Reliant Corporate Office & Headquarters

I've been trying to pay my electricity for 3 business days already. I talked with a representative and he insisted that I get a PREPAID master card and that I WOULD be able to pay for my electric bill this way. However, my payment is now going to be late because apparently ya'll do not accept prepaid cards. I don't understand why they would suggest them if ya'll wouldn't accept them.

Paul, Thanks for the suggestions, I think we will take your aicdve on doing all the basics first. We will have the first four live here in two weeks, I would love to hear what you think about them.
