very upset

I am waiting for a replacement phone but I will not get it until jan14 2016 they turn off the old phone

TracFone customer and tech service is horrendous!

I have tried to have my new phone activated, and my minutes transferred many, many times and with NO success. Their customer service responds telling you to contact their techs who fail to solve the problem.
