Staffmark Corporate Office & Headquarters

It has been 3 weeks and no pay, can't get anyone on the phone left messages, contacted my local office they don't know what's going on...

I'm not a worker,but after reading your comments and having called this company just to ask what time they closed. I will not deal with them at all. I spoke with the manager who was very rude to me. If that's how they conduct business I will never deal with such a company. She should be fired. It was like she was an animal I was treated so inhuman and all I did was ask a simple question. Staffmark is a rip off.it has been four weeks and i still have not got my first check!you cant even get in touch with their home office and they wont call u back.no one should work for them!!!

We were hired to work at a convention in nashville were told on phone that we could work between 4-10 hrs a day for 5 days went to orientation(HA HA) we were given a schedule with just 3 days totaling 12 hrs evidently the friends of the staffing company got all 5 days and more hrs first and last time we will go there!!!

can anyone say class action? labor board wage an hour knows time paid for time worked and there are laws governing how long a company can legally hold your earned money. at least let wage an hour have a chance to fix this problem ATTACHMENT

I work for staffmark in Cincinnati and they lie to you about the money you will be making. They want you to work off incentive and when its time get your incentive you dont get anything I'm 3 weeks behind in all my bills and damn near bout to get put out my place amd they wont find me anything else just really stupid. Tired and fed up.

My daughter jst turned 18 n her first job is wit staffmark she's going on 3wks n still hasn't got payed so I filed a complaint wit hr n will also be calling the better business bureau n if needed will take them to small claims court... this company needs to be shut dwn if run into da same problem I suggest u do da same

I WORK FOR STAFFMARK RIGHT NOW AND I WISH TO GOD I HAD SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. I LIVE IN GEORGIA AND IT SEEMS THE NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE SAME ACROSS THE BOARD. THEY WERE LATE PUTTING MY CHECK IN MY ACCOUNT WHICH CAUSED ME TO HAVE SEVERAL NSF CHARGES. I WAS TOLD IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT. A STRAIGHT OUT LIE!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN PLAYING CATCH UP EVERY SINCE. I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY AND CLEARLY NOT MAKING ANY MONEY WITH THEM. I AM SO UPSET AND WILL NEVER EVER WORK FOR THEM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND ONE SOUL TO THIS COMPANY

hamilton branch gives there jobs to whom thay wont to even if u have exsperince or you have faimly who works there thay say u caint be on same shift thats a lie when i no for a fact thay do ive been discreminated aim thing of taking legal matters. so watch out

They completely disregard the workers rights, don't care, can't contact them and should NOT be Allowed to be in Business. In Maryland they are a rude, unprofessional organization. A shame because in today's environment people work hard for their money and deserve to be PAID ON TIME!

My checks are late and wrong. The office staff doesn't care whatsoever and lies straight to your face and there is literally ZERO employee support for problems/issues with anything. This is BY FAR THE WORST STAFFING AGENCY THAT I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. EVER.

I too have worked for Staffmark and encountered the non pay incident. It did take 4 weeks to get my first check. Not only did they place me in a facility with a manager that was Bi-polar, but she had a side manager to help her with the belittling, fun making and outride rudeness. I emailed my staff advisor for two weeks to let her know in a simple professional manner that the contract was ending soon and that I would like a new position with a better company and management. Instead, they are listing me on the DO NOT HIRE and not sending me out. Now I made them over $20 an hour. Yes, they collected nicely on me. Above and beyond what they paid me it was $20. They did not realize I had to account for and pay my own invoice in the job I took. So for anyone working with these people. They pay you at 10 to 15 maybe and they collect $25. They really should treat us better shouldn't they. I wish everyone who had to deal with this agency the best of luck and hope that good fortune does shine on you.

I have worked w staffmark a bit now. im tired of being strung around like a ragdoll, the supervisor kevin in ga portwentworth area repeatable says how he dont care about shit in there, how can staffmark hire someone like that to represent them. we loose our money due to small factors and dont get paid on time. our hours are never posted on time so we cant see if there screwing us outa time or not. most of the time everyone there is missing at least 2 hours a week every week since ive been there. they dont post the numbers every hour so we can see were we stand in the pick. this is the most unprofessional group of ppl i have ever seen in my life... and ive seen alot. just recently went to go to work to find out that i wasnt working. we were givin a sheet to sign a few weeks ago with our current contact information so that if it ever arose that we werent working, our supervisor would call us or text us and let us no so we dont waste a trip there for nothing. ppl left him voicemails about how its messed up we didnt get told, and his response to them was so unprofessional a stranger would of knocked his teeth out for the way he was speaking to them. worst company in the area to work for. not sure how they say there the best staffing group. all lies anonymous out.

Why in the world can't you get a real person on the phone? I have been trying to do my job for over a week and I can't get out of the phone loop that the business has. It said press 1 for this or 2 for that, it doesn't matter NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE ANYWAY. STAFFMARK SUCKS!

Staffmark is one of the worst staffing agencies I have ever worked for. They keep screwing up my payments every week and on top of it I couldn't even go to the cemetery on mothers day to visit my mom because of the half educated people that can't figure out how to do a little bit of math, so because of there mistakes I have been late for my rent and they say it's not there problem that I'm late but when u get paid min wage and have to live check by check there is no room for errors, I am tired of it and so will you if u decide to work for them. My first day I went in there to fill out papers and take a test for a job that I thought I was gunna get paid 10.25$ at the last minute they had me sign the last paper and it said 8.25$ and also when I was taking my test a person left a message and 5 people stood around the phone laughing about his complaint and what doesnt surprise me now is that the complaint was about how someone didn't get paid. Crystal lake staffmark is terrible and I get nothing but attitude and problems. If u have kids don't put your family in jeopardy and work for this company, I have a daughter on the way and I'm nervous scared and losing sleep at night because I think this will happen when I have my daughter. People need to start getting lawyers after these people for withholding funds from you.

