Staff extremely rude, room disgusting. Never stay atScottish Inn again

I recently stayed 4-nights at the Scottish Inn in Killene, Texas. The staff is very rude and the hotel is not worth the cost. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never recommend or stay in another Scottish Inn. The rating is lower than one, but that was the lowest option.

Stayed at this hotel in tifton ga thexfloors were dirty sink wasnt cleand xirty towels in the bathroom toilet was clogged front desk clerk gave me a plunger and said here you go toilet leaked water stains on the ceiling

Why can't I find a number for a human to resolve a Scottish Inns issue???
