Web Site is a Joke

Folks - it is abundantly clear by review of a few of these 'Complaints' that Honda never looks at this web site. Emails offering loans; deals for gold dust; stories about voodoo spells. A reputable company would remove the items which do not reflect comments about a Honda product.

I have had my honda civic for the last 24 months and this vehicle has been a nightmare.. I would never recommend a honda again to anyone buying a car. I am a military person, and we used to be a honda family, but after the newest 2012 honda civic, I will never buy a honda again. My experience with the dealership was horrible, my experience with finance was not much better. I even went as far as to go the the better business burue about honda. People beware of buying a honda. Don't do it....

When bale honda og little rock on Colonel Glenn to get check to see how much it would be to fix my honda civic 98 it came down get a new motor they found yes with 90, 000ml but something was wrong the right motor come in I received a motot with 106, 000ml they put it in ask questions or ask if it was okay they it for about three wrrk all together it take car home problem the first day I take it back 6 time it was still not right I was tried it was to be my son graduation present now not ever 6 months the motor bad car want run and dont want to honor the warrant it cost me 3700.00 for nothing bsd busy

Horrible car Horrible service

I purchased a brand new honda civic back in 2007. Worst decision I ever made. I have had problems with it since day one and now my mechanic is saying it might need a new engine. It only has 70,000 miles on it! I thought Honda's were supposed to last. I will never buy another Honda. My dealership has been no help and beyond rude.

2008 Honda CRV

My 2008 Honda CRV started making a whining sound in 2012. I took it to Berkeley Honda to check out the problem. I was told that it could be the tranmission and it could cost me up to $6.000.00 to fix the problem. They changed the transmission oil, charged me abot $157.00 and sent me on my way. Monday, May 20, 2013 the whining has returned. I am very unhappy with the situation. I searched google for other complaints and I was surprised to find out there are a lot of people complaining about their CRVs. I am very disappointed with Honda as it is obvious there is a problem and Honda is avoiding the complants as they do nothing to resolve the problem.

Honda CRV 2012

I purchased a Honda CRV 2012 from David McDavid Honda in Houston Texas in August 2012. Nine months later the steering wheel cover has a big whole in it where I place my left hand when driving. If the cover wears out in less than one year, it makes me wonder what will happen to car. Honda talks about being such a well built car, but it the steering wheel does not last at least year, I would say that the cars are cheaply made.

Ordered an updated GPS for my 2012 Odyssey Touring Elite. I was provided with a password that is incorrect. I have tried for two (2) days to get a new password and no one can help me. On every call I have asked for a supervisor call back, and I get all kinds of commitment but the supervisor (Hailey) does not return my calls as promised. All I need is a new password so that I can update my factory installed GPS.

odyssey problems

purchaced a brand new honda odyssey in 2007, worst decision i ever made about a car.problems with the sliding doors ,recall on the transmission, brakes,power steering pump.new power steering pump now 11/2 years old and it 's just as bad as the original. went to the dealer and was told you only get a 12/12 warranty on the replacement. So they replace one defective pump with another pump that is defective and your out of luck. I personally will never buy another Honda, extremely disappointed with their product.

Faulty CR-V

Purchased a new CR-V from Ed Morse in West Palm Beach, Fl. Complete engine failure less than 5 days, 450 miles. Dealer offered new car now is taking back offer. No help anywhere with Honda dealer or Honda Corporate yet. Honda does not want their faulty car and neither do we. Still dealing with Honda.

disappointed

I was a happy and loyal Honda consumer until I learned last week I am in need of a Transmission after spending thousand of dollars performing the manufacturer required maintenance. I have purchased a car and motorcycle from Honda. I have successfully encouraged two friends to buy a Honda. I guess the vehicles are not being made anymore to run 300,000 plus miles without Major work. My Honda Crv was purchased new with 20 miles in 2006. I had maintenance at 10, 20, 30, 47,500, 60, 70, 90, 97,500, 105, 111 and 123,000 miles not including minor recommended maintenance. I have never been so disappointed!!! It is a Honda not a Ford!

Don't trust Honda! Their employees will tell you anything to get on a car what they promise is not what they deliver

I'm very pleased with my Accord

I'd like to take the time to write you this thank you letter because I've had my 2008 Honda Accord for 6 years now and never once has it ever given me any problems. Although I only have 45,000 miles on it, it runs and looks like it was brand new. At times when I'm in a parking lot people ask me about it expressing how new it looks and they thought it was a 2013 model, imagine that. So thank all of you who work at Honda for designing, manufacturing and selling this wonderful car that makes every day a good day to be driving in it.

I am very disappointed In my 2007 Honda civic. I still owe $6,000.00 on my loan and had to complain to my dealer about failure of the clear coat on my car which only has 46,000 miles. After complaining about it they fixed the problem on the hood, roof and trunk of the car (not so professional I may ad). The trunk of my car failed within months and now my whole cars clear coat has failed. I have lost about a $5,000.00 dollar value on my car not to mention it looks terrible. I have had my visors fail 4 times only to find out that they replaced it with the same visors that keep failing. The axel on the drivers side if failing and makes a cranking sound when you turn the wheel. To remind you I only have 46,000 miles on this car and treat it like a baby and my 2 year old travels in this mess of car. When will Honda live up to it's product quality and fix these without making me jump through hoops and costing me money? I will never buy another Honda (I bought two) because you will not make good your poor product. Shame on you! My purchase worth nothing!

Once you have your funds secured, you should have the upper hand in any car transaction. PLEASE take some knowledgable about cars and car sales with you. Have any car you look at inspected by a mechanic outside of the dealer. Once you have agreed on a car and a price, the bank will cut a check to the dealer for the exact amount, and you will have a vehicle!
