The Dump Corporate Office & Headquarters

I purchased a couch for my Mother at the location in the suburb of Chicago, and the delivery drivers stole my elderly mothers cell phone! Will never do business there again.

My mother purchased an entertainment set on July 4, 2014 and it was promised a delivery date 4 days later. They called to ask if she would allow them to reschedule to the following Saturday. She agreed only if they would be there before noon. They were a no show and when she called they told her she had a choice; either wait for it or come pick it up herself. I took over the call and asked for the manage and he said you can't cancel a contract and if the furniture comes back I will charge you a 20% restocking fee. He obviously don't know or care about the definition of customer retention/customer care I wouldn't but an umbrella from this company.

On February 21, 2014 i purchased a living room set, it was delivered on February 23, 2014 the delivery company that was used by the dumb damaged my walls, and did not take all of the furniture upstairs. I contacted the dump on the same day regarding the damage to my walls and them not delivering all the items up stairs. i have been given the run around for several months and i still have not been reinbursted for my wall damage.

Stay away, bought a group of sofas with power recline features, now 4 months later and 4 repairs techs and 2 of them still do not work and i have stopped payments to them. they continue send parts the the repair guys say that are not correct, most of the parts are transformer for vibrating chair not the ones in the house, this outfit sucks
