i work for a tim hortons in michigan, i have been with the company for a year, i am a supervisor, serv safe certified thru our health dept, i would never on my life eat at or drink anything from a tim hortons, at least the three locations my owners own, the sandwich board pans dont get changed out, new product just gets put in, the tea sits for almost 4 days before its made agian by then theres mold and still being sold, the machines are never cleaned un less i clean them, i have caught two employees using the dish sink as a mop bucket, they do not take the tepms every two hrs as corp reguations, they just write numbers down at the end of their shift, bagels and muffins are baked at 5am and sold all day and whats not sold is bagged and left on the table over night and sold the next day "the owners order us to do this to cut food cost"."their supposed to be rebaked every 8 hrs", i am the only person out of 5 employees that does any cleaning and i feel i run the place by my self, we have no manager, and when i bring this up to my owners they seem not to care, i work second shift by my self which i feel is very unsafe for our location, and to top it off we get 1/2 hr docked out of every day we work for a "break" we DO NOT get, how can i take a 1/2 hr break when i work by myself???? i have contacted the corp and its been a month now with no reply, apparently they do not care, i am in the proccess of going to the labor board over the docking of pay,and have a few employees and former employees going also, i have just gotten back from vacation and am just sickened by what i know im walking back into when i go back to work as i am the only one who does anything,,,and all for only 7.50 an hr!!!! thats a big slap in the face for a supervisor with cert,

I recently went through the Drive thru at Tim Hortons In Irving NY-----When I got to the window a very young handson guy was leaning out the window waiting for me to pull up! He Said "HI" Do you know what today is! I said today is Friday --He said "NO today is Happy Friday" I said Your right it is a Happy Friday. I told him the next time I come in You better Remeber that!I noticed that Another one of the comments From Elizabeth Seegert on 9/19/11 had a similar expierence. It really made my morning,I am 72 yrs old and it was a pleasure to see a young person ejoying his work.THis Kid needs some "Kudos" From Tim Hortons ,It may have been Eric? Joyce

I wanted to Add that Every FRIDAY At TIM HORTONS Should Be" Happy Friday!" Its good for Promoting ! Maybe you could pass something out like Paper Hats on the Holidays that say "HAPPY FRIDAY AT TIM HORTONS"or something else!

I work at tim hortons in ohio and it is the worst job EVER my boss doesn't care about anything but they're stupid drive thru times and leaves second shift (my shift with only TWO PEOPLE) to clean up all they're mess. the place has roaches and mice. they wont fix the drive thru board that has no lights, and my manager just lets everyone stand around on they're down time instead of stalking or cleaning! I will NEVER work for another franchised business nor tim hortons. im in the process of looking for a new job and you WILL be getting a call from me to hear everything thats been going on in this store.

Hello there, i went to this Tim Horton's in the Trillium hospital, Mississauga on Monday 3rd October at around 10 A.M. I ordered a BLT sandwich and i could hardly see any bacon in it. I went back to talk to them bu they were all very rude. I asked for a manager and waited 20 mins. for him. When I asked those employees why is your manager taking so long?? They were all answering they don't know. After the store manager came I showed him the sandwich and asked for the explanation of those employee's bad behavior. But guess what I got the same reaction from the store manager. He stared arguing with me that this is how they make sandwiches and all the other stuff. I left that Tim Horton's right away and will never go back there again. :(

Went to Orchard Park, SW Blvd. location today,near Abbott Rd. Ordered a chicken wrap with BBQ sauce & cheese only. Rec'd the MOST pitiful little wrap ever, hardly any chicken at all and it was swimming in sauce, hardly any cheese and a wilted remnant of lettuce in it! My husband and I travel in our line of work and frequent approx a dozen Horton's every month and consume 6-10 chicken wraps each week in travel. Returned it at the drive thru window, advising there wasn't hardly any filling. The gal at the window was fairly rude and brought it back and there still wasn't anywhere enough filling in it and it wasn't even rolled or wrapped, it was haphazardly wadded back into the wrapper as if to say, "Screw you, this is all you're getting...." Disappointing after waiting in a long line of traffic. If other Horton's experiences were like this one, we wouldn't be customers. Blemish on an otherwise fine chain. If you follow up on this, it was at approx 4:30 PM

I am writing to compliment an employee at the Tiim Horton's in Irving, New York. A young man, Eric, is usually manning the window. He is so pleasant and friendly. He always takes the time to ask how you are, in such an upbeat manner. In today's age, most young people aren't interested in carrying on a conversation, let alone give you eye contact! Eric, you are a refreshing change! Keep up the good work!

The Tim Hortons in Chillicothe, Ohio on Bridge street has several flies crawling on the bakery selections. I cancelled my order once seeing this. Don't you even find this disturbing that what were putting in our mouth had insects crawling on it and they get into poop and trash cans. C'mon! Clean it up!!

roswent to hortons on colvin and briton tonight iwas hit in the head with ice that they were throwing around. we use to go on delaware rod to hortonsbut stopped because of teenagers and the foul mouths. you need older supervisorstaking care of your stores. iwill not visit again. this took place in tonawanda new york
