80 Reviews For BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. Headquarters & Corporate Office

Ihave read this page on the complaints here they are all true. bjs is not the place to shop. There customer service members are only interested in signing you up for the rewards points they a reward them self for selling the most. I also have been to the service desk for coupons and they never have them . I have been in a few bjs store and the worst one is the Auburn store it has a product one week and you go back to get it again and I am told we do not carry it any more .I stopped shopping there completly. But for the auburn area there will be a COSTCOS coming soon that will be the place to shop.

had enough

Do not ever work at bjs in Auburn new york there managmemt sucks there personel sucks worse. If you have a problem with managment or personel you cant beat them you will be the bad guy so stay clear of the auburn club for employment.

Customers

BJ's in Brooklyn, has poor customer services. They do not answer their phones and the lines are so long and they need to hire candidates that are going to work and not waste BJ's and customers time.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON CANS AND BOTTLES BUT NOT REFUNDABLE

I am complaining about the policy of the Portsmouth NH BJ'S store which requires a deposit on some cans and bottles BUT no longer accepts a return of such bottles or cans for refund. Sounds like a one-way street that will lead me to switch from BJ to another wholesale club.

Poor Customer Service

Waterford lakes BJ's has the worst customer service anywhere. The cashier could not help me with a simple request. After 30 minutes of waiting for a manager I was asked to come back!!!! I am a trial member and WILL NOT be renewing to a full membership.

What a waste of my time now I see why I prefer Costco

Worst Service Ever

Visiting the B.J's in Round Rock TX turned out to be the worst experience ever. Not only did we have to wait an hour for our food to be served, but it was brought out in stages......2 at a time. By the time the last person received his plate, the first one was already done eating. The food was terrible and the waitress was very rude. Manager actually came to the table and started laughing when we informed him about the poor service and the disgusting food. Never again will I go to this particular B.J's. What manager would come to a table where people are already upset and start laughing?

bad customer service

I am the only person in my neighbor hood not to recieve the mail out coupons in which I did use until they stopped. I notified customer service and was told the coupons are not a gaurentee. $100.00 dollars a year membership and spending nearly $5000. they say it is what it is thats the policy. Its a very poorly run business.

No Pay

Bjs is not paying their employees!...2nd time in 2 weeks!

I'm disappointed

BJs is new to my neighborhood and I was initially impressed. They offered a gluten free product that was important to me. In a recent coupon book that product was offered but when I looked, it was not there. I inquired and was told that they don't have to stock the product, there is no evidence that it will ever be available again and that they do not do any of the ordering. I had so hoped . . . I also learned that their return policy isn't very good. Back to Costco. This never happens at Costco.

I have just got home from my shopping EXPERIANCE at the local Club 197. Why is it that there are NEVER adequate number of cashiers OR self checkout stations (Functioning) to facilitate the crowd. It was a ZOO. For the likes of me I must search my soul as to why I pay $50.00 to be a member to receive such BAD Service. Are we Sheep?? I am considering not going there any more. The check out situation is a disgrace and many other people there are of the same opinion. If you want to know what happens when service deteriorate? Well - check out the local Food Lion. They don't any lines at check out anymore. Why - just guess. But the Local Giant has not a problem-guess what - they always have help. So the moral of the story is FIX IT OR FORGET IT.

Spammers

Once you get on BJS mailing list there is no getting off. They email you 2x a day, every day, forever. They ignore remove requests.

Maybe I will not renew my membership this year

I have been going to BJs for over 8yrs. I went in this afternoon to pick up 4 items. I was told my membership had expired. I asked could I just get these items and I would be back another day to renew because my company pays for it. They took my card came back and said it would 15% added to my bill if I couldn't renew today. With the crazy Saturday afternoon lines I decided to leave. Poor customer service. I'm so disapoited they could just horner my dale and let me come back during the week and renew my membership. I'm going to express to my coworkers that we may want to looking into another discount club with better customer service.

CAMP HILL PA

I couldn't be happier at BJ's. I have even helped my friends leave Sam's and costco to get memberships at BJ's. Customer Service is extremely helpful at all times. I have been in that store at different times during day/week/weekend. I save a fortune between their specials and coupons. ALWAYS helpful. ALWAYS couteous. I drive 14 miles to get there and Costco is only 2 miles from my house.

i have been a BJ's customer for well over 17 years, became unemployed and let my membership expire for three years and than my husband & I deceided to take them up on the free pass and go back to see what they had & maybe become members again. So today September 22,2012 we went to the warehouse in Pasadena Md. I can say this, we will never go back! They have NOTHING! Nothing that "we" use to buy was there, & not enough brands at all, it was boring to shop there,we couldn't find anything we use to buy and the items they did have well pick one or the other that was it! One brand of beans, one selection of maxwell house coffee, lousy samples for ice cream, and there meats were sky high!!!!!!!!!!!!! You couldn't find 1 employee on the floor for assistance, and it was just a miserable experience and a big waste of our time!!! If this store stays open much longer I will be amazed. We would rather go to normal super market where at least they STOCK items people use!

Here's a good one. Don't order a cake from BJ's. I ordered on several days ago to be picked up on 9-14 at 12pm for me to bring to my daughter's school for her 5th birthday. Her first one ever at school. I got there before 12 and left at 12:40, and my daughter never got her cake since I didn't make it there for snack time. (1215to 1245) She did have her hats plates and candle though since I got them in advance. I cant wait to see her look when she comes home today.

I have been a member of BJs for nothing less than 20yrs. I shop at the Milestrip Hamburg NY store. I shop no less than 3 to 4 times a month and for the past several years I am on the BJs mailing list than taken off. In the past 6 months I have walked to the customer service desk asking for a coupon book and to no avail they have none. The response is sorry we are all out. Everyone that I know that has a membership receives a coupon book in the mail, but not me. I am so angry with the way you do business that I will not be renewing my membership. If I need something I will cut the 3mos. free membership out of my local paper and get all the deals. How dare you charge people membership fees and not put them first. The folks that get a free 30-60-90 day free get more benefits than I do. What is up with corporate and your managers. Where has customer service gone? If you are going to offer coupons than make sure that all your members receive them first.

I was at the tire center at BJ's, on Centerville Road, in Lancaster PA. I had purchased 4 new tires and I was there to have them mounted. Ron Savage and Josh worked on my car and I really can't say enough about how great they are. Both gentlemen are courteous, friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend the BJ's tire store and garage to anyone.

Bj is a ripoff. I found this dv6 that was for 600 and it sucks. when i went to walmart to buy some stuff i saw a much better pavilion dv6 for 600. DONT GO TO BJ. THE COUPONS ARE THE ORIGINAL PRICE. THEY JUST WANT YOU TO GO. JUST GO TO WALMART TO GET SOMETHING CHEAPER. I AM NEVER GOING TO BJS EVER.

The contracts you sign at pay day loans, cash adncvae, car title places are drafted by the slimiest lawyers breathing. You can not fight them and win. You need the assistance of someone with money to go all the way to the supreme court if necessary.Send an Inquiry to your State Attorney General. People in my state did and the state sued the bigger cash adncvae and pay day loan outfits for fraud. It brought the problem to the attention of the state legislature, and they regulated the business in my state, making it fairer to the borrower.
