Quite a few of us go to snaps at 4:30 pm to just to work out and relax away froma busy day. We have this person working for snaps in Wadena Mn who is beleives everyone should listen to his music and he turns the whole place on high and we have a headache when we leave. Can something be done about this.
No service
I work at a dealer in Baltimore where the dealership has been there for 12 years. We did have a snap on truck come in for a while and stoped about a year ago and then the guy stopped coming. There is another dealership not more than 200 yards away where he still goes every week, but doesn't come into our place. We have 22 techs in our shop and all have snap on tools that are broke and can't get them replaced or buy new tools. I don't know how they are staying in business when they can't give you the the service you are promised when you buy these tools. We would sure like to get the service or a chance to get the broken tools replaced . We don't even have a District MGR come in. I guess they just don't care about their customers. If my Dealership gave their customers this kind of service we would be out of business. No Stars for rating
At no point in that story does anything relnibsmeg arithmetic occur. At least nine more than 100 the next 99 WTF? If we knew how many more than nine, I suppose we could add 99 to that and come up with a number that was more than 100? Was this a hidden MENSA test?
Just recently moved, to a new area in fl. Had snap-on come by every week in my old location. Moved to a new location. We're lucky to see him once every three months. Obviously I need him to come by to repair or replace the tools that I've gotten before I moved. And when he did come by he never has a replacing tool or can't repair it. Then he has to ordeer it, and it takes 4 weeks. The service definitly sucks up here. I've paid him off and I haven't seen him since. Even a phone call to see if you needed any thing this week would be nice. What happened??
ABOUT A YEAR AGO I BOUGHT A SCAN TOOL.VERDICT D7. IHAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH IT EVER SINCE .SOME SELF INDUCED AND SOME NOT.I WAS PROMISED SOME TRAINING.IGOT VERY LITTLE WHAT I GOT WAS NOTHING.MY PRINTER WENT DOWN I GOT NOTHING MUCH IN THE WAY OF HELP BUT WAS TOLD TO GO TO WALMART AND GET A CHEAP ONE. WHAT IT CAME WITH WAS A LEXMARK LASER PRINTER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOOL AT ALL. THE LATEST IS NOT SO GREAT. MY TOOL MAN SUCKS IN THAT HE IS NOT TRYING TO DO ANYTHING BUT WAITING FOR THE WARRANTY TO RUN OUT. THEY HAGUYEW MANVE GOTTEN RID OF THE GO TO GUY. NOW WHAT. 8000.BUCKS NOT NEEDED TO SPENT.YOU HAVE THOUGTH THAT THE SNAP ON MAN WOULD HAVE TRIED TO GET THE MAN OR LEAST SAID THAT HE WOULD GET THE NEW MAN IF THERE IS ONE
I am a small shop owner operator in southern In. My tool dealer stopped coming by don't know what happened to him. Now credit dept is calling me demanding money, now I have no problem paying my bill but when I asked about a new dealeri was told " we don't care " what the heck is going on over there? I have bought alot of tools from you what happened to standing by your product?
i pay my snap on guy monthly he came by the shop today on the 22 of december and said that i had to make my payment by the 23 after i told him it will be on the 29 he told me he is off next week personally i dont see that as my problem as long as i pay before the 1st now has put me in one hell of a bind thanks snap on
On my last payment, I inserted a letter asking some questions. As of today, they have not been addressed. Going back to my records to 1994, I have paid approximately $2,500.00 X 7 = $17,500.00 to Snap On up to the end of 2010. My current balance is approximately $7,500.00. That comes to a total of $25,000.00. This does not include the tool truck account payments or cash paid for various items which up to this date the balance is zero. I am requesting an itemized account of all Snap On tools bought from Snap On on credit, their itemized prices, and the total amount of credit payments I have made to Snap On since opening an account. Frankly, I don't have close to $25,000.00 plus dollars in Snap On tools. I had previously on a couple of occasions when employed tried to get satisfactory answers from the truck dealers to no avail. I lost may job back in March of 2011. Except for a month employment between now and then, I have been unemployed to this date. My unemployment insurance is about to expire. If Snap On can not perform my request, then I am requesting that Snap On give me a itemized list of tools for me to hand back over to Snap On to satisfy the final balance.
Snap on is in the gutter!! I have purchased 10k plus from our local dealer dave mcormick and hes a lieing cheating man! rips you off on your payments..Puts money on the truck account and none to your snap-on account..thought i was paying on both until snap-on corp calls me and wants my past due amount of 2k.Wtf? Half the tools are from china with snap-on name, harbor freight has the same tools at a thrid of the cost!!!! Done with snap-on for good P.S. If you have a pretty wife he also likes to tell other business owners how he would like to bang her! F' snap on
Today I was charged a hundred dollars for a tool I had returned!!!!! The snap on dealer Shaun F. Brennan took it upon himself to my hard earned money! As his phone can't receive messages it is impposble to reach him to let him know I sent the tool back to him!!!! Thanks slot snap on and thanks for robbing me Shaun!!!! I hope you enjoy being thieves!!!
This is about my snapon salesman, I will no longer buy tools from your company. I do not like dealing with a salesman who sells me a tool at one price then turns around and sells the same tool cheaper to a co worker. It is time snapon corrects this problem and also lowers prices . If your company can spend all this money having a convention in Florida than you can lower prices.... Your tools are getting to expensive
This makes everything so completely piaensls.
I would not put the company down but the snapon dealer that come to my job is on of the most low dow and snakeyest person I have ever met I went on his truck last weet to purchase an o-ring and snap ring kit for my 1/2 inch impact and he told me here don't worry about it you can have this for free since u spend so much money with me so the following week I went to the truck to pay my bill off I only odd him 98 dollars when I asked for my balance he told me it was 105 so I ask what did I buy and he told me that I bought the o-ring kit so he went in after he left my job and charge me for the kit but he didn't expecexpect me to pay my bill off this week he thought I would just make my min payment and I would not notice it but I am over it I will now give all my business to the Matco dealer unless my boss can get this guy out of our shop and get us another snap on dealer the guy name is Michael Alan Mrosko he is hated at my job don't none of our Mechanics like him! Because of him. Matco will get a 100% of my business and Snapon want get any!
I do not know what is going on with snap-on. I am losing a lot of fate with you people today I picked up some tooling from a dealer I did not look at the package it said snap-on on it when I went to open the tool it said made in CHINA on it whats the deal
I let one of the guys in florida run my bank card and last month I had 4 charges I did not know about which made me go negative in my account. Real crappy experience and nothing getting done
