Bad Customer Service

Waiting a month fo a $200.refund. They charged me a dollar instead. I will never buy from them again. I still don't have my refund and I;'m taking them to court

Shipping multi packages

Packages are shipped to customer with a single FedEx number which makes it impossible to tack. FedEx shows the items have been delivered to customer but in reality only one package has been delivered. Each package should have its own FedEx number.
