The corporate office is a front for Ceo's that don't care about customers and the customer care dept is the most dishonest mess. I'm a cashier at Winn-Dixie Key Biscayne and I find on fair that relative can't work together it doesn't make any sense to me. Many people think its not a good idea because they say that they get special privilege. Well its not like that at all its the opposite. You go the extra mile actually when someone is always calling sick who do they cal me I work more than I am suppose too. I treat costumers how your suppose too, I do what I am told to do so, I try to do my best at anything yet they try to take you down just cause your sister works in the costumer service department and I don't even work the same days as her and yet someone calls human resources to complain. There are really bad peole in this world losing my job the money is tough right now Winn-Dixie needs a new policy or maybe better policy's

BESIDES BEING HERE ILLEGALLY, WE ARE OUTSOURCING MANY OF OUR JOBS TO MEXICO AND CATERING TO THEIR EVERY WHIM, ALL IN THE NAME OF BEING POLITICALLY CORRECT. BESIDES WINN DIXIE, I AM TIRED OF SEEING ANY BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES PRINTING THEIR PAMPHLETS, CIRCULARS, ETC. IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH. THE MIDDLE CLASS WHITE MAN IS NOW THE ONE BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. IF THERE IS A CHOICE BETWEEN AN AFRICAN AMERICAN, A MEXICAN, AND A GOOD OLE WHITE BOY, GUESS WHO'S OUT! I HAVE SEEN THIS FIRST HAND. MY DAUGHTER APPLIED TO MCDONALD'S AND DIDN'T EVEN GET AN INTERVIEW, SHE IS AN INTELLIGENT, HARD WORKING GIRL GOING INTO PHARMACY. GUESS WHO'S WORKING THERE? I APPLIED AT A SCHOOL IN OUR LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT AND AM ASSUMING THEY CAN'T READ A RESUME. I RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT THE JOB AND WHEN THEY FOUND OUT I DID NOT KNOW SPANISH, GUESS WHO'S OUT OF A JOB?

The pharmacys tech in winn dixie located on silver beach road in riviera beach fla treat people with no respect at all now I understand how bad the pill things has gottin but that dnt give them no reason 2 fill the people that they r friends with its like they connect to street dealin.

The managers at Winn-Dixie Store #287 14655 Sw 104Th St Miami, FL 33186 are disgustingly arrogant and rude. And they should all take a course in English.

People think just because they got over charge that its the cashier fault. But its actually the pricing peoples fault. The only thing cashiers do is check it out. Some people just dont understand. They think they know it all.

I have been working a WD for quite a few years now. I've had an excellent department manager, until now, that our co-director is trying to break our team. I believe this is unfair. Carlos is his name, the most disgusting and rude ignorant guy I have ever met. He is always trying to intimidate you and doesn't even care if he is causing you mental problems. He likes to play with you mind.

WINN DIXIE YOU WOULD REALLY STAND OUT AMONG THE OTHER GROCERY!!!!!!!!!! THIS WOULD BE A WAY TO SHOW THE SHOPPERS THAT WINN DIXIE REALLY WANTS TO HELP THE CONSUMERS OUT THERE THAT ARE STRUGGLING. The manager brent sellers was a assistant manager at the winndixie in theodore alabama. he is a very mean guy. as i was just starting out working from high school. they told me i would be working in produce but this guy sayed i dont think your going have a whole lotta choice about it. i was mentally challenged with paranoid schizophrenia. at the time i didnt know i had paranoid schizophrenia it wasnt until years later of going through mental health sevices. this guy came out screaming at me for no reason because i was not helping a former employee. i was bagging grocerys as they told me. the boy must have been there faverite boy. but even the quote faverite boy was shocked at what the manager did. he made fun of me and picked on me. he was one of the worst managers i had. he would just sit back there talking doing nothing. flirting with women and stanley the manager knew all about what he was doing. i grew up mentally challenged and being mentally challenged isnt fun. brent sellers ought to learn people skills.

Today I went to Winn Dixie and I experienced the worst customer service ever!! I went through the line and there was an employee by the name of Britini very young and very rude!! Now this store is located in Jacksonville Florida on Fort Caroline Rd...To be honest I don't know where to start with this incident!! I'm really shocked and surprised that the manager that I spoke to didn't address the situation like a manager should have...I was never asked what happened nor was an apology given!! I've Been a customer of Winn Dixie since I was a little girl and I've never been so disrespected like this ever!! I live directly across the street from this Winn Dixie and I am sad to say that I will not be returning back to this store...

