I visit most of the CT Friendly shops, never had a problem. So glad that the service is much better and faster. I wish they didn't close the one in my town.
Terrible food
Went to Friendly's in Quakertown, PA and ordered take out food, 2 hot dogs (one with cheese) and a side order of fries (which we were told were included with the hot dog) and a vanilla Fribble. When we rec'd our food, the hot dogs were stone cold in the middle (but the cheese was hot as were the fries) and the Fribble was watery and had absolutely no taste to it whatsoever. We paid over $13.00 for food that went into the trash can when we got home. I will never ever frequent Friendly's again, I am totally soured on their food and their customer service. There was nothing pleasant about the experience at all.
bathrooms
The palmer store , the food is good but the bathroom mens is in need of help, I stop everyday and more times than not there is no toilet paper, I started to bring my own as I did this morn as I do every day. please look into this, thank you
wish I went elsewhere
Wish i ate elsewhere the five dollar lunch,worth two dollars bun was greasy it was hard to hold the sandwich together,no napkins in the bag; not going back I tried
Awful Food
I ate at your Goshen, NY restuarant on 8/16/2014. I was with my daughter, granddaughter and my granddaughter's friend. First of all we waited 20 minutes for our food. The chocalate shakes that my daughter and I orderd were disgusiting. It had absolutely not taste. There was an awful after taste as you were drinking the shakes. They were horrible. After waiting 20 minutes.the food finally arrived. The food had no taste and was very bad. None of us ate our food. We tasted it and left it there. It's tood bad. You will never see us there again. By the way the ice cream that we were served was just as bad as the food. You need to close your restaurant and start over. It was bad.
Don't work here
This place in North Conway has a manager that is all mouth and no ears. Try picking up your paycheck after you quit. It's always a bad time because they're too busy or don't have the key. what a joke

You have the worst website ever! There are serious problems with it, you are a fairly large corporation, don't you have someone who monitors the site??? How could you no know it does not work?? This is clearly a symptom that your corporation needs new leadership and goes hand in hand with the rest of the feedback on here. Try looking at your website and then go to your competitors sites! Yikes, you'll be shocked.
Worst resturant in Toledo
My friend and I went to the Friendly's In Maumee Ohio today. They had something new. So I tried the mini burgers with the cheese sticks, and waffle fries. It wasn't fit to eat. The mini burgers were so hard, I couldn't even bit it. The fries had some salty cheese all over them and a great big blob of sour cream dumped all over them and fried cheese sticks, that were hard. ( over cooked ) My plastic glass had a big long crack in it. When the waitress came by, I told her about the glass and told her the food was not fit to eat, so she took it away. When I paid the $31.00 bill I told the manager. He said " Oh! ) We will never go back. They need to stay in the ice cream business and get out of the food business.
I was in Wenonah Nj, today I never in my life heard of any GM/ manger talk to a server in any way like this GM/manger did! my goodness, yelling at her in her face and also using the F bomb!!! I will never return to that store again ... All I can is WOW !! You should honestly think about the people you have running your stores!!
Bad service/staffing
The busiest weekend before Christmas and my boys and I stopped by the friendly's by the emerald square mall we walked in the restaurant was half empty, we waited about 5 minutes before we were told it would be a 20 minute wait because they didn't have the STAFF are you kidding me. That's what you call the 3 P's piss poor planning

I wish you could post Pictures... Bought some Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream... NOT ONE CHOC CHIP IN IT!!!!! WTHeck!!!!!!
inside walnut shell
I bought the banana split ice cream, was eating the chocolate with walnuts and there was something in it stabbed the roof of my mouth. I think it was the insides of the walnut shell but not really sure have picture and the item. I very glad it wasnt my kids eating it
Friendly's in Rome is the best. The service food, ice cream - location and cleanliness. -Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner --- no matter what time of day the place is always packed.... If a study was done on how well our Friendly's in Rome was doing, it would surely stay open --- everyone loves Friendly's --- if they can bring back the 'Twinkie' they can bring back Friendly's
love friendlys
I, in my opinion, always find friendlys to be the place to go where I know I'd get a good meal. Here where I live, hampden county, friendly's has become such a tradition to many. If I can't decide what to eat when it comes to fancy smancy chain restaurants, friendlys is my comfort place to go. And the ice cream..... is like NO OTHER!!!!! I'm happy that we have it here in New England. You tend to miss it when or if you move!!!!
I wanted to order Friendlys after work on sunday evening, I got out of work at 8:30 and tried calling the friendlys in Palmer MA. the phone was busy, I kept trying back. I finally got threw at about 9 and was put on hold then disconected it took another 10 minutes to get back through to them after being disconnected, the phone just beeped as if it were busy. This is not the first time it has taken me a while to get an order through. Also just a few weeks ago i went to friendlys with my mother and ordered the chicken finger entre where i should have gotten two sides. i only got one of my sides and my waitress never came back! We had to walk up to the counter to ask for our check after waiting for so long. Friendlys service sucks and that is really unfortunate.
i have visited one of your restaurants and was very disappointed in the food my daughter and i ordered the same exact item on your menu it looked so appetizing we just wanted to try it but to our shock it was the appsoutly the worst meal we eve eaten at friendlys. the point is i told the waitress it was horrible and that we couldn't eat it the both of us and i didn't want it. she didn't take it off the bill and i had to pay fourty four dollars for a meal that was not eaten for. I will neve go to friendlys again ever and my family will never go again and i will spread the word i work with public so they will now of my problem i promise that.

Friendlys in Hyannis, Mass
VERY DISAPPOINTED>>>> we went to have a nice dinner, the new place looked great, was greeted, and seated, by the kitche, ok. so far .. half an hour later, still no food, got drinks, but still , no food, i can see in the kitchen, staff looked confused. other waitress, was getting her food, out, still no food. now its going on for near an hour, so i finally said lets go. with my daughter crying . she couldnt understand, the fact that when things arent done right, no tip, and no service. we should have gotten a free dinner on the house.. but id rather just write multiple complaints. always had good times there. but ,, the place sucked.
Poor Management
my complaints are of the Asst. Manager Ahmed Aqara at the location of Tenafly NJ. Treats his workers like animals and treats the customer the same. The facility is under par as far as being clean is concerned. Ahmed should not be managing any of you locations.
