My son worked for your East Northport NY store in 2011. He had 2 payroll checks that he never cashed. We have sent several letters to your corporate office, and he has returned to the store numerous times and has still not received the monies that are owed to him. I have called your corporate office and get NO ONE on the phone. Give my son the money that he is owed!!!!!!!!!! It is no wonder that he quit working for your company

Disrespectful to Customers

I was in the store in Long Beach New York with my 84 year old mother. She had one item. We waited in line. There was no one behind us. Just as we reached the cashier, the front-of-store manager Malik told us he was closing the cashier and we should go to another cashier -- all the other cashiers had lines so we would have waited again. I suggested he close the line after us (again, no people behind us) and he refused. I have never seen such disrespect to customers or to seniors. I'll never set foot in a Bed Bath & Beyond store again.

Could not have been better!

I had a excellent experience at the BBB on Chenal Pkwy in Little Rock Arkansas last evening. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. They took good care of me. Kudo's Little Rock!

Bath Towels

I contacted your Southtown Store in Bloomington, MN today. I asked about your Suite - Micro-Cotton towels and they were very professional and informative. I then asked if there are ales and they said coupons only.... The only way to get them was "on line"... I explained I have a Mac Pro, but not a printer. I asked if gave them the code at the store would they extend the discount to me. They said they could not do that nor would they have a copy of the coupon at the check out area if I gave them the information. That is really too bad, as a Grandmother, anxious to spend money on towels for a Granddaughter I feel "out of the loop"! Think about plan "B"! I do get your mailings but would appreciate better communication! Thanks for reading my comments!

Debit card was used illegally

I am a victim of fraud as someone got a hold of my card info and used it on your website for a purchase of $142.51 on 04/17/2013 and now my account is charged for something I didnt authorize or purchase as I haved even been on your website to look or in one of your stores in the past several months. I want a credit from you for a purchase that I didn't make.

Substandard Customer Service & Refund Procedures

I returned merchandise via mail to Bed, Bath & Beyond. 26 business days later the refund check HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED! I have spoken to numerous customer service representatives. No one can help. They can only say that it takes 3 - 4 weeks to process the check. It has been longer than 5 weeks! I get different info from different reps. A manager was to call me today, but when I did not hear from him, I called. It is his day off. Another broken promise. And on and on! My house is filled with BB & B merchandise, but once I get my refund check, that will be the end of a very long relationship - and I will spread my opinion every time the name BB & B comes up.

First & last time ordering online

There is no doubt there is fraud. I made an online purchase on their 'secure' website with my credit card. Today, 5 days later, I receive an email instructing me to call customer service and verify my order information so that they can release it for process. I was asked all this secure information over the phone by someone in a call center! Never again!!!! I just had my debit card information stolen via Walmart online. Won't ever make online purchase with debit card again either. In addition, they'll telling me that my 3-8 day shipping should arrive by April 1st!

FRAUD ALERT!!!!

Last night while I was sleeping, my debit card was charged $665.52. BBB was of no help to this situation and as I have researched, this has happened to A LOT of people and they are doing nothing about it!!! It shows on your statement as store #651 in New Jersey and when I called BBB's customer service number I was told this was an online store.

Not shopping BBB anymore

For years I have purchased Commonwealth Soap and Toiletries Egyptian Cotton Linen Water. I went to both stores in Plano, Texas today (about $3 in gasoline) and they are now carrying something called "egyptian cotton" linen water but it is NOT the scent I have purchased for years. SO: I'm done going into BBB. I can buy what I need at other stores. Rating is "0", but you don't offer that.

Recently I found myself in the position of urgently needing to get a receipt from a Bed Bath and Beyond store from 8 months ago. We had initially selected our items for my son's college locally, but went to pick them up in Metairie, Louisiana. Many, many thanks to the Manager, Mike, from Metairie, who went above and beyond to help me, sorting through months of receipts, carefully calling back repeatedly to make sure I had what I needed, and so forth...and oh, by the way? Everything we got through the pick and pack was great, the process worked well, and we COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!

FYI: rebates ads seems fraudulent

Don't necessarily trust they're rebates advertised. I sent in a valid rebate receipt, UPC, and correct product purchased amount. The clerk said i qualified as did the big advertisement. The rebate e-mail replied I was denied for wrong UPC and not enough purchased. I know they're wrong, although not a big deal in my life, a fake promotion could mean big business during the holiday season!

watch out the totowa, nj cleaned out our bank account. This has been happening since last year and BBB and obviously taking no action to prevent it. $5000. charged on a card that I have in my possession.

Gift card

I have a gift card from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. The store I went to use it in took my card saying that my card was never purchased. They told me i can't prove my card was purchased without a receipt. it was a gift for a wedding. i called customer service. The rep. told me my complaint will be send to corporate office right away. Was told someone will call me back within 2 business days. Never got a response back. I have posted my complaint on the company's Facebook page. The way your company deal with negative comment is to delete it. How sad and disappointing!

Outstanding...All the time

I"m one of the few married guys I know, that loves Bed Bath and Beyond. Last week I was in for a knife sharpner, by myself. The salesman showed me four, and gave me reasons why one is better then the other. A $40 item! In December I was there buying refills for my Soda Stream soda maker. The salesman demonstrated and really took an interest it what I was buying. Look, December is whne you expect sales people to be on edge...Not this guy...Very helpfull. As a matter of fact we have NEVER HAD a bad experience at our Westlake Village, CA store. How about an A+ and a raise or at least a party for this great greoup of people. Right on!

I would just like to say that the other day I was in the Plymouth store and I was helped by a very lovely young lady In the bedding department! Melissa helped me get something down from up high, which involved going to get a ladder. She answered ALL my questions, and even offered to call different stores to find a specific item I was looking for! So a big thank you for having such wonderful employees!

Jennipher H Gainsville Ga

Please make sure this gets to Hank Reinhart VP Bed Bath and Beyound. I visited your Gainsville Ga store about a week ago looking for a Smith Brothers product that was listed on there web site as being sold by BBB. Unfortunately they did not carry them at this site. The Sales person called arround to other sites and arranged to the product delivered to my home. It isn't often you find someone so willing to go to that much trouble for a small purchase. As an ex employee I have nothing but bad things to say about this company. Lets just say not even for a part time job would I recommend working here. I worked for them for just a shade under a year and a half, I was given the run around about my yearly raise I NEVER received. Being second in charge of receiving and still not compensated for working what my job title should wasn't worth it. Then I was fired without being given a reason. Seeing how the company runs first hand I wouldn't shop there nor recommend it. Save yourself the trouble and hassle

I returned a product. The retail clerk told me I couldn't have cash back that it went back on my card. I had my receipt. I asked how long it would take to get my money back. The clerk told me it depends on my bank. It could take up to seven business days. I asked what does my bank have to do with it she said she didn't know. I went to my bank and it is all a lie what she said. As soon as they release the money my band credits immediately. So basically Bed Bath and Beyond has the product i returned still in the package and my money! I will NEVER shop there again! I am flustered with them!

BED,BATH,BEYOND WENT "ONE STEP BEYOND! "

Because I was seeking to purchase an Emilie Henry pie dish and my local store didn't have in stock; I special ordered one from the store with the help from associate Vance and store manager, Brett. Both of them were friendly, professional, and accommodating. I received my pie dish today (in 4 business days) and love it! Kudos to these two men who put forth great customer service and to all associates who go beyond to give good customer service in their store! Jackie Duley
