Chipotle Corporate Office & Headquarters

The Lancaster, Ohio chipotle has great service and great food(when you can get it). What I mean by that is, every time we go there they are out of something. Mostly cheese and sour cream. Tonight it was white rice, sour cream and chips! Now to be clear we do typically go around 8pm but that's two hours before the store closes. And if they are always running out of the same materials at the same time, don't you think they should order more supplies so it doesn't happen. I used to hate chipotle but when I got pregnant for my son 2 years ago I craved it. Now I'm starting not to like it because I can never get what I would like....

I love Chipolte! However, it has been more than several times, that i go grab lunch here,and i always ask for; very little beans, please. They always pile on the beans, even though i have asked them not to. This is very frustrating, and has made me change my mind on going there for lunch, because i don't want to deal with the mistake. Like i said, i love this place but i just want my order right. Thank you.

To be honest I am shocked by a majority of the comments that I see posted. I feel sorry for everyone who has had a terrible or worse experience at Chipotle. Here in Wheaton, IL the service is excellent and every employee is well mannered and helpful. When my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, Chipotle was a highly recommend restaurant by our local cancer center. It was the perfect place for my mom and as a family we soon began to love and even become obsessed with Chipotle. A couple weeks after my mother's surgery we stopped by our local Chipotle. Being our first time at Chipotle we had no idea what would be best and safest for my still recovering mother. The employee serving us went and fetched the manager and the manager, when he heard my mother's predicament, assisted my mother in creating a meal that was delicious and healthy. Every time we went after that the manager went out of his way to make sure that my mother's meal was perfect. I am saddened by how crappy service has been else where and I hope it is fixed. Chipotle is an amazing restaurant!

Hello my name is Reagan Freeman and I love chipotle. Recently I went on a diet and as an experiment I've only been eating at your restaurant and I have lost 8 1/2 lbs in 7 days. My goal is 40 lbs total so at the rate I'm going I should reach my goal in about 5-6 weeks. I'm very excited that I can eat the food I love and still lose weight. Hopefully my story will be an inspiration to people all over the country when they realize they don't have to deprive themselves of delicious food while dieting. I have a complaint .I was in the chipotle in wooster ohio.I was eating my food when I heard someone yelling.I turned around and the manager was yelling at a employee right in front of other employees and customers she was cusing at the employee..I felt so bad for the young lady she was crying.I went over and ask if she was ok.She said its ok.She yells at me all the time.I should of got the managers name it was a lady.That lady should not be in that postion.I will never go back to that chipotle again.Something needs done about her.you do not talk to anybody like that.

The Aventura store in Florida is like a factory! They just want to push u out of the way before u have a chance to tell them what u want. Then they have a terrible attitude! Food is overpriced, over-spiced and dried out. But worse of all are the employees that think they have a corporate position and speak to the customers with disrespect!

I just went for a job interview at the Monterey, Del Monte store. I have never encounter such and unprofessional Manager in my life!. I am disgusted!!!!! He did not even introduce himself to me. He did not have eye contact with me. One of his questions was: If you had a regular customer in line and he was having a bad day would you buy him lunch? Are you kidding me! What an unappropriated question to ask!! This was a minimum wage job!!!! I have been on several job interviews and have NEVER been treated so unprofessional!!!

I love this restaurant, I love to go to chipotle almost everyday of my lunch break its right across the street from my job. But lately the chipotle on 14th st nw Washington, D.C., is getting out of hand. The management is rude & so are the employees, they don't give you enough meat, and it's starting to get real ghetto. I don't want to stop going there I just would like to see change. Thank you a concerned customer.

You had a sercvice manager in your Bomar store in Littleton Colorado that you fired because a a 17 year old girl whos Mommy worked in your Corporate Office. Claimed she did not like how he talked to her during a rush when she was being trained. It was investigated and he was found to conduct himself approiate in his conduct. the 17 year old for a summer job complained to Mommy who had a 33 year old man with 5 children terminated. Shame on You!!!!

I went to the chipotle off of limonite and when I first walked in I felt like I was being ignored! Then the manager finally came to help me and she kept mixing up my order and had serious attitude when I tried explaining what was wrong! I felt nothing but disrespect. Then when she tried charging me for 2 drinks instead of one when she knew I was by myself. I've NEVER felt the need to complain before but I find it wrong to hire people managers if the can't even do a simple task! She did state that she hasn't had the position very long. But that's no excuse.

My daughter worked at the Pacific Beach store. She would cover everyones else's shift when they wanted to go drinking at the last minute. Put up with the mgr's crude behavior and having to hear patrons complain about how inappropriate attire the mgr Britney would wear. The two mgrs Ray and Britney set her up this week. They sabatoged the food and made it seem it was my daughter. When my daughter had to take an emergency day off and she notified the floor mgr the day before she was fired in front of patrons and staff. The is strictly un professional and unethical. They did not follow proper Protocol. I will tell everyone I know to boycott this inhuman company.

The hire people and tell them they will get tons of hours and overtime, But when it comes time to work. They tell you need to work off the clock and never pay you for hours you work. each day you come in to work at 6:00am and you can not punch in until 7:50 am. that is almost 2 hours each day unpaid!!! When they need help at other restaurants, they make you travel there unpaid and don't pay you for you miles you drive or the time you spend getting their from your home store. each store does this to hide it's hours from corporate just so they can make more money!! the less hours a store uses the better chance the boss can get a pay raise and become an entrepreneur and get a bigger pay check..

the people where great but it sure pisses you off after paying so much for the food to have it rip threw the bottom of the bag as soon as you get home because it wasn't wrapped right glad I wasted my money for good food I can't eat other then that I love this place

This here is a complaint regarding my recent visit on July 13,2013 at your Chipotle in Cross County Mall Yonkers NYC. I brought it to ur store manager attention that 2 of his male employees were in the food area scratching their hair. Not only that None of the employees were wearing hair nets over their hair to protect the food. I was told by the young manager that I can contact the store owner,which I choose to reach out to you. I would like to see changes in the store to better safeyy the food for us customers.

Corporate needs to NOT send the district mgr or regional mgr to review this store, they are all in cahoots. Be an undercover boss and visit this store. Cheating poor employees is wrong on so many levels. Romeo is vindictive and a crook and he needs to be fired and kept from harming other employees trying to make an honest living. As long as you do what he wants without question, you are fine, if you question his practices you suddenly go from star employee to "subpar performer". The staff at chipotle is loud, crude and vulgar the staff doesn't look clean nor do the floors I didn't feel like ordering anything. I go outside to leave to my car and the very rude person who cooks the food talked about drugs and was smoking something other than cigarettes close to where my car was parked. The chipotle 4180 north 1st street should be looked at goodness knows what else they are doing inside that restaurant

I was eating at a chipotle in Virginia beach town center area and the manager was very disrespectful not to me but to her employees she gives them attitude and does even give then a chance to speak for themselves I will not be returning to this store very disappointed someone needs to check this out because it is not right.

The chipotle on 17 s. Tejon street kicked me out in the middle of my lunch for smoking on their patio(others were smoking at the time) for not ahowing my id. I neither attempted nor succeded in buying any age restricted products and was completely unfairly treated.

Ive been eating at chipotle ever since you guys opened. Ever since you guys canned all your illegals, the burrito wrapping has suffered SIGNIFICANTLY. Corner to corner wrapping needs to be taught. Im thankful you rehired some Mexicans back at your downtown Minneapolis location. Frankly, im boycotting you and eating at Baja Sol from now on until you get your wrapping right...its as if anyone not mexican doesnt give 2 craps at the art of a SOLID burrito wrap
