Virgin mobile has been a great prepaid emergency cell for me since I don't use a phone that much. But lately, they have been putting charges and making changes without notification, like charging for junk, ignored or deleted text messages, 1.50 just to check my balance, and some mysterious charge when the phone not being used...Not sure why suddenly I'm not trusting them. Maybe monthly plans are better with them? When you call you get India cust svc people. I'm going to try to call corporate and see whay they say or send Richard Branson a note and see if he receives it there.
