Shopko Corporate Office & Headquarters

My family and I spent $440 dollars at shopko and I was accused of shoplifting a six dollar bracelet. I was questioned right in front at the doors, not confronted privately in an office or on the side. We returned all items we bought and the manager found humor in our situation. I've never been more humiliated or violated after I was searched AND patted down where they found nothing. They also searched and patted my sister and 1 year old baby that I went to the bathroom with, where a manager had followed me in there to see what i was doing. The security camera worker had been monitoring me through out the whole store, trying to find something he could incriminate me with. I will never be shopping there again.

10/31/10: I had purchased an item in June - and got a gift receipt. A GIFT receipt. Tried to take it back today. Hadn't been opened or used. Nope, wouldn't even give me a gift card to use in the store - which was fine with me. What's the purpose of a GIFT receipt if it falls under the same 90 day return policy.

Poor Poor Poor I have been a 20 year customer of Shopko in the West Jordan Store. But today was my last day shopping there. Over the past several years I have noticed the customer service has suffered. I can only attribute this to the store manager not teaching his/her employees the value of the customer. Today after picking up a prescription at the Pharmacy I proceeded to the checkout to purchase the rest of my items. The only checker was counting her money and when I asked if she was opened, her reply was no! not even looking up at me. I asked who was open and she pointed to register 1, again not looking up. Guess what? No one was there. I waited for someone to come...thinking they stepped away for a moment. There were 2 women up at the front counter helping with returns but no one else was around. I waited a few more moments and then left the store. I called the Store Manager but was not satisfied with our conversation. Good Luck Shopko your future is bleak.

recently i bought a Hoover carpet steam cleaner and within 3 months the steam cleaner stopped working no solution would squirt out nor did it suck anything up. Tried to return to exchange but was told that without my receipt i could not do this, I just used the steam cleaner twice. Once to clean the carpets thoughtout the house and one other time when "Chiquita" my little pup was ill and pooped the carpet in the hall. How am I the customer continue to shop at Shopko knowing that Shopko does not stand behind its products or does not care for its costumers satisfaction. I have always had great service at Shopko and had never taken any item back.
