I went to smile Care at 1010 E. Vista Way Suite A,B,C Vista Ca 92803. Dr. Ofelia Rivera is a very kind and gentle doctor. I was very satisfied with the root canal and crown work she did for me. You can't even tell that I have a crown that is how good of a job she did for me. When the crown was first put in the mouth it was to big but Dr. Rivera worked on it until it was a perfect fit. I was so impressed with the fit and the color of the crown. When I got home I called my sister in Colorado to tell her how happy I was with my trip to the dentist.

I went to the Smile Care at 1010 E. Vista Way Suits A,B,C Vista, Ca 92803. I give Lacy Smithberg 5 stars for the excellent work she did cleaning my teeth. She was very kind and at the same time very professional. When I got home I was very impressed and satisfied with the work she did cleaning my teeth. She loves her job and takes pride in what she is doing that is what makes her so very good at being a Dental Hygienist. I would recommend Lacy Smithberg to everyone who needs their teeth cleaned.

I went to the Smile Care office in Vista, Ca. I over paid my bill. I was told it was going to take 4 weeks for them to credit 150.00 back to my credit card. I ask why so long and the girl in billing told me it had to go through several approvals before I could get my money back. The girl in billing named Claudia hung the phone up on me. So I called back and ask to talk to Claudia was told she was with a client. I told the person on the phone to tell Claudia that it was Regina Perkins calling and that she didn't have to hang up on me.She was very rude and if she didn't know how to deal with customers then she needed to fined a new job.

Went to Mira Mesa, San Diego office 12/6/11 for New patient appointment was asked to come in early to fill up forms. Told the office manager Lina, my name and that I was new patient. She told me " Did you sign in and go sit down". Another women said "Good morning" I told her that I was asked to come early and fill forms up. She responded "Just a moment". She made sure that I got my forms. After filling up my forms the same women who greeted me called me back. She was very professional and I told her that I want to talk to corporate about customer service. She told me to talk to the Dr. and I did. On my way out, the office manager was in her office she rolled her eyes at me as I walked by. This is not the Professional conduct nor the right attitude that this company should allow. The office manager is a very bad example for her staff. I really liked the registered dental assistant that took my xrays, she is a great example of customer service

This business is a joke! there not professional at all, they dont fallow up like they say, don't call you back. they give you the run around no one keeps track of anything they are so not professional, managers job is to rip you off dont go here!!!

Bad service. They want you to sign all kind of discloures to waive all your rights. Do not go there unless you want to give them your life savings. They dont disclouse nothin.

The office in downey has the worst customer service. They are very unorganized and dont know how to treat people with respect. The wait just to see the dentist is 2 hours with or without an appointment!!!! If you guys want customers to come back or give referals sometHing must change!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!

You SUCK!!!! I want my partial fixed. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company, Care Credit, and with the Dental Board. You're not going to get away with what you've done to me and all the money you have taken from me.

CROOKS! They prey upon people who have little or no knowledge about dental insurance. They make up co-pays as they go along. The average wait time to see a dentist is 1-2 hours even with an appointment. The staff is unprofessional. The office in Hayward is dirty and I would not be surprised if the Dentists are not licensed properly. Hold on tight to your pocket book!
