ME AND MY FRIEND PETER WE WHERE LOOKING FOR A GREAT MEAL. WE BOTH ENJOYED RED LOBSTER IN THE PAST, UNTIL WE WENT TO THE WEST VIRGINIA LOCATION AT 1002 UNIVERSITY TOWN CENTER DR. MORGANTOWN, WV. WE BOTH ORDERED STEAK & LOBSTER. AFTER 45 MINUTES MY FRIEND ASKED THE WAITERESS JESSICA, IF THE FOOD WAS ALMOST READY. SHE REPLIED LET ME CHECK ON IT,SHE RETURNED SAYING THAT THE STEAKS WERE READY BUT THE TAILS WOULD TAKE MORE TIME BECAUSE THEY WHERE FROZEN,SHE ALSO SAID THE MANAGER WILL COME TO SPEAK TO US. THE MANAGER DELIVERS THE STEAKS AND TAILS 15 MINUTES LATER AND APPOLIGISES FOR THE DELAY. MY FRIEND LETS HIM KNOW THE SITUATION AND REFUSES THE MEAL BECAUSE THE STEAKS HAVE BEEN SITTING READY FOR OVER 15 MINUTES. HE REQUEST THE CHECK IMMEDIATELY FROM THE MANAGER. 5 MUNITES LATER THE WAITERESS ASK US IF WE WOULD LIKE ANYTHING ELSE. MY FRIEND TELLS HER THAT HE REQUESTED THE CHECK FROM THE MANAGER. SHE IMMEDIATELY GOES TO SEES THE MANAGER AND RETURNS WITH A CHECK OF $ 3.71

My sisters and I were in a Red Lobster, in Gadsden Alabama today, July 25. My sister is retired from the United States Air Force. she noticed the American Flag was being flown incorrectly at half mast, as it was lower than the Red Lobster flags on either side. As you know, this is not right. The host in the front was told and was not interested or concerned with the problem. This is disrespectful to our nation's flag. corporate needs to teach everyone employed how to properly display the American flag. Sincerely, Sara Sides

I have always been exceptionally impressed by the Red Lobster Restaurants in Fremont and Milpitas, CA. And it is because of this that I am suggesting to Red Lobster Corporate that they considering opening a new Red Lobster Restaurant in San Leandro, CA in the location of former Banchero's Restaurant. Bancheros had been there for over 60 years but closed because the family was older and they wanted to retire from the business. There are no good seafood restaurants in this area so Red Lobster could draw from the cities of San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Hayward, Castro Valley, Dublin and Livermore. I think this would be an excellent location in terms of road access, visibility, parking and community support. Please give consideration to this prime location for a new Red Lobster. Thanks.

Last night I ate at your Red Lobster store in the American Village on the island of Okinawa, Japan. First off the menu looked nothing like a menu in the states,second the table setting did not have silverware and when we asked for it they brought out a box and set it on the table. The waitress didn't speak English at all, she kept trying to take the menu before we were done with them. The food was terrible... it was very small portions and it tasted like something out of a microwave. Needless to say it was very over priced for what we got. I will not be going to that Red Lobster again. Oh and of most important no cheese biscuits.

Having trouble joining the club on the computer

On June 22, 2012 at 11:00 am I went to Red Lobster for lunch in Suitland Maryland store #0142. I order a salad for lunch, after taking a few bites out of it, I notice a dead bug covered in the thousand island salad dressing. I immediately ask for the manager, and see comp., my meal. I was very un-happy with this situation, quality service is alweays the best service around, when you can't produce great service you need to get out of the business. In saying this it's not about getting your food free it's about delivering the best service there is. So another restaurant will be cut from the list. Owners/Managers need to take a class on excellent food service, and produce excellent service to customers. I truly beleive it's all about the money, not about satisfying the customer:-(

i took my famiky to dine at your resurant in Vestavia, AL & we were sereved drinks in filthy glasse and my daughter got food poison from the meal. you need to look very hard at this resturant. WE will never go back.

The Red Lobster in Naples Florida is a 5 star restaurant. The Manager, Shawn, goes beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is perfect. The servers are all friendly and working hard to give the best possible service and the food ...mmmmm,mmmmm,good. Great atmosphere,friendly good service and great food. What more could you want. Thank you for helping to make Father's Day perfect for my Father!!!

there was a 30-40 min waiting, then we sat down with our 2 small kids and within 10 min, a manager walks up to our table and tell us that your daughter is mis behaving, and people are complaining, my daugters are 1 and 3, what does he expect from young kids who had to wait so long for dinner, we had one bite of bread and we walked out. how dare he comes to our table like then, never doing to frisco location again..........thats just raceist.

