54 Reviews For The Gap Headquarters & Corporate Office

I love The Gap - love the clothes - both adult & children's, but the store in Hanes Mall, Winston-Salem, North Carolina has the worst manager - her name is Brooke, I will not shop in this store again! Very rude, I cannot believe that with the economy the way it is, that The Gap would not do everything possible to make their customers satisfied. I tried to return a defective item, which unfortunately I paid cash for, the shirt originally cost $30 - when i tried to return it, they only wanted to give me credit for the sale price which was $10.97. I would expect to be given a shirt of original equal value. The Gap has lost another good customer.

The store in Manassas is about to face a lawsuit Like they have never seen! I can't wait :D

I have been a GAP credit card holder for 16 years. I have never missed a payment and am a regular shopper but now because I became behind on payments for a few other non-credit card accounts, GAP reviewed my perfect standing with them and lowered my credit to being just $10 over the current amount due. Now I am high-to-the-limit. Now I have no GAP credit available when I had $500 available and had paid my account down to that managable lower amount due. Lowering my GAP credit limit caused my credit score to decrease when I never missed a GAP payment. I was a loyal GAP & old Navy shopper for my children & family. My son needs new jeans but without the GAP credit, I am going to patronize Macy's, BonTon, & Bloomingdales since I have credit available and their quality is comparable to GAP. GAP HQ should watch who they penalize or their own sales will decrease such as by loyal GAP shoppers like me.

I was at a Florida store as I was shopping and I over heard a manager tell an employees that they have to sell gap credit card or they may lose their jobs; it's angering at best!!.. I did not know that gap or any other retail stores were in the banking business. i believe that should be illegal and should be investigated. These employees are under payed with no benefits and its not like gap is sharing the profits they get from these bank with the employees

The Gap...what can I say? they have great jeams but that is where it ends. sales that mislead the customer and a sales team that ignore the customer is not the way the business should run! i used to think of the gap as a classic american icon. now it is quite simply a company looking to trick customers into purchases that result in a higher cash charge than you think when making your selections. fool me once shame on me....you fooled me twice. good bye.

After shopping for about an hour at the Gap in the Natick Mall with the expectation that I would be able to use my 45% off on Wednesday. I brought my purchases to the register and was told the coupon was not for items on sale. When I got home, I carefully reviewed the coupon which states if you use your card the 40% off would be 45% off. I reviewed the back and the front of the coupon and it did not say a thing about not applicable for sale items. I will not shop at the Gap in the Natick Mall again and would like a response from the headquarter about this experience.

The clothes are amazingly worth it but the other day on Mall at Florida Mall Orlando,Fl a Manager called Dave and Indian guy was so mean and rude that he needs to improve and take some training about customer service and be more humble he is like a nightmare I couldn't or wish to even talk to him anymore, actually if he is in the store again I will never ever buy anything for that store.

I was so totally amazed when I tried to return 2 shirts with tags and receipt and they told me it was 32 days and the limit was 30 days and I could not return them. I was frustrated beyond belief and called corporate office - after much discussion I was told thats just the way it is and even though I am unemployed and broke they could not make an exception and put this $ back on my credit card. They did however offer to send me a $15.00 gift card that I never got and when I called back they said sorry no notes for that and the person you spoke with is not here. I am closing my card and will NEVER shop in this store again.

WEST FARMS MALL GAP THE MGR NAME IS MEGAN;THIS IS THE ONLY GAP I EVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH;THEY ARE SO RACIST ITS PATHETIC.I'M A GAP CARD HOLDER EVERYTIME THEY HAVE THE 40% OFF SALE I'M THERE.THEY LET 2 PEOPLE BEFORE ME USE THE 40% OFF;THEY DIDN'T HAVE A COUPON OR ANYTHING;YOU JUST HAD TO MENTION IT.ANYWAY THEY CHARGED ME THE FULL PRICE ON EVERYTHING;WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE DISCOUNT;I EVEN SPOKE WITH THE MGR. MEGAN;I WENT TO ANOTHER GAP THAT SAME DAY,SHOWED THEM MY RECIEPT AND MY GAP CARD;THEY RETURNED EVERYTHING AND I BROUGHT IT BACK WITH THE 40%.ALTHOUGH I'M GRATEFUL THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM;I WASTED A LOT OF TIME.I'M CALLED CORPORATE I'M WAITING FOR A RESPONSE.I'M SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD WITH THEM.

I went shopping to the Gap Outlet in Commerce Georgia this morning...After searching the store for jeans I finally saw a sales girl, and asked her where the petite Jeans would be...I am 5 ft tall, and weigh 106 lbs...Nothing unusual I thought. She didn't seem to know much about the merchandise in the store.. She told me that you do not carry petite sizes..In the past, I have shopped at the Gap in the Mall of Georgia, and purchased jeans in petite sizes...I looked for another salesperson in the store, and there were several people, waiting to check out and noone at the counter.. I saw several frustrated potential customers, very upset and confused such as I was...In this very large store, there were actually 2 people working it,which was certainly not appropriate for the size of the store....I was very disalusioned and left without purchasing anything...I know that the economy is not good these days, but that is crazy.....I would not go back there anymore.....

I ordered shirts for my son at school. I could for the life of me not change the shipping address from the billing address. I called customer service on the phone and she could not correct it either. She had to cancel the order and write a new one. She was terrible!! Could not get anything right without doing it over 5x's. She did not know Rhode Island was a state. After spending 25 minutes more on the phone I receive an email that the phone number I gave them did not correspondent to the one they had on file. 25 minutes more or arguing resulted in having them ship the order, but I WILL NEVER NEVER buy from the Gap again. I had a problem returning merchandise I purchased on line with the local store and it took 10 phone calls to resolve the problem a few years ago and I was not happen then or now. Put that into your problem box.

I went to the GAP at the Grove in Los Angeles and the sales were great. But what made it better was the customer Service... Great Job

The Gap casting call is a scam. this is the most poorly run contest i've entered. unresponsive websites and uncounted votes. this is not what i would expect from a company of this stature. too bad that children are missing opportunities due to sloppy contest setup and voting. FIRE THE PERSON WHO RUNS THIS!!!

Your 4th of July promotion prompted me to visit an Old Navy store near my home in Cave Creek, Arizona. I purchased eight (8) T-shirts and made a contribution to our troops overseas. I've been wearing one of the shirts almost every day until NOW. The American flag depicted on every shirt has ONLY 45, or 46 STARS. How could you allow that to happen? What a disgrace, an insult to every American. MAKE GOOD ON THIS BLUNDER! Jack McAward 5500 East Skinner Dr. Cave Creek, AZ 85331
