THE LOCATION I WENT TO WAS HORRIBLE!!!(COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA.)GOT THERE AT 6:30...GOT BREAD AND SOFT DRINKS...PLACED MIXED DRINK ORDERS AND GOT THEM 30MINS. LATER AND THEY SCREWED THEM UP. NEXT,PLACED FOOD ORDER, WAITER CAME BACK 15 MINS. LATER AND SAID THEY WERE OUT OF T-BONES...WTF...STEAKHOUSE RIGHT??? WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 30 TO 40 MINS...THEN GOT FOOD ORDERS...GUESS WHAT? SCREWED ANOTHER ORDER UP. ORDERED WELL DONE STEAK, GOT MEDIUM RARE....WTF....IS SOMEONE PLAYING A JOKE, I DID NOT FIND THIS HUMOROUS!! TALKED WITH TWO(2) MANAGERS..THEY WERE NO-HELP AT ALL....AND NOW, GUESS WHAT, THEY SCREWED MY CHECK UP....OVERCHARGED!!!! THE MANAGEMENT WENT INTO HIDING AFTER I REQUESTED THEM ONCE AGAIN! CAN SOMEONE FROM TEXAS ROADHOUSE CORPORATE CONTACT ME??? WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT TEXAS ROADHOUSE...OR ANY OTHER STEAKHOUSE!!!

This is the second time we had this issue My family and I frequent Texas Roadhouse about once a month so my Mom and I decided to get gift cards for friends and family members and in return we received $5.00 coupons for one of our visits. We decided to use them and I ordered my favorite Filet medium well. The steak came out burnt and tasted like rubber I have never had a steak that tasted so bad. The Manager would not come to our table and talk with me. We were told by the server we were unable to use our coupons from the gift cards we had from christmas becuse you could only have one per table no matter haw many tickets you have. AGAIN In my option this is totally unacceptable....I would love to have a general Manager call and talk with me..... New store Macon, Ga. Hostes unorganized. Everyone talking to each other but know one talking to us! A lady puts her her hand up we assume we were to follow her! Service very very slow. She took our food order and never seen her again. Someone else brought our food. We had no drinks. We sat there for 45 min waiting on server with a two year old. Finally got up and flagged another server for two boxes and a check! Also had to get up and get another server to run debit card. Horrible. We will never be back! Ngiorgio2002@yahoo.com

Texas Roadhouse is Reyoldsburg Ohio has the worse front of house manager. She yells at her servers and treats her coustmers like shit. She really needs to be fired, I used to go in there quite often, but now since shes there I do not go there anymore. Becasue I do not need to be talked to with such an unprofessional attitude when Iam paying your wages.

Well the food was fair, the service was slow, but the highlight of our night was a fellow named Chase, he was the walk around magician. Never have I seen the type of magic I saw that night. This fellow entertained my guests and kids for a half hour while we waited on our food. From what I understand this guy has been trade show magician for quite a few years and is retired now days. We live in Easley SC and love to eat at Texas Roadhouse. The nearest ones to us are about 22 miles away. We need a Texas Roadhouse in the Easley, SC 29642 area. we have a lot of friends and family that prefer Texas Roadhouse but go to Outback, Copper River, or Golden Corral because of the location. Texas roadhouse sherman steak was leather mgmt was high school kids who have not a clue about the customer service or food industry overall the place sucks wont be back or ever try another one was 6 peole in our party what a clip joint big waste of time and money!!!!

Columbia MO store, managers are ridiculous. Treat staff like their useless. A lot of great servers but the managers suck. Store has just opened, but I think they should get rid of some of the useless managers and find some decent people. Worst roadhouse experience yet.

When the server delivered our check to the table she stated we could not use the $5.00 coupon because we could not have two discounts on the same bill. I was livid that I was unable to use the $5.00 on my husband’s meal because the Manager was unable to operate the Point of Sale system. In my option this is totally unacceptable and OUTBACK has my business form this point on……. Menifee california What a let down. Went in for lunch seated right away, order 40 minute wait, people who came in behind us already eating. Finally get our order and is is wrong, another 20 minutes before being served...must have kept the same fries from the wrong order because they were cold and hard, chicken sandwich dry dry dry, and they forgot the pickle spears on two of the three orders! Not once did some one come over to inform us that our order should be up soon, nor did they ever refill our waters. So had to Sit and wait for a stupid chicken sandwich for over an hour! Place is loud and is not good for conversation, so bringing food on time should be paramount. Manager did nothing to alieve the situation. As we were leaving there were people in the parking lot furious because they were there for three hours, had to go to a funeral viewing and never did get to finish there meal because it took them so long! Again they said the manager did nothing. Carls junior $6 burger waaaay better and a lot faster,

Tulsa Texas Roadhouse. The food is really good. I have just had a problem with the beverages. Two times I have asked for water and it smelled like dirty diapers, and I almost gagged. When I asked my waitress the second time about it, she said....well, maybe it got some Gateraide in it because it is on the same fountain. I tried to get her to just taste or smell in the glass and she would not. So, I decided not to drink at all because it made me sick. I asked for my food to go, and another staff member came up to me and told me there were not enough people to do the dishes, so they were grabbing dirty glasses from the dirty dish bin, and she saw this happen. I spent the next 24 hours sick with diarrhea and stomach pain. I don't know how to rate this place. I wanted to say it is good, but under too much pressure to perform jobs safely...and I suffered. I didn't complain to them because I was sort of scared and didn't want to insult anyone. But, I did get sick all the way home and through the next day.

