I live in Tehachapi,Ca the subway in our town is awful. Every time my family and I decide to eat there we forget about how we were treated the time before. We can depend on their bad attitudes. I thought maybe it was just one or two people but now I'm sure that it must be part of their training to act mad about having to make the sandwiches. I try to eat healthy when I can so my son and I ordered two sandwiches and we wanted spinach instead of iceburg and the lady told my son we only have what you see here. I could go on and on but our subway is really a mess.

I have been tricked and ripped off with Subway food review email. They advertise that you can recieve a week of Subway sandwiches by giving your personal info and cell number and completeing survey. Their trick is when they send you a four digit code on your cell. That is when your charged 9.99 on your cell phone. Riping off the customer is a sneaky trick, which I will never go to subway again, they are not trustworthy. Watch out for all Subway promotions, it a trick, nothing is free!

I received an email about a free $100.00 card for Subway. When I tried filling out the questionaire (name, address, etc.), it would not let me complete it because it wanted a cell number. Wake up, not everyone has, or wants, a cell phone!!!!!!

my namne is malissa, i want a to express my feeling about this subway that i used to go very often.. the sibway located on 3346 W. foster, chicago ill... i have always treated very nicely... the employee name samira, she is very polite,friendly and a perfect sandwich maker.. whenever i go to this subway, samira will greet me with her smile... she communicate with all the custome while she makes sandwich and she is very fast... but now i really don't go there cuz she is not there anymore... and all the other employees are seems new... they are very slow... they make my sandwich the way i want.. when i ask one of the employee to give me extra tometoes, she just gace me six tometoes which is not extra in footlong sandwich.. even this new employees are not friendly... so now i will not go to this subway.. so i go to the randome subway but this location is not the good one to go..

March 23 2011 there were plattersof club sandwiches delivered to a sports and wellness center fot the last doubles league night, as everyone begin to eat... my sub had a push pin inside of it. Luckily it was not pierced by the push as it became lodged in a cavity inside of my mouth which is just as disgusting. I am traumatized by what happened as every other club member that was there. I would like an explaination and an apology. I am very upset.

I went to a Subway in a small town Woodville, and a order a requested in fixing as I wanted was refused. A hot foot long. a 6-in. was to be eaten at visit, the oter 6-in steakNcheese I ask not to heat because it was for a lunch later that day. You can only reheat how many times and the flavor is dry. This one Subway would not comply. Yet with the same order at 4 different Subways will do as the customer requests. So way is this? Any answers to my question. I should be responsible for this order as well as to how I would like to enjoy the orginal taste. Take in mind I am aware of food contaminaton as well as bacteria, I would of proporly kept at temperture til making for lunch.

Question: How is it that a person like Michelle Cynthia Gonzales Valdez,(by the way she goes by serveral different names),with a large prison record as she has with 12 cases of illegal trash history behind her can get a job as manager at your store; Subway at 950 E Pierce St. in Luling Tx.830-875-5660?

I just visited a Subway shop on at 9209 Cullen Blvd. in Houston Texas and was overcharged not by the employee but by the register programed by Subway. You offer a $5.oo meal deal. The register rang up each item seperately with tax included. Example: 6" Ham and Cheese sandwich rang up for $3.11 Chips $1.00 Drink $1.39 ________________ total $5.50 When the register totales it adds tax again. So you're not really getting a five dollar meal. I intend to contact the Attorney General of the state of Texas because I think that this may be illegal.

A friend and I Just visted your Wurzbach and Gardendale location in San Antonio,TX and could've done without the attitude. As soon as I walked in the door I was told "that's not a door" by a male employee. Meaning they had two doors for entrances. However the door I entered was unlocked and open with a female employee outside smoking a cigarette with the door cracked.We greeted her and held the door open for her to enter and she walked in with attitude. He then asked what sandwich I wanted I started with the bread and he continued with attitude. By this time the female employee was behind the counter ready to serve us. She then served us responding "yes sir" while adding my veggies and such, but the male employee continued to work with his attitude towards my friend while he ordered his sandwich. When my friend asked for mayo on his bread, the male employee responded, "man I haven't even made the sandwich yet." The female employee reached over and spread the mayo on the bread. Then the male employee continues with a smug look on his face as though we were cutting in on his down time. Now, I've worked retail before and in food service, "THE CUSTOMER'S ALWAYS RIGHT!" Especially when a customer greets the employees with respect and they're not given ANY in return. We work very close by this Subway and eat there at least 2 to 3 times a week because of the service. Now, after this incident...we have no problem going over to I-10 and Huebner's Quiznos. Til then, you can correct these employees at this location and teach them CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went into the subway on 8th and Maiden Lane in Joplin missouri on 1/15/11 Employee was awesome (I think she said her name was Taira). She was very attentive and greeted me like an old friend. And it didn't stop at the register. I ate in the restaurant and she engaged in small talk with me while cleaning the lobby and register area. I never saw the smile leave her face. I really think this employee needs a raise, or perhaps a manager position.

