Westlake Financial Corporate Office & Headquarters

I financed my vehicle through this company and paid off my note received my title and all. I contacted them 3 years later to see about financing a car for my daughter and come to find out they charged off my account for $29.00! They NEVER contacted me by phone or written notice to make me aware of this. When I spoke to their representative about this and told him I'd called for a payoff and sent the pay off amount they gave me, he stated it wasn't their responsibility to tell me I had other pending charges. He said if I called for a pay off then that was the only amount they quoted me. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I think that the customer service here is the WORST in the business My agent Florenco Pacleb is the rudest most disrespectful person that I have ever delt with in my life, I wish I could give him -100 stars

Hi I have a car loan thru this company. This has been the worst customer service I have been thru. My car is to be paid off in Apirl of this year. I really need to talk to somebody in the corporate office because they are adding all these fees to my account and this is ridiculous.
