I just want my pictures back. There are a lot of memories they cant be lost.

I am having the same problem. I ordered my pictures a month ago. They still say they are in the "printing" stage. I call the 1-800 number and EVERYDAY I am told I am caller number 8 or 7. I stay on hold for hours at a time and never move from the original caller number. I email the address from the website and I never get a return email. I AM SOOOOOO FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT. I don't care about the pictures because I will change to a company that wants my business! But now I am out quite a bit of money and have no way for recouping that!!!!!!

I have been waiting on the Winkflash phone since 2pm. It's now 4:30 and is becoming a matter of principle. I have been told that I'm Caller #7 for about an hour. I've tried calling your headquarters number but unfortunately that phone is always busy.
