Fire the mens outerwear buyer

I have been trying to buy a men's blue 44 regular Austin style wool blazer from you for months. You advertise it BUT have never had one. WHY Most popular size and color yet you have NONE. Customer service said "we'll order one for you" Never happened Only thing you should be is embarrassed. Hire someone that can do the job

I ordered a leather vest on 20 Dec received on 26, two sizes too small, returned on 26th. You charged me $93.03. See you are giving me a credit of $71.18 a difference of $21.85 which I assume is the shipping charge. I was of the opinion it would be a direct exchange/replacement. Chargeing me $21.85 for something Sheplers mis represents in their sizeing, does not set well.
