I visit my local store at least once a month ant the last two times I have considered not going back. I spend $30-40 when I do go. Both times when I walked in I was the only one in line and then one customer came behind me. The first time I was told "you know can place your order on line" the second time I had to keep asking to prepare the bowls with more salsa and was told it was extra. The customer service is great if your a college student but not so great for the older customer.

Just wanted to let ou know that we love CHIPOTLE's !! Not sure what is going on with the PLEASANT HILLS Store in Pennsylvania. Usually they are very efficient but on Thurs May 16, 2013 I stopped for a p/u order. The order was placed on line at 11:15am and was to be p/u at 11:45, I got there at 11:45 and was told they had to make it yet. I stood there waiting for 17 min. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT There were plenty of people working there so that's not the problem. The girl did give me 2 25% off cards for waiting so long and she did offer me a drink. That's GREAT PR but you need to find out what the problem was. Thanks STILL GREAT FOOD

Dirty; chicken never ready

Our Middleton Chipotle NEVER has chicken ready at the height of the noon hour. What kind of restaurant doesn't prepare for the rush times? I agree with others here, not much meat, a couple sprigs of cheese, and few lettuce. I always have to "ask" for more and they put on a few more just as sparsely as originally. Also, I have become accustomed to asking for a wet rag to wipe off a tabe to sit at. Food is all over the floor; no ice in the machine; Coke Zero out of Coke. Need I go on? Music sucks and is WAY too loud!

U guys broke?

I never ever give the time of the day to give a complaint but common! I religiously come to chipotle now that there is a new one here in Oxnard by the esplanade. I order my burrito bowl and when I told them my meat I got the portion of not even a street taco and when asked for more I was told its an extra charge. I paid $8.50 for 4 bits of steak lettuce and beans. Are you guys that broke!!? I refer people all the time but you guys have to up your meat portion

I just ate at chipotle for the first time and I am really disappointed you don't serve queso on the menu. Im not the first person to realize this either but if you want more customers and more satisfied ones I'd suggest adding queso to the menu. It will also put more money in your pocket. Until them I will not be coming back to eat at chipotle simple as that, Mexican food without queso is like a hotdog without ketchup. Besides that everything else was great. If you need a really good recipe hit me up. Thanks

Fired with no reason.....

Chipotle at fredericksburg is the worse place ever, I want to report this restaurant and I will, there's a lot of thing that corporate need to know.

Tired of waiting

I recently stopped working at chipotle like 2 weeks ago, but I NEVER received my last check! I went to the store just for them to tell me that it was "sent in the mail". But I have yet to receive anything in my mail. I continuously call the chipotle corporate number but I never get through to ANYBODY! This is a problem & I would like it resolved asap!

I just seen an employee sharpen his knife and proceeded to cut onions. I think you should rinse the knife before cutting. Maybe thats how they were taught.

poor treatment of employees

I work at the placerville CA store. We are constantly loosing employees bc of miss treatment of new employees in training. In need of undercover boss! Im tired of dealing with drama. We are adults... start acting like it. I have been be littled several times in front of customers. And have felt Extremely embarrassed to be apart of such a rude group of individual's. in the several years of working in the food industry this has by far been the worst experience of my life.

why order online

Order was supposed to be ready by 7:15 (45 minute wait). At seven 30 i was finally told they hadnt even started making the meal, and that it should be ready in about 15 minutes..

Coupons

Got a coupon by mail & used it at the Tarzana Branch in Los Angeles, CA, when I reached the register the cashier announced it TWICE, loudly for everyone to hear that a coupon is being used. I was so embarassed & would never come back again. Is this how you do business now a days??? Well, you lost one!!!

SHAME ON THIS CHIPOTLE and SHIFT MANAGER.

I had a HORRIBLE experience in this restaurant yesterday as well a few other times. The MUSIC' is so LOUD, you tell the staff what you want and they can't hear you. A believe a shift manager was at the end where you pay and i tried explaining to him, maybe you should turn down the music and he said " what i can't hear you "? Now that's BAD! Next i am telling them i wan't guacamole on the side and they don't even give it to me then start ringing it up, i had to further reiterate that i wanted guacamole. Then i said to the same shift manager THAT'S A PROBLEM. He then said to me, that's not what i was asking you in a VERY RUDE TONE! Is this what you call customer service chipotle? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

No Job For You! Next!

My daughter had a job interview at the Rt 59 Chipotle in Aurora Il. She told me that the interview went terribly. The cashier told the manager that she was there for an interview. The manager and another employee began to stare, laugh and say things under their breath. The interview lasted less than 10 minutes and the manager did not make eye contact with her once during the interview but he did make sure to tell her that if she did not receive a call within an hour, then she didn't get the job. My question: Where did Chipotle find this unprofessional, ethically challenged human being from?

Don't take your child still in diapers

Have you ever noticed that the restrooms do not have baby changing stations? I actually had to put my child (10 months old) on the floor to chnge her diaper! #losingalongtimecustomer

Phone order delays

It was very rude today. After standing in line for ten minutes apparently a phone order came in. I waited another 5 minutes watching at least ten other meals being made for the phone order. I felt it was rude to just stop the entire line for this. I ended up leaving along with some other customers. This is not the way to treat your customers.

This store is ALWAYS out of food

Chipotle 6901 Rockside Rd Independence, Ohio This store is ALWAYS out of something!! Do not even think about going here after 7pm because they surely won't have everything. It's closest to me so I go here but continue to waste gas as they never have what I want. Hire people that know how to order the accurate supply or plan better. Horrible experiences. P.S. they post on the door or yell as you come in what they are missing.

WOW! Reading the reviews and the overall rating is quite a surprise. Out here in Cali I've yet to observe or experience any problems, and when visiting my youngest son in "The Springs", it's one of our regular stops. The O T C rocks!

Epitome of excellent C.S.

Lunch at Chipotle Fox Run Mall. This staff is what every business owner can only wish to have for a staff. The lunch was delicious and fresh. The food is only the cherry on the cake. A level of genuine happiness exudes from each staff member. Staffs enthusiastic relaxed chit chat about local goings on with regulars and first time visitors is heard everywhere. Strangers are sharing tables and yapping it up. This is the harmony neighborhoods need more of. Just a "Chipotle"? Clearly it is far more than that. This is THE business model every service business needs to follow and emulate. thank you!!!

Health Violation!!

This is not the first time we've been informed that the air conditioning is broken in your NW Expressway store in Oklahoma City but it will be the last time I visit b/c this time not only was I extrememly uncomfortable eating my food b/c of the heat yet again, but your employees were so sweaty trying to make & serve the food that there was sweat dripping from their noses into our food. I'm sorry, but that HAS GOT TO BE A MAJOR HEALTH VIOLATION!!! I never complain to restaurants ever, but I thought you should know how risky this problem could be for customers.