My wife and I went into your Subway store on Washington st in Gurnee Illinois on Thursday Dec.30 2010 .We wetre the only coustomers in the store,on employee was sitting at a table reading,the one behind the counter was on the phone speaking spanish.We waited for aprox.5 to 7 minutes before leaving.I am a frequent coustomer at Subway, but not any longer.

I recently visited subway store 45471 for my favorite sandwich teriyaki, I arrived n placed my order but while i was been helped it seemed as though the employee was having fun with the knives, since we started making the sandwich the knives were the prize to him i guess. towards the end of my sandwich he grabs one of the knives throws it in the air n it hits the window right in front of me and my child. do this people train the employees. please take action on this. employees need to be professional.

There was an open light in the window at 12:55 and the women turned me down from making a sub saying she was closed. Subway if you want business this needs to change . if the lights are on door unlocked and open signe on in the window then you are open. i am a chef so im in the business . i will not tolerate this. I just finished watching Undercover Boss. Due to what I seen this evening I will NEVER EVER go to a Subway again! Here are the reasons why. That first young 19 year old girl, if it were me, I would fired her right there on the spot on national TV. After make some down right mean comments to a man that treated her respect and the company ended up rewarding and praising her more than the others who really made difference to your company. It is no wonder to me your company is slipping. Thank God that little control freak does not deliver to the community. I would never want anyone working for me with the anger issues she has and it because of what you have rewarded to that girl with attitude is why people think they are entitled to something. Something else, that little "switch and bait" thing you have going with your subs is down right deceiving. $3.00 subs and then you order only find out it is only "certain" ones that are in no way posted. My name is April Ugarte, and i want to express my experience at my FAVORITE subway store in San Antonio Tx (#35145). I've been their customer for almost three years and so far my experience has been DELIGHTFUL. I eat there almost three times a week and EVERYTIME I go the people that work in there have only the VERY BEST POSITIVE attitude in the world. The manager, Jesse Garcia ALWAYS greets me with an ultra-warm smile. He is very competent, dedicated,efficient and VERY energetic. I would like to recommend Mr. Garcia for an award or a special recognition for his OUTSTANDING customer service and attention to detail. Their working area is always clean and organized, it shows that they do know how to be real team workers even in rush hour. I work in a goverment facility needless to say under a lot of pressure and coming to this Subway store helps me carry on the stress at work. Their staff ALWAYS make me feel like I am their best customer. They show they care and appreciate my busineess. Please recognize Mr. Jesse Garcia in your next staff meeting. I always eat at subway and let me tell u I love subs. Whenever I get a sub I always ask for extra pickles and never had a problem till I started going to this subway on Portland ave in bloomington mn, i asked for extra pickles so she puts three more pickles and I told her can you just put like 20 on there I just love pickles and she said no we already put extra pickles on there 3 times and in the past the same lady(lucy) I told her I will pay extra and she says there's no button on here to charge me extra. Well anyways she told me just go to a different subway and I think I just will never go back to a subway. Chipolte is just as healthy as subway and everytime I eat at Chipolte I ask for extra everything and never have a problem and charged for extra so therefore I will just stick with chipole. I eat out a couple times a week.

I would like to recommend Joyce for an award for her outstanding customer service and attention to detail. This store is located on 7764 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville, FL. 32221. Joyce is very friendly and makes the sandwich exactly the way I like. I would not go to any other store but to Joyce's store. Please recognize Joyce at the next Staff Meeting. Thank You Lena Elliot

This has nothing to do with your stores I have never had any sort of problem with when I have gone to them. This is about your advertisement come one deliouselessness not even close to being a word its bad enough people cant use words the correct way but now someone some where will think this is a word and sound dumber than your commercial. I wasnt a great english student and wouldnt even try and say I was but this is just awful.

Hi my name is Michael Zeber, I visited a location in Santa Rosa,CA store number 33039, the experience was satisfactory and was very slow, food was great as always. I was disappointed with the Clerks attitude and was very embarrassed when she had declined my Credit Card, she advised me to go to the bank and get money and return to the store. Banks were closed and there were sufficient funds in my two accounts. Customer service in my opinion needs to be addressed.
