they threw away my trash can my neghibor seen them do it and and been get the push around for two weeks and still no response

I am the manager for 113 Lund ave Hayward Ca. . The units are owned by My mother. I have also lived onsite for 6 years. In those 6 years I've complained and complained about the drivers driving up the drive way many times. The units across the drive way share the same drive way and it is concrete . We do not have concrete streets in this area . This is a drive way not a street. Today Sept.4th 2012 the drivers of Waste Management continue to drive up the drive way . There is areas in the drive way that are forming cracks and holes . Why does Waste Management continue to destroy our drive way ? If I complain again it is only for a month that they stop and again they will drive up the drive way. If you tell the drivers they get mad or act stupid and say they didn't know. I guess now I should just start logging in with photos every time its done and file a lawsuit. Maybe Waste Management wants to pay for a new drive way its only about 4000 square feet. For a Big company like that it should only be pennies to them. Who cares about employee driver training anyways in the Big Bad Waste Management Company ?

This may sound weird, but my art teacher used to do it all the time.He told me that he would call up the bus staiton people (I guess the city transit department) and ask them if he could collect any broken glass that they had picked up/are going to pick up from damaged bus shelters.You can try it..it worked for him!

Go to your local neighborhood hwdarare store. They will have a barrel of broken glass that they generate when they cut glass to order for their customers. Sometimes they recycle it, but usually they throw it in a dumpster. If you ask nicely, they just might give it to you for free, especially if you bring a box to put it in. At the worst, they will charge you a couple of bucks.Good luck with your glass problem.

I am on hold just to cancel my service. So, far I have waited 1 hour. Yesterday It took 5 different calls to try to reach someone. I did speak to 3 different people and they made my experience terrible. I would rate them 0 . Yesterday I finally had to just cancel my account which I have had for 23 years. Today I am waiting just to make arrangments to have the trash cans picked up. I found another company and they thanked me several times for using them.

I want to inform you that one of your employees is on drugs and walks around outside of your workplace with Waste Management apparel on (Shirt, Hat, Etc) doing drugs making Waste Management look bad. I'm not sure of what your drug policy is but I'm sure it's not ok to be on drugs and employed by this upstanding company. His name is Steven D. Bell and he works at the Smyrna location 3001 South Pioneer Drive Smyrna, GA 30082. I have friends and family who had waste management that have decided to go with other waste companies because of seeing this on the streets. He is making your company look terrible.

I recently relocated to Navarre, Florida. This has been a horrendous experience working in a rural area where the Waste Management is located in Milton,Florida, the Waste Management's call center for Navarre, Florida is in Tupelo, Mississippi. I signed up for Waste Management in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. On May 29, 2012, I made rounds to get utilities together this included trash pickup. It took two weeks before I received a trash and recycle can after calling and complaining about five times in an effort to get limbs and branches picked up the first week before it grew too much. I visited a waste management office in Fort Walton Beach to get trash and waste pickup started. I explained that I would be cutting down dead branches and clear the taken over area of the land. I was told that it would be placed curbside and that the pick up would be taken care of through Milton, Florida. I started to clear the land that was very convoluted with weeds and realized that it was going to be a lot. Just two and sometimes three of us worked (two females and one boy). My neighbor saw us dragging the debris to the front and mentioned to me that I just missed the waste pickup for bushes. So, I called the number for the Milton Office to inform them of my endeavors. My phone call was taken by the Tupelo, Mississippi office, the call center. I requested a pick up as I was doing a clearing and that the bushes were growing. This continued about 5 times in the 1st week of June to realize that the phone calls are just that...calls. Tupelo, Mississippi is a call center which is like calling the doctor's office after work, they take messages and enter into the computer the concerns received. No response until I called Houston, Texas, to complain about the second week that the bushes are growing and some of this could be avoided if I could contact Milton directly and not through any call center where the message may not be getting through. A gentleman brought the trash and recycle bins to me. He explained the routines for the pickup and as he looked and realize the limbs and branches are now grown over my 5'1" height. He explained that they do not have the regular big trucks for this area in Navarre, as someone complained that they were damaging the driveway. He also stated that my branches are too big and should be cut smaller. I informed him the first week everything was smaller and branches were cut small. If I had received the response requested, all that would be clear and branches would have been picked up and I am sure it could be conformed. However, at this point I request to just borrow one of the big trucks they have servicing the other area and clear this out. The gentleman suggested that he would have the pickup come through and pick up some as they go. Well it seems this is the end of June and the pick up truck simply passed by and looked at the branches. The truck passes by after the truck is packed from other pickup and so cannot make any substantial pick up at my house. I called another trash management business to do business and was told they could not since WM has this contract. Today the gentleman called in response to a very frustrated call I made to say that he thought I understood that they would take it as they could through several pickups. That was something he may have stated, not something that should be accepted nor okay. He says they will come and look at it again on Monday, I do not need WM looking, we are all looking at it...If response was completed in an earlier time, this would not be here for July 4th. Whatever happened to our freedom of choice. Evidently, WM cannot control the Milton Office, Milton has their own pickup, so why is WM picking up Navarre and is stationed in Milton. I don't understand why this is so difficult. However, if my debris is still there July 4th, I will have to understand fully, why we do not have choices.

