Smiley's boat repair is anything but professional. The damages and repairs that we had to make after he had our boat was in the thousands. Check out YELP review and look at how he treated our boat! Pictures and his letter stating we had to sign a release that our boat was in the same condition as when he received it. We wouldn't sign it so he kept it and we had to get Mesa Police to get him to give us our boat back. Was a terrible ordeal!!!
