Wendys of Florence Corporate Office & Headquarters

The two Wendy's in my neighborhood - one in Souderton PA and the other in Quakertown PA - are both very dirty. The tables and chairs are sticky, the floor is dirty. The people at the counter seem disorganized, disinterested in helping the customer - no eye contact, no please and thank you. The cold fries served recently during the dinner hour finally did us in. No more Wendy's for this 60 something and her family.

I went to wendys on Rea road and I found a small bug in my burger on august 1,2011 and I took the sandwich back the mangewr said it was a piece of meat but it was down in my sandwich cooked and I have not been able to eat any thing that is the only thing on my mind I can not shake it I took picture and I will be talking to me a lawyer. it was very discussing I has this guy to check it also that come in and spray for bugs he said also that it was a bug. if you would like to contact me call704-301-3079 or email me via hannmaiden07@yahoo.com Thanks You,

So my bf and I went to Wendy's, it was only 8:30ish and the food was sooo nasty! I ordered a plain cheese burger, what I got was some very old burger patty and the sandwich was not plain. I don't like mayo and all that stuff on my burger, hence why I wanted one plain. I ended up eating just the old patty and the bottom bug--top bun with all the crap on it instantly went into the garbage. My bf was also dissatisfied with his order--patty was also very old. The people at the window ( we went through drive through) were pretty rude. Very distracted and barely paid attention to us. Overall, probably the worst fast food service I ever got. =(

I'M WRITEING TO LET YOU KNOW HOW YOUR WENDY'S AT 7835 EAST.HIGHWAY 80 IN SAVANNAH GA. 31410. THIS WENDY'S WHEN IT WAS FIRST STARTED THERE, WAS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT. BUT IN THE LAST YEARS ITS BECOME A DUMP. TRASH IS ALWAYS FULL ON THE OUTSIDE. THE PEOPLE CAN'T GET THEIR ORDERS STRIGHT AND NEVER GET A REC. AFTER YOUR FOOD IS PAYED FOR. AND THERE TIMES WHEN YOU GET TO THE PAY WINDOW THEY STAY THEY MADED A MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER AND NEED MORE MONEY. AND AGIN NO REC.I DOUT IF THEIR WILL BE ANYTHING DONE OR SAID ABOUT THIS LETTER BUT I'LL KEEP TRYING UNTILI FIND THE RIGHT PERSON WHO WILL DO SOMTHING.