We went to eat at red lobster on marion il and we had to wait for an hour an a half to get setted even though we stood there and counted at least 24 or more people who got there after us i realize that we had twelve people but waiting an hour and half to be setted is a little to long to have to wait its not the first problem we've had there so that is why i am complaing now i hope this problem is fixed soon just because someone comes with a large crowd doesnt mean that we should have to wait forever

We walked into the Red Lobster in Davenport, IA and walked right back out! It stunk like wet carpet and grease! The door was dirty...the carpet had been had. Remodel or shut it down! I was so disappointed because i have had good experiences in other Red Lobsters. I will keep an eye out for some work being done before i ever take anyone there when they come to visit.

Took a good friend to red lobster in oak lawn il for her birthday. Zach was so gracious; he gave my 83 yr old friend his sweater to wear because she was cold. (the temp in the rest was very comfy). Then Danielle was our waitress and she was equally as gracious. The food was great! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

The Stockton California restaurant would not accept the Egift card purchased directly from the Red Lobster web site. Both the server and manager stated they have never heard of Egift or the fresh catch club. Then the contact form on the website would not submit.

Visiting Utah for the day. I had lunch at Red Lobster in St. George and the service James provided was excellent. I had never eatten at Red Lobster...the shrimp was delicious. Cheers, JudyC714

All i can say is the Red lobster in COUNCIL BLUFFS, IOWA has thee worst management and service I HAVE EVER seen. It stinks in there..and there were ANTS crawling up my leg. I told the server. She was like yeah I know and left. I expected a manager to come by. Nope. It wasn't even busy, you'd thought a manager would have been out there any way right? As we were leaving, a black woman said all cheerfully..How was everything? With the phoniest smile of expression I have ever seen. I said "You no you have ants right?" She said nothing back that was worth hearing anyway. Ridiculous. I will never darken their doors again, this wasn't the first bad experience there. It will be the last.

It has been one year approx. since I was in this Red Lobster in Spokane, Wa and I thought tonight I would give it another try and so my boyfriend and I went. We ironically got the same table in the bar and amazingly to me we had the same bartender as the last time. Everthing was as bad or worse than the previous year. The table next to me needed attention, as she was very old and was saying out loud it would be nice to have someone to take her credit card so she could leave, so I promptly found her a waitress and she got to pay and leave. I don't know where the bartender was, but not there. We got our drinks, and ordered some shrimp nachos which were ok. In the meantime the manager Cal walked through the bar and had no smile, and was in an apron and checked on the wait list at the front desk and went back to the kitchen without any eye contact, or checking on the staff or a word with the patrons to see how their dinner was. Then we got another drink, and the two tables on both sides of us were still dirty and needing to be cleaned off, but so did our table, but that wasn't going to happen. I ordered some cheese rolls that I never received until about the time we were leaving along with my key lime pie. THe silverware that I was going to use to cut the pie was dirty, but I never saw anyone ask how are things, and if I did I would have had clean silverware.OMG I just can't get it, the same person working the bar, who is horrible, the manager still buys and picks up the tab, because they know its so bad, and no one has had training since last year, and Krissy the Asst. Mgr needs a vacation, and she is a doll, and really really cares. Cal the store Mgr never smiles and greets and he also needs to go on vacation. I don't get it Red Lobster WAKE UP.

Use to work at red lobster in Jefferson city Missouri it was horrible the managers were lazy couldn't even get up to help coustomers.Rodney,Jenny should not have any managers position under there belt the funniest thing is I am a hard worker i always do my work and others work they talk about team work what team work? I was never late and always make sure the coustomers are more then happy when they leave but when I moved and asked to be transferred to the town I moved to they wouldn't transfer me because they said it was a privilege and fired me! I never had a write up never got in trouble just fired me....., I love red lobster and the company but they need to be carefull of who they chose to represent them.

Well, I will begin by saying Food was Good, but the service and Manager was very poor. My husband and myself sat down in the bar area I opened my menu and there was a small bug in it. Then my husband looked on the window seal and there was another one we should have left then. Well, then the server came over to take our order and my husband ask how something taste. She said they were not allowed to taste the food. Not what the commercial says!!! I ordered a glass of wine with my dinner and it took forever to get it. We wanted straws and we had to ask her more than three times finaly I got up and got it myself. The server never came by to ask if we needed another drink or refills on our waters. When she came with the bill she mentioned that she spoke to the manager about tasting the food and the manager was sitting down at a table by us eating and she said that they just don't do that there. We will NOT Go Back to that location ever again.

I joined your "club" for value cupons and early alerts about specials only to find a Mother's Day sweepstakes that only Facebook users can enter? Facebook is the very best way to give up what little privacy a person has left today. As a IT specialist, blocking access to facebook is step one in a secure online existance. It does not matter if it is a business or individual. I find it appalling a company as large as this one would allow a contest only available to a select group. If I must be a part of something like Facebook to be a part of any sweepstakes by Red Lobster, then I choose not to ever return and we will pass on General Mills products as well (Mother Company) when shopping in the future. Neither is difficult as there are so many good, and even better products and restaurants at every corner. JK Lowry