This is the worst place I have ever eaten at! The first time I decided to eat here I saw my watress a total of 4 times the whole meal. The second time was the last straw. The girl that waited on us complained that she was cut so no one could take us. Then when she finally took our order she went and sat down by her friend and I could hear her complain how ridiculous it was for her to have to take cars of us. Are you kidding me this is your job! I don't think she realized I could hear her whole conversation with her friend because this went on for about 20 minuets. I will never go back to the Naperville location or any location for that matter ever again.

I would like to let you know about the wonderful service and care that was provided to our group. We had reservations for 30 people on December 31, 2011 between 2 and 4 p.m. We were assigned 2/3 servers. The food was excellent and the caring staff assigned to us made this a memorable occassion as we were there for my grandson's predeployment to Afghanistan. The servers even gave an acknowledgement to my grandson as they do for birthdays. The Texas Roadhouse that we were at was on R91 in Willoughby, Ohio. This restaurant has always served fresh, great food which is why I choose them. Please congradulate this restaurant along with the staff for an EXCELLENT job done. They truly deserve recognition.

Texas Roadhouse on the West side of El Paso Texas is absolutely terrible! I worked there for over a year and not only did I witness them STEALING money from employees paychecks(the GM got fired once reported), one of the FOH managers named Ivan only got suspended when he told an employee to suck his D*ck if she wanted to become a manager. Ivan also used to tell me to throw away peoples applications if they were ugly and he also has a streak of firing people for no apparent reasons! If you like to get stolen from, taken advantage of, sexually harassed, verbally harassed, and receive unfair treatment this job is perfect for you!

This was the worst place we have ever gone to for dinner, I would love to sit here and tell you the full story of the three times we have try your place. my husband was very sick from a drink that he didnt ask for, we were given wrong food and the manager wasnt sure what to do about it. Former employee at Texas roadhouse Mansfield Texas, From my understanding when I did my orientation was that no manager was allowed to have any personal relationship to another employee. If this is the case why is it that Jerry M (owner of Texas roadhouse Mansfield) son Jacob M is employed at his dads resturaunt. But not only that, the managing partner Rick S. Who is an in store manager aswell also has his underaged son Griffin employed (works as a busboy but clocks in under office due to the legalities of Texas. In Texas legal working age is 16.) Then on top of that you have manager Ty, Ty also has family on payroll. (his nephew). All

You need a new manager and new people at the front desk. I went to the one in Jacksoville NC Sat December 10, 2011 and they lie to you face and the manager takes up for them. We were told that our wait time was One and a half hour wait. we decide to stay even though we had two three year old and a nine year old. after the 1.5 hour was up we check with the girl up front and she bluntly said I told you two and a half hour wait. This was a lie and when we complained the manger took her side and we had to wait another 30 minutes to get two seprate seat so we could not sit together. This is the worse place on earth at at this rate you will go out of business and I will clap when this happen. You do not care for your customer and the whoe time they were letting their friends in while everyone had to wait and only having two table for a large party is stupid. get rid of that manger and the people at front or you will lose a lot mor customer. because the ten of us will never step foot in that place again. you rating is a zero.

I think it must be a policy that Tx Roadhouse Mgrs are to be assholes!! I read many comments here, and the restaurants are from around the country, but they all seem to have the same management problem. I don't understand why the Corporate office isn't making sure their mgrs are trained properly, in regards of how to talk to, and treat, their employees. To me, so many employees have legit reasons to sue the places they work for just based on harrassment from their mgrs! This establishment does not seem to be worried, however, as it employs mostly the very young and immigrants. These groups will not speak up, nor stand up, for themselves!

after reading some of these posts,i guess my complaint is normal business practice by managers with texas roadhouse.i manage a storage facility in gainesville florida.the manager at texas roadhouse bartered a storage unit by the year from me.he gets a unit and i get gift certificates in exchange.not gift cards so we have to go to the gainesville branch.last year he paid up fine.this year i have been getting a promise for 6 months.may 18 was when he was paid up too.now he won't return calls and won't respond to emails.unfortunatly the owner of the company i work for is planning our xmas party and thinks that i got paid 6 months ago.i will not go even if greg lewsinski shows up with the certificates.he has lost my business and i am gonna try to get him out of our facility asap.i refuse to do business with someone like this.if he represents this organization and he does i hope the corporate office moniters this as i am sure they do.

3 times is not the charm. Yes 3 times we have been the Texas Roadhouse in Snellville, Ga and not been waited on. The first 2 times I talked to the manager. Free dinner passes were provided. I apperciate them however after not going for some time we tried again, last night. After waiting 20 minutes for someone anyone to come to our table nothing. People came in after us even recieved appertizers but us nothing. We finally got up and left. No one noticed. There was not manager to tell how could we no one was around to ask. No person at the front desk. Why they were busy at a station talking. I called the next morning to speak to a manager well that did not good. He basically did not care. He in turn got really upset when I told him the person answering the phone was rude. He told me that was his wife and she was not rude in fact they usualy were not in the resturanut at that time in the morning. And I was lucky they answered the phone. UMM did he really think I would not have continued to call until someone answered? I will not go to Texas Raodhouse again. I will go back to Longhorn it might be a slight more pricey but at least they apperciate my money and will wait on us.
