Whataburger Corporate Office & Headquarters

I love Whataburger and eat there about 2 to 3 times a week. They have never messed up my order out at the Ft. Worth location on Berry Street next to TCU, Go Frawgs! And half the time it's jam packed because people are coming in all the time at night during the weekends completely intoxicated out of their minds. The staff makes the environment fun and enjoyable and build plenty of rapport with customers. You should promote the black man, Joe. He is the man. I love my Whataburger. Wouldn't have it any other way. The food is awesome!

Im a Harris County Deputy Constable,and I recently visited the Whataburger restaurant (off duty and in plain clothes) located on 2301 Spencer Hwy in Pasadena,Tx.I went through the drive-thru purchased my order and drove off..I was almost home when I decided to eat my fries, & realized that they failed to include my fries with my meal.(#8) So I drove "all" the way back and told the cashier what the situation was. A male,(later identified as Amos,District manager) walked by me and asked if everything was ok? and I explained what happened, He immediately took it upon himself to re-do my order fresh,and gave me a larger fry. He was very polite and genuinely considerate. He gave me my freshly made order and apologized for his employees and most importantly, for the inconvenience I endured by having to return,and he gave me my money back! I was extremely impressed with his genuine kindness and respect for people.And very pleased with his customer service,I think Every Management Personnel should be kind and considerate to their customers just like Mr. Amos is..I will definately be going back to eat at this location. :)

Whataburger is the worst place I've ever worked for. The managers allow other team members to tell the new person what to do in the most disrespectful ways and do nothing about it. The manager tells you to do something and the team members are like no go do this instead and start telling you your a piece of S*** and the managers are like oh don't worry about it, so and so are just going through personal problems just ignore it. NO I will not! no one deserves to be treated this way no matter what. this sound like a great law suit. AS the law requires for employers to give a safe pleasant non-hostile work place and to not discriminate against pregnant people. I do apologize that while working I wobble around with my big belly but I still work hard and am the only one finding something to do while there are no customers while everyone else just stands around. Wheater I'm stocking cups, wiping something down or refilling salt and pepper at least the pregnant girl finds SOMETHING to do

Reason I rate this store in Norman, OK poor is that the management does not know how to handle employees. Little story. A white lady and a black lady were hired to work at the Norman store. They were sent to the store in Moore for training. The white lady and her mother accidently caught the black lady peeing in public on or around Main Street in Moore. Because of this the black lady had it in for the white lady from then on. The management knew of the black lady having it in for the white lady. Instead of moving the white lady to another team, they let the antagonism of the black lady continue till the black lady got the white lady fired by lying and other actions. I doubt that I will ever buy anything from Whattaburger ever again.

My problem with the Whatabuger in Denton Tx located on Loop 288 is that it's always under staff like today I arrived at 5:31 am only wanted a Breakfast on the bun Myself and 3 others waited for 9 minutes before anyone even realized we were there.I finally got my order at 5:58 am which made me late for work as well. Also you need your GM who's name is Megan to be trained on how to staff her Whataburger and also have her people trained on how to clean a place were it more presentable to the public.May I suggest you guys have Megan work a few NIGHT shifts to get these people on track how a place of buisness that serves food should look.I Travel all over the U.S. and this Whataburger in my home town and it's one of the worst ran place that I have visited......LOOKS LIKE AS A WHOLE WHATABURGER GOING TO HELL IN A HAND BASKET WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.I use to eat at this place at least 3 or 4 times a week but it's getting harder to convince my self to stop in.

your resterant in la grange texas is possibly the worst hamburger we have ever eaten at tonight at around 7pm oct 2 , and the people working in the store were too dumb to even make the problem better. the cashier was the cook, and i don't even think washed her hands before cooking. The order was not even right, and the meat was so small, and broken up, it was almost impossible to eat. would not eat there again even if it was the only place in 50 miles.

Hi my name is Al Thomas I visited Whataburger at 1700 North wayside in Houston Tx I purchased a Whatachicken that I usually purchased, and I took a few bites and notices that it was not cooked completely I took it back got a burger,that should have been the end of it several hour later my stomach growl and now I have the runs if you know what I mean I hope its not food poison would some please address this issue. Hello. We went into your location at 737 E. McDowell Road Ph Az Rest # 218 and had the most horrible service possible by your General Manager Devon Mastrin. We submitted a large order and we went through the drive thru after waiting for 10 minutes to come to the window we decided to go inside.When we parked to go inside this location whihc was my first time since I have relocated my business he became very upset and told us I thought you left so we through your order away. I explained to him that we were waiting and noone came to th window to collect the money or anything else. He became very Irate too the point where I wanted to leave but an associated there by the name of Kelsey came to me and apologized for his behavior. This service is unacceptable and she told me that there should have been a survey for him to gice to me and he told me that he through out and walked away. When we got home the order was to be a Whataburgers well done and it was partially raw to the point where my husband told us to throw the order out which we did. I am extremly upset regarding this matter since there is a Sonic across the street from that location that I could have went too.
