Rave Motion Pictures Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went to see the Conjuring in Milford, Ohio with my girlfriend and two 17 year olds. My friend was 21 and bought the 17 year old's tickets. The 21 year old also has legal guardianship over the kids due to a tragic car accident their parents passed away. They told us "we don't believe you", they got very rude and nasty with us and made us leave. We tried to explain this to the manager, S. Bash, he smirked and didn't care. It was the worst experience we've ever had with rave and will no longer be going to see movies there. We were upset with how we were treated by the MANAGER!! Waste of time and money.

The theater in Louisville KY on Preston Hwy has gone down hill dramatically since Rave bought it. It is dirty and the theaters are very poorly cleaned between movies. The food advertised is never all kept in stock. They have even been out of some small bags for popcorn and would not adjust the amount charged, so we did not get any. On two occassions we have witnessed patrons being over served alcohol and becoming unruly during the movie. This theater used to be the best one in Louisville until Rave took it over. We are now traveling much further away to go to the movies.

I purchased a coupon savings book through intertainment.com and rave cinemas had coupons in this book for 1 free addition. There were 6 of these coupons. We live in the state of Indiana and the Plainfield rave cinema said they could not honor these coupons because they had been bought out.the coupons were not even good in till 2013. This was part of the reason I had purchased this coupon book. I feel that if rave cinemas put this in the book, this new company should in fact honor them,and if not,rave should compensate for the 6 free addmitions.

Can you please bring the movies 2016 and run away slave to your Pensacola,Fl. theaters. Thank you Shane Bailey

Your branch at the Ridgmar Mall, besides being very dirty, engages in false advertising. They advertise in local papers, on line and in Flixster that there is currently a 9:15 p.m. (non 3-D version) of the movie Brave. We made a special trip over there to see that version of that particular movie. I complained to management who said something about there not being enough people so they would not show it. That is false advertising. I reminded management that I had made a special trip to see the film and that my daughter and I are indeed people and paying customers. I have never, in my 52 years been to a theater where they refuse to show a movie for a small crowd. I've been one of only two people in a movie before. Believe me I will let everyone I know on Facebook and Twitter about this. I will also be writing to the Better Business Bureau. I will also be sending a certified letter to your coporate office. Horrible Customer Service!!!

I went to Rave Motion Pictures Dayton South in Ohio on a $5 Tuesday to see Ted. I must say they were so busy but that didnt stop the workers selling tickets and concessions from being nice and helpful. I really had a great experiance and I will be back soon to watch more movies.

How about adding Electric Qucik charge stations at all your Rave theaters. I am a Chevy volt owner and it would be nice to be able to charge my car while watching a movie.

On January 28, 2011, I went to Rave Ridgmar, Fort Worth, to see "Hugo", a 3-D film. The film started and the image on the screen was blurred. I went to the front of the theater after suffering through this for five minutes and complained to the manager about the need to focus. At the same time three other people went to complain. I went back to the theater and the image was focused but the screen was not sized, consequently the tops of all actors heads were cut off. I endured this and complained bitterly to the manager as I left. He handed me a coupon for re-admission at a later date. Today, January 29, I went back to the same theater to see "The Artist". After watching all the previews, the screen went black. Then in about 3 minutes the house lights came up. About 2 minutes later, the very same manager came into the theater and announced that there would be no showing at this time because "something was wrong with the projector." I received another coupon for admission at a later date. There is a serious management problem at this theater. It seems to me that you should know that your projectionist is qualified and that you projectors are working. I'll never return to this theater after I use these two coupons. I'll go to some other theater that is dependable.

I also was forced out of my job because I'm handiecap they said I had to quit because I was to slow couldn't keep up with them at rave motion pictures

Popcorn was like gross and movie was 15 mins late this at rave motion pictures metropolis 18 managers were so rude to me I've never been treated like that before in my life

RAVE AT RIDGEMAR FORT WORTH SELLS OLD, STALE POPCORN AT 7.00. Ww have watched and had employees confirm they sell the popcorn from the night before. They over pop for the week and then just mix it when they periodically pop more. We have complained multiple times and management says not feasible to sell fresh when they still some. Of course no discount for the old.

NEVER NEVER HAVE A BIRTHDAY AT RAVE MOTION PICTURES! If for any reason you apparently DO NOT have 10 children in attendance for your party they will still charge you even when the children cancel at the last minute! it should not be held responsible for the party holding the party. The already charge $17.00 for popcorn, drink, and a nasty little fruit bag! Totally not worth it!

My mothers day experience at the Rave Motion picture's location in Dayton Ohio in the Greens Mall was terrible because of a employee snapping at me because he percieved that I said something to insult him. The employee's attitude was terrible and as a result i went home very unhappy on my special day.

Dear Rave Motion Pictures, I just moved for Pensacola Fl To Tallahassee Fl. We had a Very nice, New Rave Movie Theaters in Pensacola, But in Tallahassee NO Rave Theaters. In fact all the Theaters in Tallahassee Fl are Very Old & out of date! PLEASE! PLEASE! COME TO TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA with a Rave Motion Pictures State of the Art Location!. Check into the Market Area in Tallahassee, There is a great void here for a 1st Class Theater Like "The Rave". You will not go wrong with the investment. Tallahassee is The State Captiol of Florida. Also A Great College Town with Two Major Universities Florida State Univ. & Florida A&M. Check Out The Thomasville Road area (32309 & 32312) Alot of new growth. Also near Interstate 10.
