to the vehicle, is there a reason? When I purchased a Toyota back in 2006 for cash I received the title, not Toyota. Refund me my money, and also I bought and extended warrantly, what is that good for, I received nothing on that eighter. I just wasted money on an extended warrantly, it doesn't even get me a free oil change. Do I need to pay you more money to get my title or what? | |

| I have owned a total of four Honda vehicles. My first new purchase was an Accord LXi from Robertson Honda. Second was an Accord EX from the dealership in Palmdale. Unfortunately, I had to return the vehicle due to a financial impact from the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. I then purchased an Accord EX Limited edition from a private party and sold it about five years ago. Approximately two weeks ago, I was in the market for a new economical vehicle. My brother is a Veteran City of Torrance Firefighter and always has positive comments about Torrance Honda Corporate Office. I own a Ford Expedition, but wanted a more economical second vehicle. I shopped around at various dealerships in Bakersfield and was unimpressed. My last stop was Barber Honda in Bakersfield. I meet Rommy, who I took an immediate liking to. I almost purchased a vehicle from him. I was upfront with him and told him that I was preapproved from Safe 1 Credit Union and had the approval letter in hand and he informed the financing department. The financing staff did not adhere to the instructions from Safe 1 Credit Union and were requiring me to put a total of 10% down. Additionally, they attempted to increase the purchase price of the vehicle approximately $700.00, after we negotiated the final sale price. I informed them I would return at a later time and that I wanted to verify procedural information from my Credit Union. They pressured me to stay and complete the purchase. They tried this more than once. On a more personal note, I have worked for years as a Correctional Nurse in a maximum security prison and it is easy for me to detect when anyone is attempting to be less than honest and manipulative. I left Baber Honda without making the purchase, but I did promise Rommey that I would return in the next few days. The next business day, I contacted my Credit Union and told the Loan Manager what had transpired. She was not surprised and informed me that she has heard similar stories from Safe 1 Credit Union members. She contacted Barber Honda and instructed them on processing my transaction. I returned to Barber Honda and purchased the vehicle from Rommey with no money down and no dealer financing. In no way was Rommey inappropriate. He is a great asset to your Company and is an excellent representative. He is trustworthy, polite, patient and professional. He exceeded my expectations. Please pass these accolades to him. I wanted to purchase the full Honda extended warranty but declined due to serious trust issues with Barber Honda. After taking delivery of the 2011 Civic, I returned to my Credit Union and gave my Credit Union $5000.00 cash as a down payment and they financed the remaining balance. The interest rate in unattractive and I plan to pay off the balance in the next 12 months. A few days ago, I completed a Honda telephone survey, I.D. # 4439895 and followed up with an online survey. I consider myself to be a loyal Honda owner and will continue, but I have reservations with respect to Barber Honda. I am still very interested in purchasing the extended warranty for my new 2011 Civic. My cousin, who is a Honda Master Mechanic in Lancaster, recommends this. Can you assist me? | |

| Dear sirs, I own a 2005 honda crv,and this is the 4th honda in our home.My concern is this,my vehicle is serviced on time and I purchased this vehicle in february of 2005 .My vehicle had less than 29,000 miles when I had to replace 4 tires and also a new battery.I find this to be out of the ordinary,especially when the replacement tires were of better quality than came on the vehicle.Also why did I have to replace the battery?