My name is Bill Vander Brink Blakeslee, Pa 18610 I had a tenant recently move out of a mobile home that I rent. They bought a WM Bagster. They filled it with their trash and moved out. They told me that WM would pick it up.I called WM and they told me that their bags are sold in stores. The cost does not include pickup of trash. My tenants moved out and now I am stuck with all their trash. WM's Bagster program is very misleading. Anyone can purchase a disposalble dumster for $29, fill it up with their trash and just leave it. When I called your company I was told that I was screwed. It was my responsiblilty to sue the tenant for pickup. This is bullshit. You should require payment in full when you sell the dumsters. I have filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also be contacting my local TV consumer person to report this problem. Bill Vander Brink

First off we have been with WM for over 11 years & was always satisified till now. We live in Ohio but have to abide by West Virginia rules now. Rates have increased,Pick up other items you are now charged for (chair $20.00 extra & pre paid) Never had to pay this before. Called office to ask questions but to no avail got the run around. We here only have WM, so we are stuck with them. Hopefully another Co. will come in & our council will approve them. WHAT Happened to this once good company????

We always have to call to get trash picked up. Our recycling has not been picked for about 2 months now. We're switching today to a company with great customer service and cares about being green. The only green in waste management are the trucks.

I worked for wm for just over a year I followed all rules and was even chosen to be on a poster for their safety program but after all that I injured my back and now they wont even give me disability they have a copy of my MRI and it shows a serious injury I now have no job a serious back injury and they have denied unemployment saying I am injured and not able to work thanks WM I now am trying to get welfare or SSI great stuff feel free to contact me if you have any questions I can tell you if I could go back I would never work there johnwagnerinsouthflorida@yahoo.com

My trash has not been picked up in six weeks.Finally after 6 phone calls 4 emails WM picked up half of my trash today. When I spoke with customer service to complain the inept rep. said that they have a contract with O'fallon IL and they were the only option for my trash P/U and It was my responsibility to call every time my pickup is missed. Well I do call and email with no response. I don't know why they will not respond.Your route men must be to busy rooting through the garbage with the guy in the pickup truck that folows him every week to pick out the scrap they find on the curb, how unprofessional I have a voice at the next city hall meeting to discuss the lack of service and customer service that WM offers...............SOME ONE WITH SOME AUTHORITY PLEASE CALL ME SO I CAN GET MY TRASH PICKED UP

I am a waste management customer, I am VERY upset at the professional standards of an employee of your company. On the 13th at noon he pulled into the driveway of my home in his work truck & persisted to cause a seen in my driveway with me and then my mother who has been and currently is separated from him;with a divorce pending. He called me a Bitch and other obscenities as I told him to leave my property while my neighbors and children who attend the church school across the street on recess watched. I am generally happy with the service that your company provides for me but this event reflects badly on your company to have your employees while on the clock making personal stops to pick a fight with me and my mother just because he has a service call in this area. Additionally, I know in the past he has frequently made personal stops along with bringing 'items' home from work such as a barrel of transmission fluid. I would like to know how this event is going to be handled I will NOT be harassed by an employee of yours especially while he is at work if this continues I will get legal help with this issue. I live in Canada,Sylvan Lake Alberta I have been a customer of waste management for 3 years, And I signed a three year contract, and near the end of my contract I contacted waste management spoke with someone named Wendy, she asured me thats fine and I could go month to month now...Then I get a notice that waste management had rolled my over again for another 3 years!! I told them I will not exept this, I was told this would not happen. As they Cindy put it to me like this ....Wendy no longer works here, and there is no such thing as month to month, And then told me to read the fine print. wow!! So after hearing all this, I now still have to pay for a year they said thats the best we can do for you. As a customer that was told one thing from this company, then told another, I am so upset with this!! Piss poor customer service skills and or lack of training by waste management reps! Misleading me as a customer. word of mouth travels...and I can asure you I will never ever choose waste management again because of how I was treated! Nor will my friends or family. I am so dissapointed and feel taken advantage of by this company!!! Now here I am stuck with a darn garbage bin that I do not need or want... i am very upset with wast managements business practices they did away with the monthly billing now its only every three months whic i ona fixed ssi income cannot do all at once and i have sever short term and long term memory loss which makles is hard for me to even remember paying my bill which is why i loved the automatic payment no worries about me forgetting.. well since this change over they have failed to take out the automatic payment of 22.87 every month their so called system refuses to take the payment because it is not the "full amount" which has now cause me to be behind almost a whole three month billing period!!! they need to fix their systems to take the intended monthly payment entered no matter what it is in turn tyhe amount i have had set up monthly would equal out to the 3 month billing.. the do not take into consideration ppl on a fixed income or with medical conditions like myself that almost require auto payments to be done to insure my monthly bills are taken care of on time in the event my memory fails and i do not remember the bill.. i have auto payments set up for all my important bills like electric water ect ect it would be of great help if they would fix their system to take the auto payments and not refuse to take it because it is not the full amount

i applied for a job on bradenton fl om march 1st Terry at the HR department in bradenton interview me and after the interview sh said she would get back to me. I waited uintil that Friday she told she was not in contact with her boss Megan. when i called that monday she told me that she was not intouch with Megan. I told Terry that I will call everyday to check up on my status. the next day and for the next 3 days she but on here answering machin So on friday 3/11/2011 i used a different phone, and guess what she answerd on the first ring then told me she was having problems with the phone,and then told me i was not quilfied she was going with other application, i drove a trck for 20 years my resume is on file . We have been a customer of Waste Management for over 10 years and we have been very satisfied with the actual pick up service. By a conservative calculation we have spent over $35,0000.00 with your company. We are a small business so this, to us, is alot of money. We have always paid our bills on time. Earlier this year we were contacted by one of your national competitors and offered service for almost half of what we are paying Waste Management. Because we have a contract that runs through 2011, we contacted our sales person, Terry Friskie and asked if he could do anything for us and he comped us one months service. We agree that this is quite generous, however, getting this amount deducted from our bill is turning into a night mere senerio.
