My daughters only wedding shower was a horrific experience. Specific request where ignored I asked to be seated in the lounge area with couches and large chairs for a relaxed setting and instead was put in the dining room up against the wall in a dark room at a long table with no way to visit with anyone, seating was ridiculous, they sat 15 women at a table for 8. The food was awful, the bread was stale and the egg salad had a crust on it. Service was slow and the management was completely incompadent and unprofessional. This was a once in a life time expereince that brought us to tears!!

This makes everthynig so completely painless.

Embassy suites of southfield michigan was full of dog crap. For the most part the room was ok my table was broke the lamp had a short and kept flicking on and off.But what pissed me off the most was they charged my wife's debit card a extra $30.00 after we checked in we pre paid on line before we checked in.So when we got home we noticed a extra $30.00 taken we were pissed we caontacted the hotel and were told the money would be returned in a couple of days. That was Mar-10-2012 and today is Mar-30-2012 we called the hotel and talked to a rude manager by the name of chris nussambalm.And told me keep waiting and I should have known all major corporations charge a deposit .I wonder how many other customers get charged that hidden fee. My family also came fron clevend,ohio and she was charged $60.00 she never got returned as well. Check your cards theanks embassy suites but no thank you ever again.
