To whom it may concern; My name is Dawn Lund and I am contacting your office regarding a representative named Frank based out of Daytona Beach, FL branch office. He is very rude and doesn't know how to conduct business at all. Unfortunately, my home has gone into foreclosure and he is the agent assigned to work with me through Fannie Mae. He offered me $2500.00 to move in 10 days, which I denied due to the inability to get out in that time frame. He then offered $1500.00 if I moved out at the end of the month, which I agreed to and moved out. He told me he didn't file the paperwork to pay the agreed amount and told me it was my fault that this didn't take place. His lack of professionalism and lack of compassion for my situation speaks volumes about his character and also jeopardizes the integrity of your company. I am contacting you to get resolve regarding my situation. I have tried on several different occasions to contact him and left messages for a call back, however he doesn't respond back at all.
