8 months, no furniture yet!

I ordered over $10,000 of furniture on July 1st, 2013. I still am waiting for several pieces of furniture, pillows, and the 2 couches that arrived ( after 5 months' wait!!!!!!!!!) both have been inspected, and deemed "faulty and replaceable" by the company... I am filing a Small Claims Court claim today. The manager at the Roseville, CA has been unresponsive, lied, and continually makes excuses, avoids contact and we are distraught and at our wits' end. 7 months of waiting girl our furniture, and what has arrived in made so poorly even the company specialist agreed.

Don't order with them!

I have spent over $6000 with Thomasville for draperies, area rug, two chairs and much yardage to recover other furniture. While the local store folks are very nice, every date for delivery was horribly delayed with many, many excuses. The $1200 rug has discoloration and has to be reordered. Who know how long that will take! I orderd the fabric in March and it is mid July and I still don't have it. I will never work with them again and I will tell every one I know to NOT order anything from Thomasville. On the contrary, Pottery Barn delivered within one week all I ordered from them!

I bought a couch back in December and have been waiting for it since and after many calls for delivery updates, I am being told it will not come in till the end of March. I will never buy from this store again. There are too many other good companies out there that would not expect a customer to wait so long.

I BOUGHT A $2,000 PLUS SOFA......HAVE HAD ONE MONTH.........MATERIAL IS TOTALLY WORN OFF WHERE I HAVE SAT....LAID.............THEY SAY IT NEEDS STEAMING! GIVE ME A BREAK..........LAWYERS HERE I COME.

I ordered two chairs and a couch from Thomasville in Fairfax, Virginia, in Aug. 2010. The chairs were delivered on Sept. 15. The wood on one chair was split completely across on both arms. Both chairs had the wrong finish on the wood. I contacted Thomasville the same day the chairs were delivered to report this. Their agent came out and inspected the chairs and confirmed they could not be repaired. After many phone calls, they have refused to pick up the chairs or refund my money. They also have not replaced the chairs. They did cancel my order for a rug prior to delivery, but refuse to refund my money for that either. Even though they were notifed of the error in the wood finish, they completed the couch (which had been backordered) with the wrong finish and now want me to accept and pay for it. This has been a nightmare!
