Trustmark Bank Corporate Office & Headquarters

The website says they do currency exchange so l called the number to request information, first l was told it was 'customer only' which web site does not state, second person was very unhelpful. I do have a mortgage with them but was then told it takes a week or longer to get the money. In this day and age that is totally unacceptable, why even bother to offer such a poor service ? The worse part however is the attitude of the person in charge of the department. I wish l could enter 0 stars but it will not let me.
