Sucks
You now have a monopoly in my garden center,How about making some product without fertilizer,It KILLS my carnivorous plants..And I like to use organic fertilizer on my other plants,Thanks for giving me no choice but to buy your sub-par product.
Scotts don't care
I have used Scotts for years now. I am not using Scotts starting next year due to piss poor service. I have spoke to the Manager at the Nashville, TN. office numerous times now and refuse to call again and explain what my lawn looks like and needs. Scotts has dropped the ball on me as a loyal customer and I called several weeks ago for weed service and have seen NOBODY. This company does nothing pro active to come around to see what my lawn looks like or what it needs. I will NO LONGER be a Scotts customer starting next year and my business will go to someone who cares about my lawn like I do. Nick Cossentino 1000 Creekglen Court Hendersonville, TN. 37075
bad manners
i love your products, i have been using them for years. i spend a lot of money on your products. i do depend on good phone suport, some has been poor and very costly to me. other has been very good. i have dealt with sandy bracier and lisa taubler with very poor results, they where mean and sugested i go do busines somewhere else. if this continues i will find another way to take care of my lawn. these people should learn how to treat custumers, after all they are their bread and butter

I used Scotts Max and it left many stains all over my driveway and sidewalk. It "mentioned" sweep the sidewalk on the bag, but in 50 years of fertilizing I have never had to read everything on the bag. Do not use this product!!!! Fred in Texas
Thanks MGI noticed in Toronto that they even have a few streos that cater to the condo market by selling smaller furniture. Next time you are in Toronto check out the Leon's location at the roundhouse. It is right next to the Steamwhistle brewery where you can get some free samples.Cheers
- It is a tough time for the Lifecos but I think SLF will turn around over the next few years.&Think - Leon's is the go to name for fuuintrre in Ontario. They are very well loated and carry better quality than the Brick. They are also well managed. I would argue that they fill a niche in Ontario being the leader in this area of mid end goods.
I can't locate a retailer who sells Miracle Gro Lawn Food 36-6-6 WATER SOLUBLE LAWN FOOD. I live in Lawrence, KS
The "Poor" Rating is not for the product - but for the Marketing Department who came up with the latest "Ortho Home Defense" Commercial. You want to picture the all-american couple - defending their home from bugs - but the only thing that stuck in my mind about the commercial was the almost viciously sarcastic face on the woman regarding her mother-in-laws pending visit. Up to that point it was a pretty positive ad. I was almost sold...then....she opened her mouth and ugliness came out. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is tired of the sarcasm being the "norm" for our kids and the general public to see in the media. "Garbage in....Garbage out". People do mimick popular ads....take a stand and break the trend. By the way, I NEVER write to companies or shows about this kind of thing...I'm just getting tired of it and thought...maybe I'm not the only one. Thank you for the opportunity for me to share my thoughts with you. Sincerely, Donna
I think you turn out great products. I have a major client that needs an Email address for the CEO, Mr. James Hagedorn, which is strictly for a business purpose. I cannot imagine it is this impossible to make a connection with this CEO. If Mr. Hagedorn wants to do some serious business, get back to me at: scottlenheiser@yahoo.com for my client's business purposes. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, Scott R. I choose to be home since after the first treatment I noticed, more weeds than ever, bare and brown spots. I used an n ground sprinkler system, and kept my lawn at their recommended height level. In addition they don't show up for scheduled appointments! The manager only offers to re-schedule and talk with the guy. I lose time and money waiting for no-shows!!!! ill call corporate on Monday to see what their solution is.
