I have been trying to open your website to open the rebate form for the Lorax DVD offer for which I purchased your raisins. After several attempts, it will not open. Is there a problem with this site? If so, where should I check?

I purchased your Sun-Maid Raisin Bread Cinnamon Swirl Bread today. I was real disappointed. I haven't had it in quite some time and boy has it changed. It looks nothing like shown on the wrapper. I remember it when we use to pull it apart and it had lots of cinnamon. This you can't pull apart at all. Why did you change it. It just isn't the same anymore and I am very dissapointed in your product now.
