Honestly,I can't believe a hair corporation like Rocco's has the worst customer service ever. I have never been to a hairdesign color specialty salon and didn't have my hair at least blow dried. Keep in mind this is winter and Roccos is in fact in Minnesota! Now with being said, I would understand if my stylist whether it be cut or color or whatever I am paying my hard earned money for..has a client in waiting or if she was working on another client- but she wasn't and the salon was empty- maybe 2 other clients whom with other stylists. I will never go to Roccos again! I receive better service at great clips.