I expected to receive a reply as to any further information required .. The letter was in reference to an employee of Winn Dixie store located in South Miami. Florida. 33143. The name of the employee is Rennee ,Groceries manager. I am a line of duty injured Police Officer from NYPD> this employee ,Rennee , because of my disability has helped me to get around the store, gave me advice on purchasing products. He is the best Hard worker you have at this Winn Dixie Store. I thought maybe the customer service people would have at least send me a letter ,stating they received my letter and appreciate the time and information. but evidently your corporation does not appreciate letters from new customers. I had been buying my products in Publix. but I decided to give Winn Dixe a shot. Anyway. If you run into this employee of yours Rennee thank him from the Retired NYPD injured in line of Duty Association. an offical letter from our organization commending him will be sent from their home office in New York City. The only compliant I have is the employees all speak Spanish all the time I am in the store. maybe they do this to piss off Americans who don;t know if they talking behind their back. If that's what the store policy is . Americans do not have to accept that. Incidentally, The Winn Dixie employee I refer to is a GulfWar Hero. Your corporate office of Human Services should keep and eye on him for future promotion to General Manager . The only compliant at this store is in the fresh fish section ,you have a guy who doesn;t like Americans asking him questions about anything .I asked about cooking a fish ,and he couldn;t answer me in English.. either he couldn;t or he wouldn;t ,he acted like I was distrubing his day. He proabably doesn;t speak English but the manager of the store is a friend or a relative ,so he can get away with disrespecting Americans.

I have been a Winn Dixie shopper for years, and come to say I am very disappointmented at the Winn Dixie in Lakeland FL. (Highlands). The bakery manager I think her name was Angela, was extremity nice, and I went I there to get my fresh baked bread and she was not there. I asked the store manager where was she and he rudely said she was replaced!! What!!!!! Iwas stunned. The manager ( I think his name was Gary) was rude and he just brushed me off. I will not spend my money at a store that will not show me the kindness I deserve. I had so many problems with Highland the store, I'd rather spend the extra gas and money to go to the publix down the street.

We are an Agency for person with disabilties and we shop in your store store #242 with the Manager Tony Estada and we spend up fifteen hundred dollars a week and we are having a holiday party for our consumers on Dec 16,2011 and we went into the store because i looked on the internet to see if you do donations and i see u do Grassroot donations so we went there to talk to the Manager Tony Estrada and he said that the corparate office had not sent him any gift cards. So he couldnt give anything, Im not complaing but just thought if Winn Dixie says that they have a Grassroot program to donate i think thats what they need to do. And in September alone we spent 9,500 in that month so i think if the just donate turkeys or something will be good with all the money we spend in the store. Thanks

I went to winn dixie in brought me some cereal, they was two for five dollar But when I got home I look on my reciept they charge me $4.59 each for them cereal So thats $9.19.... Them young Cashier girls are dump. 54 street 12ave

I live in North Bay Village, Florida 33141 and I wish we'd a Winn-Dixie supermarket in our city. We are one step away from Miami Beach, we don't have a good supermarket, only those litle markets, that are very limited and expensive. I think this will be a great oportunity for Winn- Dixie corporation, and for us residents as well.

In the us 1 store in ft.pierce fl (not white city store) icame off the beach and was asked to leave by a store manager. Her name was maria. I told her that there was no sign on the door, and without a sign she could in theory throw out anyone. Maybe next it would be the blacks or the spanish. I was being overly dramatic to drive home my point...No signs on the door is a violation of OSHA. Further when my wife went back in to finish her shopping, she rounded the aisle to find maria having a full conversation(in spanish) with a woman who had a poodle in her cart. My wife spoke up and said,that was my husband you just threw out because he had no shirt, and here you are with a poodle, a filthy animal allowed in the store ??? at least my husband won't shit in the aisle. aside from this incident, I have been in many winn-dixies in the area, and this is by far the dirtiest. Maybe it's because they they have different rules for different people. maybe next it should be called a "carnacia"

I was hired by the Winn Dixie store in North Port, FL 2 weeks ago. I took my drug and urine test at Labcorp on September 22, 2011. Im supposed to start training Saturday- October 1st. But the store manager and myself are waiting for you to send the results to the store, we have been waiting since sept. 23rd! They need those results before saturday, so they can put me to work! They told me they should have heard from HQ by now- whats taking so long? I need to pay my rent and start working ASAP! They need those results TOMORROW!!!

I want to thank you. I love to shop at Winn Dixie. I usually buy most of my groceries there. Recently with the increase in prices and my decrease in funds you have helped me save money and lose weight. Instead most of the time I just get basics.
