freezing issue for 6 to 8 months ruined two xboxs and still deny the problem way to go xbox


You guys have been robbing me for the last two years. I have been getting charge for a one month gold membership for the last two years and you will not let me cancel it and now I'm getting charges that I never had before. I have canceled three times and all three times they have lied to me. Xbox customer support is the biggest joke that I have EVER seen. You guys are nothing but thieves and should not be able to call yourself a "legitimate" company. If I had the means to hire a lawyer I would sue you.

Family Account

I am very displeased with the bias towards your xbox 360 owners. I was clearly told that i can not have a family account unless i have an xbox one. I find that totally bias or prejudice towards the less fortunate people. I will dully take that into consideration on my facebook page.

Xbox Live

Your technical department is a pos! Your customer service is horrible. Worst customer experience I have every had. You don't even deserve the 1 star rating that I gave you. I've been called a liar by one of your agents, as well as one of your supervisors. I've also had 2 of your supervisors now hang up on me. Now an agent has hung up on me. Your agents and supervisors are not following through with what they are promising to me. I'm tired of being hung up on. It is extremely unacceptable customer service.
