Rubio's Restaurants, Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

I use to love the Murrieta location but the other day I visited and some workers were on break. I witness some employees which one name I caught (Veronica) and the other female I didn't not, talking about other employes. Veronica made a statement which was "Everyone knows Betty and I are cousins, so I can do what I want& and anyone that doesn't listen to me will get fired so I can do what I want" I felt that was really bold of her to say and not care if other guest could hear her! I don't think that family should be working in the same location, especially if they have an attitude like that! Their should be huge consequences for that. Every employe should have equal opportunity but there seem to be favoritism at this location.

I have been a customer at Rubio's for years and enjoy most of their products. My husband was at the Rancho San Diego store in El Cajon to pick up our dinner. I had gone on line to look at the menu to try something new. I ordered the Grilled Gourmet taco with Garlic Herb Shrimp. What a disappointment. The taco was as flat as a 1/4" pancake and when you opened it up, the ingredients looked like small chopped ingredients that you couldn't even distinquish. Th "Garlic Herb" sauce was extremely hot & spicy. It didn't even come close to the photo online.

I recently went to the Ruby Tuesdays in Tamarac Fla. Though the service was very good, the food was deplorable. I ordered a rib eye steak ,medium rare. It come out as medium raw. When I sent it back to be cooked further , it came back looking as if some one had eaten 1/3 of it . I never had taken one bite before sending it back the first time. So , once again it went back . This time they offered to cook a new steak, I accepted. They meal arrived as everyone was finishing their desert. So I took it home and only to discover that it was so salty and over seasoned , the dogs wouldn't even eat it. I will NEVER patronize another Ruby Tuesday nor recommend it to anyone . My advice is to save your money , either cook it at home or try another restaurant !!!!

Your food and taco sauces used to be great and i would recommend you to all my friends but today i was very dissapointed.The sauces are lacking taste and heat,you use to have great sauces but now there a waste of time.The fish tacos were room temperture like they were sitting around for a while.This is why im writting you to see if you can make your stores like they use to be, good.Both my wife and i are not going to waste anymore money at Rubios seeing how money is tight and if i spend it,it will be for something better tasteing not plane and boring.A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.The strore was in Eastlake if you really care.

RUBIOS!!!!!!! Just visited your Rubios in Ontario California on Ontario Mills Drive. IN A WORD.... A W E S O M E!!!!!!! The Manager Ron was really great and the staff friendly and helpful, h o w e v e r... The Grilled O N O was THE BEST FISH TACO I've EVER HAD! EVER! I had the taco on your flour tortilla and it was soooooo Fresh, Soooo steaky, sooooooo moist, and just the best fast food experience I have ever had! I do have one complaint, I wanted MORE! :) Also you need to promote this fish taco MORE! You promoted the heck out of the Salmon tacos which I did not like, tooo fishy for me. This ONO is better than Mahi Mahi or Halibut or ANYTHING ELSE! PERIOD! Here is my Idea for your promotion campaign and all I ask is for is some free ONO tacos :) Consider this a contract! Here it is: ONO? OOH YEA!!! or ONO... OOH YEA!!! At any rate I loved the roasted corn on it and that it really had no sauce so that I could really enjoy the flavor of the ONO. The included fresh Lime was all the sauce that was needed! I will tell everyone about this because it dropped my jaw... I never expected it to taste so good!

San Clemente Rubio's is terrible! Today, the wait was so long to get an order filled that every customer in the place was complaining. People who had ordered their lunch to eat in the restaurant ended up taking their food to go because their lunch hour's were over. When our food did finally arrive, it was ice-cold. Never, ever, going to this Rubio's again. You people at corporate need to wake up and take a look at your staff, they are going to put you out of business. Renee Bernard reneebme@yahoo.com

I visited the Rubios in Rancho Santa Margarita and the receipt offered $500 if you filled out the survey which I did. Once I did this on line, in one day, I received 2 phone calls in the early morning and over 40 spam e-mails. I wasn't expecting so much of my time would be wasted by filling this information out and I no longer enjoy Rubios and now dislike your company. I have told all my friends about this experience.
