I went to foodmaxx in fresno today to go shopping, like we do every monday. My mother and I have been shopping there for years.I was going to exchange some rice cakes I bought last week because they tasted terible and they were expired .The manager basically accused me of lyeing.He told me he didnt believe that i had bought them at his store. I have never been so insulted there value was $4.00. We spent $137.00 this morning.We spend at least that much every week at foodmaxx.I will never go back there again not after the way I was treated.

Go on strike and get rid of everybody

There was an advertisement for chicken quarters at .49 per pound. Well of course when I went in to buy them the store was out of stock. Well it has been two weeks and still no save mart stores have them. I believe this was just a tactic to get people into the store in hopes of buying other items since they are there already. I just want to know when will the have this item delivered to the stores. All I want to do is buy the chicken that was advertised. Another question is what happens if they do get them in and all they have are two bags, well I have a rain check for unlimited amounts. Can I still have a rain check for the balance of what I want to purchase?

Gee I was going complain to the corporate office...guess I don't have to after reading all these complaints...If you want to have a more than annoying day, shop at the Grass Valley Ca. Savemart...guaranteed to PISS YOU OFF. If you want to be more pissed of shop at their Pharmacy. I would go into detail, but why should I help Savemart correct what is pissing people off???? I hope they go under. They gouge the hell out of customers...a box of LIFE CEREAL is over $5.00...buy their produce, it rots in a couple of days....more and more people are driving into town to shop it is 40 miles away, but even with the price of gas...it is still a savings...you also get fresh produce..there were 4 people working in back of the pharmacy, I stood in line 15 minutes....that was long enough went to the local Walmart right across the freeway....was helped immediately...so Save Mart keep up the lousy customer service, help us help you go out of business....

Shop at your own risk at the Save Mart in Antioch on E. 18th St. After handing my receipt to the cashier for the return of store brand cat food, of which I purchased at this store, I was basically accused of buying the items as a "packaged deal" even when I explained that I paid 10 for $5.00, and I thought I had given her the correct receipt,she became so verbally abusive towards me, that I was becoming embarrassed. I also handed her items that (3 packs of gum) I said I wished to purchase. She then snapped at me, "do you want to return these too?" I told her I wanted to purchase them and she said there was no need to get upset. That was when and only when, I said, "You are just making it worse,can I just please pay for this and go?" Then a customer in line hollered at me, lady you are a real F**King manipulator. The clerk just smiled at me. I was appalled and felt threatened by the customer, as he continued to swear at me. I asked for the manager and was told there wasn't one there. I asked who the acting one was and was directed to another clerk. I asked her to call the police because by then, this customer was verbally threatening my husband who took offense to this man speaking to me this way. The acting manager refused. When we came home, I called Save Mart Corp. who seemed to care about my concerns and asked if I would like Fred, the manager of that store to call me. I said, yes, as I had great regard for Fred. Hmm. No call. To carry a grudge is to give power to someone else, but to place myself in possible harms way is foolish. While I forgive, because we are all human and have bad days, I myself will never put myself in that position again, knowing that you, Save Mart, do not have "my back".

I wish there was a zero star after my experiance at Lucky's in Novato today. There weekly ads in mail said prices good today thru Tuesday. All meats that where on sale where sold out or they didn't have the second one on buy 1 get 1 free stuff. Meat shelves had meat that did not belong where it was stocked. Store looked like it was about to go out of business. When called the manager would not come to talk to me. Found out crooks got my credit card info when my card would not work. Embaressed by company that screwed me on bank account by trying to keep it a secret. CEO for Safemart is the one and only Barney Fife from Andy Griffin show HI BARNEY

SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK AT SAVE MART/LUCKYS STORES If you had a zero rating that is what your company deserves! I will never shop at Luckys or a Save Mart again. My bank account was drained by the ATM/Debit scanners from Save Mart/Luckys failure to secure their own systems and Save Mart/Lucky management doesn't care. BUYER BEWARE

The produce Forman at the wearhouse yosemite wholesale harasses us everyday he called an employee a Fag and he was screwing the employees and he liked it. He tells us bad words pickes on us screws us over plays favoritetissum and management and the union do nothing there has been slot of harassment charges on him and nothing WTF is going on here no one will help us I've been on stress leave 2 times cause of him HELP US we can't talk he gets mad next it's going to b no smilen :) here.

I have called the corporate offices in Modesto probably 10 times to get the same receptionist that hangs up on me when I ask her name because she has the most terrible attitude I have ever come across. All I wanted was to know where my W2 is at and she decided to hang up on me, transfer me to the wrong department (on purpose) and refuse to tell me her name. I am pretty sure it is illegal for her to hinder me from finding out my tax information. I am so unbelievably angry. That woman obviously can not do her job and needs to be canned. Save Mart has employees with terrible attitudes!

I wish you had a worse rating than poor. Your pharmacy on Keystone has to be the WORST pharmacy I have ever come in contact with. Your personnel are rude, inept, and your pharmacy service is downright dangerous. I am transferring all of my prescriptions tomorrow, and believe me there are many of them. You my friend need to pray I don't have a stroke before I am able to transfer and receive my prescription for hypertension. I wish there was some way to sue for the way I've been treated here in Reno. Sickening.
