Broken watch

I shopped at the Forever 21 store in Tulsa Okla yesterday for the first time. I live 2 hours from Tulsa so I dont go down there very often. I bought a watch when I took it out of the bag that nite there is no stem on it. I called the store and they said if I would bring it back the next day they would exchange it. I cannot get back down there until the weekend they said sorry has to be tomorrow!! I have receipt and bag and tag. They would not work with me at all kept telling me to read the bottom of the receipt and it does say blah, blah, blah, but good grief you buy things expecting them to be good. Needless to say I will not ever shop there again!!! Cost me 20.00 bucks to learn my lesson about Forever 21!

frustrated

I went the forever 21 in potomac mill outlet mall and I bought a few out fits for a party. Was in a rush so didnt try on at the store. 4 days later I returned the items that didnt fix. I was given a store credit. 2 weeks later I went to use my 45 bucks and its nit on the card. Its been 3 weeks and they are still giving me the run around. I can imagine it take 3 weeks to put a number into a computer to find out if the money was ever put on it. So now I still dont have my birthday outfit. When u swipe my card for 115 bucks there was no issues now I to get my 45 bucks im having all this issue once thisbis rectified I will no longer be shopping at forever 21.

Was shopping with my granddaughter asked for help and I guess because I am a PLUSSIZE senior I don't count. Very rude sales people. If this is what upper class is like I'll stay down to earth!

Like everyone else says they are the rudest as well as the stupidest employees and its obvious if you are going to manage stupid rude people then the manager has to be the rudest and more stupid then the rest. They make sure they tell you the store credit only policy which is fine but when they forget the little detail that if the item is on sale its a final sale and then refuse even the store credit when you return is a big problem With all the complaints I'm seeing its obvious they really don't care how their employees act or maybe the whole corporate policy is the customers comes last so the employees are giving bad customer service because its a major part of the training program. If I could just get one person not to shop there anymore and so on and so on, this rant will be so worth it. I was going to contact their corporate office but based on the other posts they don't seem to care.

Shipping

I have shopped at forever 21 for over 2 years and was never charged for shipping to Hawaii until now! I refuse to shop at a company that doesn't provide the same promotions as it does for the rest of the, "48 states"... However, there is a forever 21 on Maui and Honolulu, so why is there a problem with giving the Big Island of Hawaii free shipping?! You lost a customer until your company steps it up....thanks

Coustomer service

My name is Nancy and I have never shopped in an Forever 21. I was visiting Las Vegas this past weekend and the temperatures were crazy high. We got off the shuttle that we took from our hotel, as soon as we did my son became very sick. The first store we seen was the Forever 21. We entered and asked the first employee we see where the nearest rest room was fore he was going to be sick. She was rude. Well needless to say he never did make it to the restroom. He ended up getting sick right out side the restroom. Even though there was one rude person. I would like to thank the rest of the staff. The manager and the rest of the staff went way beyond their jobs to help us. The manager I think her name was Jeanie, a few young sale associates and a gentleman came to assist us. they gave him a chair to sit in and a bottle of water. I have been waiting over. Weeks for my final paycheckI can't get ahold of anyone at corporate the managers never return my call or they won't talk to me I'm going to the labor board and suing them for my money they treated the new employees like trash and made snide comments about how they hated training new people it was the worst experience of my life I will never shop there again and neither will anyone I know total trash

RETURN POLICY IS RIDICULOUS

I bought a few things at the Forever 21 in Morgantown, WV and overall had a good experience. Workers were nice and helpful. HOWEVER, not 30 minutes after I took the tag off of one of the shirts I bought, I found a hole along one of the seams. I'm sorry that I'm not searching for holes on a brand new top, I'm not at Gabes. My mom tried taking it back to the one in Monroeville and they refused to exchange it. I understand the tag was off, but the shirt was brand new and shouldn't have been on your racks in the first place if it had that hole. Also, I don't live close to a Forever 21 so if you want me to return the shirt within 21 days, you better be paying me gas money.

Your Westland MI store is GREAT!!! Very friendly, helpfull, and I love shoping there. I went to your Taylor MI store because it is bigger and newer, and I was SHOCKED!!! They were rude no one asked if I neede help, and when I asked they acted as if I was an inconvience to them. Even the manager acted as if I was beneth her and I dare ask a question. The only reason I will comtinue to shop with you at all is the Ladies at your Westland MI store...bigger is not better!!

