I purchased many Zebco 202 reels . I had 5 kids that learned to enjoy fishing at an affordable cost. Recently I purchased new Zebco 202 reels for my grand children. The two boys had their reels ruined from sand. The new 202 reels are not of the same quality as the older 202 reels. The reels are hard to take apart and tough to clean. Then they didnt work .Thanks for the old reels. I lost my interest in the new 202 reels. I cant think of a worse message for my grand kids. Zebco knocked them out of the game in round one.
