I still not happy with the results done on my car i want money back on it

TFT in New London is the BOMB their customer service is always on point n they never miss a beat always I. Good spirits even when the is stress going on they work well together as a team please see that they r aware of the good they r doing..thankful consumer..

worst place ever called for appt at 12 told me to come in at 1pm am disable with bad back and they made me wait till 3pm they need to learn the ada laws for the disable thats why i made appt

I went to TFT on Berlin Turnpike on Nov. 25th. I called in morning and reserved tires and an apt for 4pm. When I got there they told me they were running hours behind and my tires would be ready at 8pm. I called at 7:45 and no one answered. My husband and I went there and they hadn't even started my tires. We left there at 9:15. Very disappointed and will never get tires from them again. They lost me and everyone I know as customers.

I went to the Hamden, Ct location for tire rotation. Afterwards, jumped on the highway and turned on my GPS to find it not working. I pulled over to see what the problem was and found the SD card missing. I can't prove it but someone at town fair clearly took it. I'm 100% POSITIVE I had it before service. Checked my whole car inch by inch, nothing. Really disgusted.

The Milford MA store is out of control, my wife has been there since 1pm today, it is now 5pm and she was told it would be another hour to hour and a half to mount and balance 4 snow tires. Five to six hours to get 4 tires mounted and balanced, you have to be kidding... Someone in Corporate needs to fix this service issue....

They lied, they put my tires on wrong causing for them to blow on the high way, and then admitted they're fault and made me pay for new tires anyways!!! Not to mention the way they talked to me was horrible I will NEVER go or recommend them to anyone!

Town Fair Tire allows weed smokers and in courage infidelity at their stores buy your tires and get good customer service else where

In regards to town fair in derby ct. I have never been treated so awful on my life. I was told a different story all three times I went in there to get tires on my car. They were rude, disrespectful, they lied about pricing, times I could come in to get the work done and each time I went back upon there request to come at a later time, the price was increased. I do not understand how they are still in buisness. I wouldn't even send someone I hate to town fair tire in derby ct. Also the only reason I even gave them one star is because they do not allow you to write a review without a rating, but they don't even deserve that

2 1/2 hours is unacceptable for 4 tires and a Aligliment in the Tewksbury store. Go somewhere to get tires

Dealing with Town Fair Tire in Milford Ma. as I write this. I was told by scheduling an appt. I would be top priority when I came in. Did so, not priority. Lie #1 car sat in lot for 45 min. asked "what was going on", a minute later car goes in told 90 min to complete work lie #2 going on 2 hours. At 2 hour mark told 25 more minutes

Had a problem with a tire went to put another tire on and they let me know that at over 13 years old the tire would be unsafe. I had a limited amount of cash on hand and they dropped the price of a tire they had to make sure I could get a safe tire on my car right away. excellent customer service and definitely the best prices.

I had my truck front end alignment by your company at the Billerica station. they were very helpfull and a great job done in Sept. I had another service station that did the state inspection tell me I needed ball joints and tie rod i was suspecious. I took my truck to townfair and were more then willing to check it for me and I was told noting was wrong and if I did need a realignment they would re do it free of charge. You have a customer for life I am very plaeasd