Complaints

I was in the Galleria mall in White Plains, Ny and my daughter was in the fitting room trying on clothes and some bathing suits. My daughter called me over for me to see her on my opinion and the lady working in the fitting room yelled at me for walking over to where my daughters fitting room was. She stopped me and she called the manager over and the manager didnt know even what was happening and she was yelling at me. Apparently their store policy is that your prohibited to go inside the fitting room with another person when i was simply on the outiside looking. They told me that my daughter had to come out of the fitting room when she was wearing a bathing suit. The people at this forever 21 are very rude before yelling at people they should clean up their store that looks like a dirty pigsty. I am gonna tell everyone that i know not to come to this location ever.

My shopping experience here is bittersweet. This company defiantly needs help with customer service and offering more than what is out there. Exployees need to be in tune with the store and be more involved in their job by dressing in a fashion manor, relating to every customer, and going beyond what management tells them. One aspect of this store that I enjoy is seeing all the themes of the rooms and seeing how each and every clothing is placed in what room. I think it is awesome they update often and move things around daily. This makes the store more appealing for customers to shop here. Even though people might have issues with the store policy and customer service, employees mean well and customer just want a place to shop at that will stay in business.

I was a former recovery specialist for the ala moana store here in Hawaii, I barely turned 18 when I got hired, I loved every single days that I have worked there, till management started changin, I have left due to fault promises made, I have grown a lot and learned a lot that I was able to carry on with me to my next job, from Constructive criticism. I am truly proud to say I loved working there and wish to go back someday

I feel that firing an employee over an story of change is terrible I will never shop with you again.

Return Item

I went to Forever 21 April 1st to return some item I have both and if had the tags on. The location I went to was Anaheim Plaza. the supervisor told me because I dont have the receipt in hand the cant take it back. I was never told that you can get your money back. I try calling headquarters 5 time and been on hold for hour's. this is my first time shopping with them and the last time. Please dont shop at Forever 21. there clothing rips really fast. the supervisor was really rude.

bad service

I went into a forever 21 store today. In los cerritos mall to return some items i had received as a gift, (with tags on them) and the guy who helped me out was extremely rude!! made me feel stupid and dumb. Told me the items were to old to return (which im confused because I got them as a gift) and literally threw them back on the counter and said there is nothing i can do, THEN walks away and cusses under his breath. I don't care who you are, you do not treat a customer like that at all! and for this, i am honestly never going back to that store again, because of him! very upset at the moment.

Try not to order online from them.If you do and find that you need to make a return, it will take Forever. Wow what a coincidence that Forever is in the name. It takes Forever to get and order accomplished if they decide they need proof that it is you that is actually ordering, if you are sending the items to someone else's address. It takes Forever for them to get your email and respond. I wrote an email and they don't check their emails everyday. It took a week to get a response. I had to call my credit card company to tell them that it might take 2 billing cycle to get a credit for a return in which I sent back 13 days ago, because I was worried that I would incur interest charges. Before I contacted my cc company, I tried to contact the retailer by sending them a message on their website to ask when my specific order would be credited. I got no response because like I said, "It will probably take Forever." I could not wait for that, because my monthly due date is approaching. So the credit card company was kind enough to help me with that when I called and explained this dilemma.. I am very happy with my cc company, but unhappy with the ignorance of companies these days that do not have good customer service and a no care attitude;. Another thing is that when I received the order, which was 3 different sizes of the same shorts in two different colors, I tried on the first pair of shorts that I thought might fit better than the other sizes and the back welt pockets were not evenly matched on each side|. I pulled out another bag with the same size and the pockets were not matched on those pair either;. Just out of curiousity I looked at the other shorts that I knew would not fit and I kid you not, all of the welt pockets on every pair were uneven|. Well I was done!. I knew I would have to send all of the items back for a refund, so I did/.

How rude your employees are

I went into the forever 21 store last night as I always do and I cannot tell you how rude the sales girl was to me. I had my service dog with me and she told me to show her the service tags. I said sure as soon as I pay for my purchases which I had in my arms I will be glad to put my dog down and look in my purse and get them out. She said no you must show me now and I said no. Where is your manager, she would not answer called security and had security throw me out.. I just thought-- wow. that was crazy she would not even let me purchase my items or speak to the manager. . I have shopped there for over 5 years spending thousands of dollars a year. I would love to show you the receipts. I am so upset I'm going to talk to a lawyer regarding being abused by your employer at the store. I am disabled and I am sure this is against the law to treat people let alone customers like this, especially to the disabled. thank you for your consideration..
