Regarding Nancy's comment: Jessi does her job the way she should. She has people skills where they are the most important - the customers!!! If a new employee had the joke around attitude that her undercover boss had, I would have treated him the same way. As an employee - especially a NEW one - you need to be paying attention and not joking around.

I saw you show Undercover Boss - and I would not want my child to work under the girl named Jessie - I found her to be a Hitler - she has no people skills and I would not want my child to work under her. I CANNOT BELIEVE SUBWAY IS PAYING HER EDUCATION AND A VACATION FOR HER AND DAD. I WILL NEVER EAT AT SUBWAY AGAIN. I am appalled that your company would want a person who has no people skills to work for your company, and have people work under her?? YOU SHOULD HAVE FIRED JESSIE - WAHT A JOKE!!! TO DO FOR HER WHAT YOUR COMPNAY DID.

As per TV ads all week Subway Sandwich will be giving 6" subs away to all active duty and retired vets on Veterans Day. I have been into two different Subways (Seal Beach, and Westminster, CA) both have no idea what I'm talking about. I called Medford OR office and ask about it they had to call upper management to find out the answer was yes.

This just past Friday morning, my wife and I decided we'd try Subway for breakfast sandwiches. We were the only customers!! We each finally chose the steak, egg, cheese on a(bran)muffin combo, which included coffee. The egg was a cold round slab that had to be cut up, there was 1/4 of a slice of cheese, and the steak appeared to be chips of some sort, All was microwaved to heat it. With the combo the only drink was coffee. My wife doesn't drink coffee and the counter person said we could NOT sub it for a soft drink, so I had to buy one!! The sandwiches were terrible!! The coffee wasn't much better. My wife couldn't take more then 2 bites of her's. But I did, reluctantly, eat mine and drank a few sips of coffee just to wash it down. I threw her sandwich and the rest of my coffee into the trash container. We've always enjoyed Subway's sandwiches, but we will NEVER go there for breakfast sandwiches again!!! I repeat, NEVER !! We left, and went across the street and had decent breakfast sandwiches at McDonalds, and my wife had a soft drink with her's as her CHOICE. The shop in question is in the shopping center at Alicia Parkway and Trabuco, Mission Viejo, CA. Interestingly, there's a small family type food establishment next door to your shop, and it was well attended with eating customers. We should have eaten there!! Gene Clements Mission Viejo, CA. I work at La Cantera Mall in San Antonio Texas. I would give the Subway at the foodcourt there below Poor!!! I went in a week ago to purchase flatbread sandwich, it was not busy at all, one customer in front of me. Two employees working there and it took forever for them to acknowledge me. Then they were out of the flatbread, I wss told, until the manager went to the back and found them. They placed one in the microwave, served my sandwich. I went to sit down and eat it and part of it was still very cold. It was horrible! I am not the only one that works at the mall that has said it is the worse Subway they have ever been to. I returned the sandwich and told them it was cold and terrible, they offered to make another one, but at that point I wanted my money back and the manager asked for my receipt, which they didn't give me one, and you could tell she wss unhappy with me, so I handed her the sandwich and said never mind, I don't want my money back, I was on my lunch hour and was in a hurry, she didn't apologize or anything, so I told her I would never be back, and she just let me walk away.
