Woodforest bank employees are unknowledgable of their duties. I lost all my money in both of my accts because the employees did not do their job properly. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Sorriest Service Ever.

So tired of your freaking atm machines being down, went this morning again before work trying to make oly one transaction and guest what atm not working this is geting very old and tried calling corporate four times,but the phone kept disconneting eash time and not to mention when you call location it goes to voicemail.

My mothers account was closed without her knowledge and consent and when we called and tried to get her balance returned to her, we were given the run around and it has been 4 months now. Do not let your seniors bank here, there business practices are hinky at best.

I am thoroughly impressed by the services you offer as a bank and the local staff inside Wal-Mart here in Albemarle, NC. They were knowledgeable about their jobs and extremely helpful in every respect. i was treated like a person not a number.i salute the staff here and keep up the good work.
