Tempurpedic Corporate Office & Headquarters

My Tempur-pedic king size split has two remotes. Both remote's has broken down. You can't get a Service Tech out for at least a week or two. In the mean time we have to take turns sleeping on the sofa or floor until the corporate office finds the placement pieces to fix these remotes...please note that the bed is under one year old. Don't spend your $5,000.00 purchasing this bed or any other of the Tempur-pedic beds. You will loose out. Should have purchase the Number Bed instead.

My 12 1/2 inch Tempurpedic is shorter than my old mattress. My old mattress was 75 1/2 inches long compared to 74 inches in length. Also, it seems to hold body heat unlike my old mattress. I paid $ 2500.00 for my new Tempurpedic and I am not sure I am going to keep it..