As with the rest of the reviews I have read, I too would not recommend working for Staffmark. It seems that no matter what part of the country you live in they have a problem with paying people on time. I just got paid from two weeks ago and yes had no money for Christmas due to their lack of concern for their hard working employees.When you try to follow up with the issue, you are told that "They" turned everything in and you should be getting your check any day. Damn thing about it is, that I signed up for that stupid skylight card date of hire Dec.1 and was never able to activate it because they never updated the info.I was at UPS Mail Innovations here in Calif. and I swear, they run it like a sweat shop. Some of the so called "Leads" they have need to take a class in people skills, communication,work ethics,etc. All you heard was yelling,"Ladies, stop talking" when 99% of the time you were asking someone info on how to scan a customers mail because the lead was taking her sweet time and everything was about your "NUMBERS" Believe me you got spoken to, or written up even if your computer went down til they could figure it out, that was no excuse. Bull S@$#!!!!!! Myra,Jessica,and Sandra you were awesome! Get rid of Michelle and maybe the moral would be better.Someone from Corporate needs to make a surprise visit and see how their company is being represented before it too late and you wind up in court, if you already haven't been there.I found another agency Select Staffing and they are professoinals who care for their people.

I'm a temp for the Staffmark in Chicago, they promised me a check that week I began working then they said "no for the following week" ok I was supposedly getting payed before Christmas, my check was supposed to come in on the 23 rd by mail "supposedly" it's almost new years WTF NO DAMN CHECK I GOT TWO BABIES THAT NEED FOOD!

This place is horrible.. The failure to pay up is really getting old! I thought it was just the middletown ohio office but from what it looks like here, It must be staffmark in general. They literally screw my check up 2 out of 4 weeks every month. I have been trying to get payed for my overtime hours for weeks now.. Just found out Any overtime owed HAS to be paid by the 15th or 30th of each month, whichever is soonest(Department of Labor).. that gives them a very small amount of time to get it together before they get turned in for this.. Hopefully this will help some of you get the money your owed.

I HAVE WORKED FOR STAFFMARK GOING ON MY THIRD WEEK AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID MY FIRST CHECK YET...HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET TO WORK?? I RECENTLY REGISTERED WITH STAFFMARK IN CHEVIOT AND IT WAS FOR A POSITION AT MEYER TOOL,...8 YRS AGO I WAS FIRED FROM MEYR TOOL DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING....I TALKED TO ALL MY FRIENDS WHO WORKED THERE AND THEY SAID TO APPLY W/THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE HIRING THRU STAFFMARK...I DID AND I WAS TREATED VERY RUDELY AND EVEN AFTER KATHY WILFONG TOLD ME TO COME IN AND PUT IN AN APPLICATION, SHE WAS SUPPOSEDLY NOT THERE WHEN I FINISHED THE PAPERWORK....I TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST THAT WAS FINE, I WOULD WAIT FOR HER...SHE FINALLY EMERGED...AND WAS VERY ADIMATE TOWARD ME, AND TOLD ME TO CALL HER THE NEXT DAY. I DID, AND SHE PUT ME OFF, AND THEN FINALLY TOLD ME SHE HAD 2 SUPERVISORS LOOKING AT MY RESUME, AND AGAIN TOLD ME TO CALL HER IN A FEW DAYS. I DID SO, AND SHE TOLD ME NOT CALL HER, SHE WOULD CALL ME. I HAVE WAITED SINCE THE 2ND WEEK OF AUGUST AND HAVE STILL NOT HEARD A WORD, BUT HAVE HEARD SEVERAL PEOPLE FROM CAMP WASHINGTON HAVE BEEN HIRED IN THE MEANTIME. I HAD AN INTERVIEW AT PARKWAY PRODUCTS FOR A QUALITY POSITION TO GO THRU STAFFMARK FOR 3 MONTHS AND A TEMP TO HIRE DEAL. I KNEW I PASSED THE INTERVIEW WITH FLYING COLORS AND HAVE BEEN WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM AND NOTHING....TODAY, STAFFMARK IN FLORENCE, KY CALLED ME FOR A POSITION AND TOLD ME I COULD APPLY ONLINE RATHER THAN MAKE THE TRIP. I HAD INFORMED THE RECRUITER I WAS ALREADY REGISTERED IN CHEVIOT, ANOTHER PERSON CAME TO THE PHONE AND THEN TOLD ME I WAS NOT A GOOD FIT FOR THE JOB....I FOUND THIS ODD, HE TOLD ME I WAS LISTED "NOT FOR REHIRE" I TOLD THE GUY I HAD NEVER WORKED FOR STAFFMARK AND HE TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT W/THE RECRUITER WHO WAS SO VERY RUDE TO ME. I WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS AND SEE TO IT THAT THERE IS DISCIPLINARY ACTION TAKEN. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS, AND SURELY NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THERE ARE PEOPLE IN NEED OF EMPLOYMENT, NOT BOLSHIT RECRUITERS WHO DON'T EVEN HAVE A CLUE ABOUT WHAT IT TAKES TO HIRE QUALIFIED PERSONNEL. I F I WAS A CAMP WASHINGTON WHORE, I WOULD HAVE BEEN HIRED IN A MINUTE.
