House keeping does a terrible job cleaning the rooms. I have asked them to clean specific things in the room,but the things that I asked to be cleaned are never completely done, or are not done to expectation

Very rude, poor servive

I checked in last night about 11PM, after flying for 76 HR from China. no sleep for at leased 40 hr., i over sleped and about 2 PM thee employes opened my door and told to to leave NOW

VERY upset

I reserved & pd for my room through AARP/Expedia. Upon arrival I was also charged by the motel. I thought the clerk was taking my card to have for any incidental expenses from my stay. Instead I was double charged, (I saw it on my bank statement today). We have talked to both the hotel and AARP Travel/Expedia, receiving no solution. My husband and I are very unhappy and unsatisfied customers! To pay once for such poor customer service and dirty, dumpy room is bad enough. I find this is dishonest and a poor reflection on both entities. I will not recommend the motel chain or AARP/Expedia in the future. Sincerely, Linda Twisdale

I had the worst experience dealing with Rodeway Inn Oceanside, CA. I contacted the corporate office only to find that they are no help in helping me worst out an issue. Corporate office told me I need to contact the main hotel, why would the main hotel help me when they are the ones I have a problem with?!?!? I have never dealt with a company that could care less about their customers.
